This week started with lots of clean eating, mainly raw fruits and vegetables and progressed into... something else. Above is a Dr. Praeger's California burger atop a bed of raw spinach, with slices of vine ripened tomatoes and chunks of avocado. The next evening was a spinach and tofu Asian stir-fry, blackberries were for dessert but I was far too full.
