Our new schedule for July – December 2011 has been posted. We also have a new schedule for Hazwoper and any safety course you might need. Hit that navigation bar to find out what classes you might now and when we will offer them. And if you don’t find it on the schedule, we might be able to squeeze you in another time. Changes Our Registration, Cancellation and Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Those postmarked less than one week prior to the course will be subject to a processing fee. After that time, no refund will be issued, but substitutions can be made (personnel or dates) for a regularly scheduled course. If cancellation occurs, you may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. Special off schedule courses are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

1. FULL PAYMENT must be made the first day of class. Any partial payment received will have a penalty of an additional $25.00 to the initial price of the course. PO numbers are accepted ONLY in PREARRANGED situations.

2. A course registration form with payment arrangement must be submitted in advance to confirm registration.

3. For a full refund of course fees a cancellation must be submitted seven 7 days in advance.

4. A returned check charge of $30.00 and any additional cost associated with the collection of the course fees will be assessed on any checks returned to OHSTI for any reason.

5. No certificate will be issued until the course is completed and student has passed the required exam.

6. Refunds will not be issued after course begins, but may be used for future courses.

7. There are no refunds special request courses. Personnel or date substitution in a regularly scheduled course is accepted

8. A registration form must be received prior to attending any course.

January 2011 – Asbestos Training Schedule Change

The January – June 2011 Asbestos training schedule was posted a couple of weeks ago. I wanted to let everyone know there has been a major change in the January 2011 asbestos training schedule. Most courses have been pushed up one week. Please take note of this change.

Now OHSTI can offer you an Arkansas certification! The Arkansas awareness course is just a two hour course to add on as a supplement to any of your Asbestos training courses. Of course we already offer the Texas and Louisiana certification and now we can offer you something more. Call to find out more.
