The NICU Leader is responsible for the overall administrative, clinical and budget management of the NICU and the JDCH Neonatal Transport Program. Provides leadership and direction of patient care and other related activities consistent with the organizational goals, hospital mission and the highest standards of professional patient care achievable for neonates and infants, including those with special needs,in an acute and/or intensive patient care area.


Experience:
Must have a valid Fl RN license, BLS, NRP, RNC or CCRN. Three to five years NICU RN experience. One to two years management/leadership experience.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills; minimum of 5 years of experience in related clinical field; 1-2 years management/leadership experience.

The Memorial Hospital Pembroke ICU/CCU is an adult inpatient nursing unit that houses 12 patient beds on each side of the unit totaling 24 patient beds. The critical care team is comprised of RNs and Unit Secretaries and operates under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager.

Under direction of the nurse manager or administrative supervisor, assumes responsibility for managing a designated shift in the department to assure quality patient care.


Experience:
Current FL RN License, BLS, ACLS and PALS required. A minimum of one year Charge Nurse experience in a critical care unit required. Assistant Nurse Manager or Clinical Manager experience preferred. Excellent communication, computer and customer service skills required.

The Emergency Department is a 20 patient bed unit that sees about 100 patients per day. The patient population is comprised of mostly adults with some pediatric patients. Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing, the qualified Clinical Manager will be responsible for managing a designated shift in the department to ensure quality patient care.

***This position will work 2Xs-12Hour shifts as Clinical Manager along with 1X 12Hour shift as a bedside RN. ***


Experience:
