&lt;li&gt;Campur kuning telur, gula pasir, ragi instan. Aduk rata.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan tepung terigu dan air bergantian sedikit demi sedikit. Aduk rata dan uleni sampai setengah kalis.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tambahkan margarine dan garam. Uleni sampai kalis&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tutup adonan dengan kain lembab kurleb 45-60 menit sampai adonan mengembang 2 kali lipat.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Kempiskan adonan kemudian bentuk bulat-bulat menjadi 30 buah. Diamkan selama 15 menit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api sedang. Lubangi adonan dengan jari dan goreng sampai coklat keemasan lalu tiriskan.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Setelah dingin beri toping gula halus atau sesuai selera.&lt;/li&gt;
