&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black; font-family: Calibri;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Refeições de 2 em 2 horas &lt;/strong&gt;é o ideal. Ao fazermos muitas refeições, o metabolismo do corpo acelera e assim gastamos mais calorias. Quando comemos poucas vezes, o corpo depois habitua-se a ingerir menos e gasta menos. Além dis&lt;a href="http://www.tomatecru.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/calendario.jpg"&gt;&lt;img alt="" border="0" src="http://www.tomatecru.net/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/calendario.jpg" style="cursor: hand; float: right; height: 124px; margin: 0px 0px 10px 10px; width: 164px;" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;so fazemos um grande esforço por comer menos e, muitas vezes, &lt;u&gt;passamos fome. Não é necessário e faz mal!! Fazendo várias refeições e leves, não temos fome e não ficamos ansiosas pela próxima refeição. Não abusamos!&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: 130%;"&gt;Mas claro, não pode ser qualquer coisa. Há muitos alimentos calóricos a evitar como vocês já devem saber: hidratos de carbono (pão e massas), doces e fritos não devem fazer parte da alimentação regular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: orange; font-size: x-large;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;LARGAR OS FRITOS:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Esta pode ser uma tarefa complicada mas não é impossível. Comece por pensar em formas de elaborar os seus cozinhados favoritos mas sem óleo ou margarina. Por exemplo: para fazer ovos estrelados não tem que usar óleo. Experimente &lt;u&gt;fritar em leite&lt;/u&gt;. Sabem tao bem ou melhor! Ou então opte pelos ovos mexidos: bata os ovos (se for fazer para 4 pessoas, por exemplo, &lt;u&gt;meta 4 claras e 2 gemas porque a gema tem muitas calorias&lt;/u&gt;) e vá sempre mexendo na frigideiras sem óleo. São divinais. Pode juntar com ingredientes saudáveis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

A necessidade do corpo por água, é constante. Para ir bebendo água durante o dia, opte por comprar água de garrafas de 1,5L. Por exemplo, apetece-lhe MUITO um chocolates: não deixe de o saborear. Não engordava, mas sabia que não ia conseguir voltar ao meu peso a comer aquelas guloseimas extra. A verdade é que eu comecei a emagrecer. Agora não penso na comida de forma obsessiva. Sigo as necessidades do meu organismo, comendo apenas quando tenho fome.
