A ideia era chamar a atenção para os 20% de alimentos que são diariamente desperdiçados no Brasil. O vídeo é bem interessante... assistam e reflitam o que cada um pode fazer para reduzirmos o desperdício.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;A Academia Americana de Neurologia (AAN) divulgou, essa semana, no 65º Encontro Anual (San Diego) um estudo que sugere um aumento no risco do adulto desenvolver depressão, associado ao uso de bebidas&amp;nbsp;açucaradas, especialmente as&amp;nbsp;diet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;O estudo relatou que pessoas que bebem mais de 4 latas ou copos de refrigerante, por dia, tinham 30% mais chances de desenvolver depressão, do que aqueles que não bebiam refrigerante. O risco parece ser maior para as pessoas que bebiam refrigerante diet aos que consumiam refrigerante normal, e os que consumiam chá diet aos chá gelado normal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

E completa: "Mais pesquisas são necessárias para&amp;nbsp;confirmar&amp;nbsp;estes resultados."&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
