Óleo de coco

O coco é um fruto conhecido por todos e diversamente utilizado. No verão temos o hábito de consumir a água de coco verde que é rica em eletrólito para nos resfrescar, em preparações tanto doces quanto salgados usamos o leite de coco maduro que é rico em gordura. E, atualmente, no mercado encontramos o óleo de coco. E é sobre esse composto que irei relatar hoje:
