The Next Exciting Day!

I am picky but it never cross my mind that I am an absurd fussy woman! -________-

The ceremony is less than a month and I am still have not decided on the dress that I should wear on that day. The lace cloth that my aunt gave me has been sent to tailor couple of weeks back and it is now ready to be worn. But I don't like the way the tailor made the dress and I really can't sleep after my BFF said that my dress is too plain and boring. I asked my team mate to do some beading to make it more grand and she is still in the midst of doing it. I keep on chasing her to finish it fast because I want the tailor to do some amendments. HAHAHA.

However, I still keep thinking that I should buy another dress as a 2nd option. And yes, I bought one dress worth RM 170 which I thought I look cute in it during the fitting. But no, it does not end there. I wear it again at home and sent the picture of me wearing it to my friends and they disapproved! The 1st dress is better than the 2nd dress. I do not beg to differ as I also think the same.

Oh well, the 2nd dress will be used in many occasions (ayat sedapkan hati) since I already bought it, thanks to my high level of impatience and impulsiveness. I should be saving money but I have wasted a lot (previously, I did buy a veil and tudung which I regret so much when I got back home).

Also, I was thinking to use the balance of my chiffon lining as the veil but my sister said she can borrow a veil from her friend. FOC of course. Yay, at least I can save the money.

My Transition and The New Beginning.

Wow, it has been a year since my last post. There are so many good and bad things happened in a year but I am happy with the way things are now, Alhamdulillah.. All praises to Allah! He is indeed the best PLANNER :)

I was a bit reluctant to tell the story of my transition but I wish my story can be an inspiration to people, Insyallah.

Bismillah...

In January 2013, I was at the lowest bottom of my life.. 5 years of relationship ended with no closure. I was devastated and crying for months. I was drowning in my own negative thoughts and blaming myself for the break up. I used to wonder why I had my heart broken so many times and what can I do to mend my broken heart. Sleepless nights continues but eventually, Allah made me realized that it was caused by the hearts that I had broken before and the sins that I had committed all these years.

I began to accept the fact that everything happens for a reason and only Allah knows it. I understand that Allah has a better plan for me and maybe we are not meant to be after all.

I poured my heart out to Allah and was very ashamed with the things that I have done in the past. I forgotten about HIM during my happy days but now asking for HIS forgiveness when I hit the rock bottom.

I started to wear hijab in somewhere around Feb or March and Alhamdulillah, I felt so peaceful and serene. I prayed and prayed that I can meet someone that can make me want to be a better person. In May, my prayer was finally answered and God has sent me this wonderful man who uses "When" instead of "If" when talking about his future and how I fit in his plans.

We only met 3 times before he came to see my parents and asked for their permission to bring me to see his family. 3 months after the meeting, his family came "merisik" and we will be engaged in one month time. I have full trust in Allah and if he is my door to Jannah, I accept it with an open heart.

Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah.. :)

3rd wedding for the weekend!

I am so exhausted as I attended 3 weddings in one weekend! Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I don't mind going to weddings but I can't resist the delicious delicacies at the weddings! They are so yummeyh! Who give a damn about BMI now eh?

So since the 3rd wedding was held in Setia Alam, I went there without the boyfriend. Oh ya, I live in Meru which is 5 mins away from Setia Alam and the boyfriend lives in Damansara which is 30 mins away from me. We seldom meet during weekdays as the traffic will be freaking congested. So, we agreed to meet only in weekends.

I am so lazy to blog about the wedding so here are the pictures for your reference! Lulz.

I am inspired to blog again after reading other people's blogs! I have decided to use my old blog as I miss the memories and the posts that I kept in this blog. It has been years since my last post and I will try my best to update the blog whenever I have the chance!

Let's start off with something light, shall we?

I went out shopping with my girl, Puff and had a super great lunch at Indian Street, Klang. I ate Nasi Beriyani but so sorry no pictures are taken because I was too busy eating! The food was not as good or as cheap as Vishal's (Brickfields) but it was so damn good too! I licked my fingers weih!

After the heavy lunch, we went for threading and I just realized that my brows were not even! The left brow was thicker than the right's. Thank God the aunty fixed them nicely!

After sweating like a pig at the Indian Street, we went off to Setia City Mall for some retail therapy. Oh not "some" but quite massive retail therapy. Spent almost RM200 on clothes when I already ordered 5 clothes online! I need to find pants but I bought clothes instead *face palm*. After that, we went to watch " Cold Light of Day" ( I hope I get it correctly ). Good movie but Bruce Willis only showed up like 30 mins! Tanak bayar mahal ke ape?!

I love it when I can talk with you on the phone for hours and we never run out of idea! I don't mind talking to u until our handphones run out of batteries. Im touched when u called just to say how much u miss me and wish that Im there with u.. I know your telephone bills are outrageously high every month but u just don't care about it because we have to talk to each other and update everything! Whether it long distance or short distance, we always talk every nites except when your 2nd gf, DOTA comes along. :p IMY munchkin!

I watched "Moonlight Seduction" by Michelle Phan and I was fascinated with her tutorial. It is so easy to be done. So I decided to follow her tutorial step by step.

dab the concealer

im using T3 acne concealer

Im using ZA compact powder

Use the hot pink eye shadow on your eyelids

use the white eyeshadow on your brow bone

use the black eyeshadow on the hot pink eyeshadow in V shape

add dark blue color on the black eyeshadow for more tone

use the navy blue color for the middle area.

use the eyeliner to make a beautiful cat eyes

I use cat eyes mascara because it's waterproof

Curl your eyelashes

Smile during applying the blusher. Apply the blusher on your cheekbone

Since I have nothing else to do, I spend my time watching make up tutorials on Youtube. I never interested in learning how to do make up because I really do not like the idea of spending 2 hours on make up anyway. I'll just do cat eyes make up because it requires less time and simple. However, after watching this girl, Michelle Phan in her make up tutorials made me realized that it is so easy to variety of make ups. There's a tutorial for those who wear glasses. I never know there's certain make up techniques for specky. So, after constantly watching the tutorials, I decided to try to do my own make up. Its my first trial anyway. Im inexperienced and not creative at all. I used concealer from from T3 to hide my acnes, compact powder from ZA, foundation from Mustika Ratu, Cat Eyes Mascara Maybelline, lip gloss from Guardian, eyeshadow from Silky Girl, eyeliner from In2it and blusher from Silky Girl. Here goes :

Who says its hard to find the right dress for plus size ladies? I used to think that women my size cannot find the right clothes. But I find that tunic dresses are suitable for me. It hides your love handles but not too big to hide your voluptuous body. I have a few tunic dresses which I wear to clubs, movies, hanging out with friends or special dates with HIM. You can also wear headband for hippie look. These tunic dresses are not expensive, their price can range as low as RM 20 to RM49.90 depends on the brands. I have tunic dresses that cost me RM20 (flea market, the curve) and RM49.90 (nichii). Sometimes, I wear belt for more fashionable look. You can wear tunics with leggings, jeans for more casual look or only tunics for sexier look or to clubs =) Here some examples of tunic dresses that catches my eyes..

Im a cat lover. I have a cat name Kuning. He is so adorable and he loves to sleep in unusual places such as in the drain, on the rooftop, on the shoe rack, on anybody's slippers, you name it. But when Im in Shah Alam I dont have the chance to keep one because sometimes I was too occupied with studies. However, my classmate Putri, has a cat, Puma. Puma is super super cute especially when he races with you and accidently makes you stumbles because he runs between your legs. Thanks Puma. Sometimes, I had sleep overs at Putri's once in a while. We sleep on different beds. However, I always end up sharing the bed with Puma because in the nite, Puma will meow-ing like crazy because he wants to join us in the bedroom. He will then conquers the bed and even pushes me off the bed. Notty cat. Sometimes, he will run aimlessly in the house and jumping upside down just to get our attention. He just loves it when we ask him to pose for the camera to take his pictures. He will sit properly, makes a cute face and will not move a bit until we finish taking his pictures. Very vain cat he is. The reason Im writing this post because I miss him so much. Guess I will not see him in a month and half :(

I was flipping thru a magazine which I couldn't recall the title when I saw a Q&A column. A woman wrote about she was uncomfortable with her bf declaring love in public such as tweeting "Gonna meet the sexiest woman alive after work" or "Missing my love terribly". She wanted the bf to tell her only and not to publish it online where everyone can see it. The author of the column replied that she was so lucky that her bf was so head over heels in love with her and he was not ashamed to show the world that he was. The author added, there are a lot of women who would do anything to be in her place. For me, that woman is one ungrateful bitch. Yalah, men are well known for their ego, if they are not afraid to let the world know that they really loves their women, thats a big thing for us, women. We feel secured, you know. We don't need PDAs or lovey dovey things, we just need to be acknowledged as your women.

To celebrate my return to Trg for a month and half, my friends decided to bring me to Mist Club, Bangsar. I had a great time there, met a few cute guys and danced with my friends like crazy. haha. Oh yeah, two chicks were kissing on the podium and clearly, there were tongues involved! Free show for the nite! Left the club at 2am and headed to Devi's Corner for supper. I was sweating like hell in the club n I drank 3 glasses of water to recharge. My flight was on 11.55 am, meaning I have to get up at 8.45 am if I wanna reach LCCT at 10.30am. We left Devi's Corner at 5 am, reached home at 5.30am. Hardly got any sleep since I was too exhausted from the dancing. I got up at 8.45, showered then woke HIM up. We left for LCCT at 9.30 am and reached LCCT an hour later. Had my breakfast at Marrybrown's and boarded the plane at 11.30am. Reached KT at 12.55 pm, then headed straight to the beach for sotong celup tepung. Had a big hi tea at my uncle's restaurant by the beach. Reached home at 4.30 pm, hit the shower and fell asleep while texting HIM. I was awake 2 hours later. Got up and showered. Had dinner early and fell asleep again while texting.. I think thats about it. I'll survived a month and half in TRG. I know I will. Fingers crossed.

After the launching party, I bought two A Nightmare on Elm Street movie tickets. Ever since I was little, I always scared of Freddy Krueger. So in order to overcome my phobia of him, I challenged myself to watch the remake movie. ngeee.. Okay, the opening soundtrack already give me shivers. I grabbed HIS hands so hard until HE laughed at me for being a chicken. HE said the movie was not scary at all. Whatever. Im still scared of Freddy Krueger and his claws. So, I end up covering my eyes and sms-ed everyone in my hp's phonebook list throughout the movie. There was a girl in front of me who was scared as well. I can tell from her voice intonation. HAHAHA!! I want to pee so badly but I was afraid to go to the loo alone so I stay quiet until the movie was over. Ngahahaha! But I can sleep, which is a good thing, huhu.

StuckInThird Launching Partay @ Laundry Bar

Last Saturday, I went to StuckInThird's launching party at Laundry Bar. The food was great especially the mini pizzas from Itallianese. Thehe.. There were a few of indie bands played that day. Some of them were very talented and have the potential to be commercialized. Their voices were superb. At first we scared that we might be overdressed for the function. Overall, the idea of StuckInThird of car review is new and different. Reviewing cars by making a short movie out of it is cool but they still need to improve their acting skills! hahaha. Good luck guys =)
