What is a winter without snows?

Alhamdulillah, last few weeks Guildford received it first snow showers for the year of 2012.

or in other words the last snow for me because I am graduating this year and about to return to Malaysia and entering a new phase,-working phase or career phase (whatever). anyway, snapped these photos around uni especially at the lake and my guidford house.

The moment when you just got to know one of your best friend is getting a baby, and another one is getting hitched, the only left singles are you and another friend of yours. SAD.

Unfortunately, that moment happened today in moi life. This afternoon as I was busy checking on my uni email, Aish buzz me, getting so excited to tell me a secret that she is pregnant! then I got so excited telling her that Rai is getting married! Pheww....Yes my two sayangs are having the time of their life, on cloud 9 i would say. there you go, now only me and arina are ~~left single~~ available.

For those who want to know, me, Aishah, Arina and Raihan are best friends since primary school. Well actually there were 5 of us at first then 'something happened' and....left four of us till now.

Back to the story, as a friend of course i get super excited for them, and hopping the best for my two sayangs! dalam hati still *praying that Allah, please open the bf heart to accept me to be his wife.

Now it's winter break in UK for 3 weeks (just started last Friday). As usual, the locals are all back to their family home, while the international students mostly busy travelling here and there, while for me? I am loyal-ly staying in my room, not going anywhere doing my reports, course works and revision for exams.
Anyway, being alone (most of the time) I kind of miss people back in Malaysia. Just now, I was looking through old photos in my pc. Ya Allah, how I miss every moments, people. Rindu sangat2.I wish I can go back to each of the time, feel relax happy :)
Ok, obviously I am feeling homesick now
I am missing my summer routines, every Tuesday afternoon will go for a lunch with mum and sis, at evening and Saturday will have a date with BHI, and not to forget, I have to set dates with my babes as I do have a lot of girl friends groups from CBN, Setiawangsa, SMK Setiawangsa, PLKN, BMI, Poli, UK..haha
what ever it is, can't wait to be graduated and back to Malaysia for good :)

Snow 2011

Ya Allah, I woke up at 5.22 am in the morning, as I slept early last night. Then, fell asleep again, and woke up at 7 am, too lazy to do anything, I decided to go to sleep back. then, I dreamt that I went back to Malaysia, to celebrate my birthday, without informing my family in Malaysia.

ok, anyway what I am trying to tell you is i woke up again at 9.16 am, and guess what, it's snowing in Guildford!! ya Allah, I am so happy, alhamdulillah, finally, 'penantian berakhir'. Oh my god, I am happy, today is 16/12/2011, tomorrow is my birthday, can I just assume this (snow) as my pre birthday present?

Can't wait to play snowball fight, build a snowman with friends here... I am happy despite of all what happened yesterday.

Who to blame? the guy or the girl

Couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine came to me, and with a sad face she said her guy cheated on him. To my surprise, the couple that I have known for almost 5 years, happy relationship, loyal to each other can face this kind of problem. the first thing came out from my mouth was 'how do u know'? how sure you are about he's cheating on u' simple, she answered -twitter. and to be worst, the girl (the bf cheated with) friends attacking my friend on twitter saying their friend deserve the guy and all sorts of bad words.

now, Iam asking you who should we blame for? the cheated bf or the girl? easy, i say all of them- including the girl's friends.

well, first, the guy. obviously because he's not loyal and cheated on his 5 years relationship.please la, I know your gf.she really loyal to u, sayang u, what else do u want? boring? want to try a new one? go ahead but i bet you won't find any that can beats my friend.

as for the perampas girl, why do u need to destroy other people relationship.get a life. Girl, if you know the guy already has a gf, why do u still want to bother, clinging, drooling about him. find someone else.it's not you're leaving in a world where there is only one guy in it. jangan rosakkan hidup orang lain.serious! sanggup rosakkan hidup kaum (perempuan) sendiri.

ok, anyway, to the girlfriends, please don't make it worst.it's clearly that your friend 'kacau org punya bf', and if you're a good friend, or a good person, you should give your friend an advice and who in this world will supports/agrees with perampas? hurm...

well, back to me n my poor friend, what i told her is sabar la, if he wants you he will look for you.

My best friend wedding!

Salam,

Hye, phewww, last night was a very memorable night for me. Witnessing a best friend of mine wedding, and knowing what is a true friend is.

Yes, yesterday was my 12 years old of friend's wedding - Aishah (or to be precise Mrs Azlan). So happy for her. The reception was held in Kelab darul ehsan. A very simple but nice ceremony. only closed friends and family were invited. Best kan? sangat simple tapi lawa sangat. The bride, which is Aishah (we called her Aish) she is stunning!

owh ya, not to forget, the FooD - super nice. See aish, I sanggup korbankan my diet for u.

owh ya, other than Aish, my other setiawangsa babes are Arina and Rai. Kawan since primary school kot. dah besar sama-sama. really hope yang we all stick together through thick and thin.

TRUE FACT- aish ni tak pernah ada boyfriend or skandal tau. kita orang yang 3 orang ni (me, rai and arina) ni dah bercouple2, tapi Aish ni kahwin dulu. hebat kan? so pengajaran, kepada girl2 out there yang asyik fikir risau-risau sebab tak ada boyfriend don't worry lah, sebab bila jodoh dah sampai ada lah tu.

This time, wedding ni different from other weddings before in terms of the culture. Kawan I ni is a Malaysian-Pakistani. So wedding dia ada different sikit from melayu. Best! sebab dapat experience culture orang lain, yang paling best during Mehndi ceremony (Majlis berinai) ada ala-ala hindustan, ada dance2 semua.

Wow! I have been bumped into lots of bloggers apologising for not updating their blog, well same goes as me. Sorry for abandoning you my blog. Anyway, currently been busy with dissertation and exam preparation. people, please pray for me, and forgive me for my wrongdoings in terms of physically or orally.

A quick update! Great news! now it's spring. mr sun is rising up everyday. might not need a heater anymore, instead need a cooling fan. What else? now I do my own laundry and dry my clothes outside my window... See, mr sun, you help me alot! save my money some more :)

To be worse, he or she thinks you're a ridiculous person, someone who talks rubbish and this brings fight between you two?

what is wrong?

Assalam,

I am not myself anymore, for the last few weeks I have been quite busy. Quite means, I have to attend meetings, classes and spend half of my day in lab. When I am home,the only thing I do is searching for my bed. My daily life? Classes in the morning, check in to the lab in the afternoon, check out from lab when it's already dark, around 7 or 8 pm to be precised. Is it worth it?yeah?atleast I know I spent my time with something I enjoy and useful. How I regret for choosing communications! I am in love with photonics field now...

Owh,anyway, last sunday we had a programme called OYEah! (open your eyes). It's more like a talk about history of islam, and how is islam used to dominates 2 over 3 of the world.yes,islam WAS powerful before,but now? Sejarah mungkin berulang?yes,it will.how?ask yourself.anyway, I am thankful for those who came, alhamdulillah, tahniah, kita sama2 telah terpilih untuk sertai program ilmu ini. And to ajk oyeah, congrats, event yg berjaya :).

Ok,back to work.

My pearl white watch shows it is six past five in the evening, date - 23rd of March. Malaysia time? 2.05am 24th of March, and and I still haven't wished him yet! haven't sent him any message, haven't called him yet. skype? duhh, of course lah tak.

Anyway, I am planning to wish him thru ufm radio, when he's on air. Will he be surprised to receive a phone call from a mystery caller?

How was my weekend?

Just to share how I spent my last weekend. I went to Manchester with my other 10 sisters and this time, it was different than the others, this time we were travelling by car, and yes, kim and I were the drivers. Went to Manchester to attend a talk named SeSI Seminar Sistem-Sistem Islam. It was fine. atleast now I know why our former prime minister , Tun Mahathir used to urges Malaysia to use Dirham and Dinar back, just like during Rasulullah S.A.W time.

During the night, we went to Reshmond street ( I am not sure about the spelling), a street full of halal restaurants. heaven..... :)

The car

The journey back from Manchester to Surrey took us almost 7 hours, 3 hours different than our journey from Surrey to Manchester. Reason? on our way back we stopped at Birmingham's ASDA because Manchester's opens at 11am. Pathetic? No, it was worth it! we buy a full loaded trolley with only under 40 quids. yay!

I was driving the whole journey, Manchester - Birmingham - Surrey. Penat ok? never been driving this long in my life. the others were sleeping and do you know what kept me awake? speed, loud music and...taking photos.

I am sure the cars behind me would think I am a drunk

driver. Look which lane I am in. Both!!!

Finally, Guildford :)

It was tiring, but I am sure this is one of my greatest memories in UK. an unforgettable journey with the other sisters. and to the blue car passengers, thank you :)
