A: Yes, you can “send” the Alignment (from any video or audio on this site) to someone else. As you listen, come from your Center, and “send” each statement/command to your sister’s Center. To “find” her Center, just briefly think about her – tune into her very quickly and lightly – for a second. That’s sufficient!

1. Come from your Center.
2. Think of the other person for a split second,
3. Send the Align or the Disentangle to their Center.

There’s no need to have a photo, or a surrogate. That’s old-school! Simply tune in to their field for a moment. Even if you “don’t know how” to tune in, it doesn’t matter. Your Infinite Self knows how! And that’s who is “doing the healing.”

There’s no need to ask permission. That’s old-old-old-school! It’s not about “you” manipulating “them”, or forcing anything on them. You are not “taking away their lessons.” You are coming from your Infinite Self, and you are simply Aligning bits of information with Wholeness. These are not your bits, or their bits. We are all one. If you think it’s impolite to “do” healing without asking, ask yourself who you are asking! If they say “no” then maybe you’ve asked their inner teenager – not their Infinite Self. If you simply must ask, then don’t ask their “personality self” or their local self – instead, ask their Infinite Self, or the universal mind. And 99.9% of the time, you’ll get a big “Yes!”  because the universe wants you to heal.

When you work on others without using the videos/audios on this site – it’s the same thing. Use the same process as you would for working on yourself… But instead of “Entering” the commands to your own Center, you “send” them to the other person’s Center.

How? Just tune into the other person’s Center for one second. That’s enough to create the Alignment. Don’t be concerned if you’re “not certain” that you are connecting to them. You are! (It doesn’t matter whether you are confident or whether you believe. It’s not about belief.) Do it a few times. With a just a bit of repetition and practice, this will become easy.

Animals – same thing. Tune into their Center. There’s a video that guides you through doing a session on animals. But it’s for Inner Circle members only.

The Bottom Line – Just Give it a Go! I encourage you to stop asking questions, stop theorizing, stop trying to gauge the outcome – and in the words of the famous shoe company, just do it.  Ask questions later!

Imagine the Center as a vertical tube containing your spine, nerves, meridians, chakras,  the center of the earth and the universe!

The Spine is not the same thing as the Center in Now Healing.  In the early days of Now Healing, I had students focus on their spine, because it was an easy way to find the Center. The Center includes the spine, but the spine is not all there is to the Center.

The Center does not just begin at the base of the spine – that’s just where we go to begin noticing it! It extends all the way down to the center of the earth, and up and out, towards infinity. The Center is not just inside you – it includes the center of the universe. It’s basically connecting to the center of all things.

The “midline” (as used in Yuen Method) is not quite the same as the Center. Although the NH Center is accessed in a similar “place” on the body as the midline, the Center actually continues the midline into other dimensions and energy bodies. It also activates non-attachment and many other things too detailed to explain here. (Take the Now Healing 101 Home Study Course if you want the inside scoop!)

The Center is not just a location. It is a morphic field of instant healing and Wholeness.

Why Go to the Center? Going to your Center automatically puts you into a healing “space” and Aligns you with non-attachment and neutrality, so you’re ready to work. And most importantly, it consciously and non-consciously Aligns you with Infinite Self, so you’re not working from your personality self.

Alternatively, instead of “going to” the Center, we can also “come from” the Center. Either way works – use whichever way you sense is most appropriate. For instance, if you are working on someone else, you may find it useful to “come from” your Center as you are Entering commands to the other person’s Center.

Instructions – How to Use this Guided Healing.

After you hear each statement, repeat it silently to yourself. And as you say it, Enter it to your Center.

To do an Enter: place your easy, gentle attention your Center, starting at the base of your spine, and move your attention quickly up the center of your body, and out the top of your head. That will enter the information to your body mind and energy systems.

Don’t over-think the Enter, and don’t over-concentrate. Instead, just briefly notice your Center. Each Enter should take less than two seconds.

Are these Affirmations?

The statements you’re about to hear may sound like affirmations. But they’re much more powerful and effective. Affirmations may never find their way out of your conscious mind. They only affect what you consciously think – and that’s just a tiny fraction of reality. You may have to say them repeatedly, and even then, they may not be effective – because you may have non-conscious blocks to the affirmations.

But when you use Now Healing commands, they’re effective immediately. You’re Entering the commands right into your energy systems and body-mind-spirit. They have an instant effect. They dissolve any non-conscious blockages, and affect all levels of existence, not just the conscious levels.

Before You Ask a Question, Please…

• Browse the FAQ  (“Frequently Asked Questions”) to make sure I haven’t already answered your question!
• Actually do the process! Watch a few of the videos, or run some audios, and really give it a go! This is not a theoretical discussion of metaphysical esoterica. You have to actually try it – really enter the healing space as described in the Free Alignment videos and audios.
• Please tell me your level of experience with NH – have you taken the NH101 course? Have you done a few videos?

Do you have an imbalance, in your patterns of Giving and Receiving?

I know one incredibly generous, loving woman who donated her kidney to a friend, yet squirms in discomfort when she receives any little gift from others. On the opposite end of the spectrum, I know several otherwise brilliant and wonderful people who have unlimited capacity to take help, money and favors of all kinds, yet rarely say “thank-you” and never seem to remember that it’s nice to bring a bottle of wine to a dinner party.

And me? When I’m not at my best, I’ve been known to push my “help” onto people, then feel resentful when they don’t appreciate it. Yes, we all have our foibles! Who can’t use an upgrade, in this area?!?

Observe Again: Where are you now, on the scale?

More Commands:

• Move it to Center… now!
• And most important, take that Center, that 0, and expand it into a large circle that includes the whole continuum of Giving / Receiving… now!
•  Expand it further, off your computer screen, so that it includes your body, mind, spirit, relationships, finances, etc…. now!

You have just created a huge morphic field shift! Take a nice slow breath… in and out. Be at your Center. Notice what happens in your life, related to Giving and Receiving!
