Il topinambur per me è una recente scoperta, non l'avevo mai preso prima, non so perché forse non mi ispirava, ma leggendo tanti vostri post in cui era protagonista è venuta voglia di provare anche a me e ne ho preso un po'. Questo è il primo piatto che ho preparato con il topinambur, è una semplice cocotte a due strati in cui si alternano diverse consistenze.

Le pesche di Prato sono dei dolci buonissimi che hanno fatto da sempre parte della mia tradizione culinaria perché benché viva a Trieste da un bel po' io vengo da un paesino della provincia di Viterbo che si trova nella parte nord del Lazio proprio sul confine con la Toscana e lì è facilissimo trovare dolci tipici toscani come dall'altra parte è possibile
