It is known that the true purpose of a woman is the birth, motherhood and parenting. But to give birth to a baby a woman at first needs to maintain her own health during pregnancy.</p><p>But how to do it when there are constantly appearing new health problems and different people find different solutions to all of them. What should a pregnant woman do in this case?</p><p>In this post I&#8217;ve tried to collect the main rules a woman should follow during her pregnancy.</p><h2>Rules to follow during pregnancy</h2><ul><li>Healthy sleep. A pregnant woman should sleep at least 8-9 hours. If necessary, a couple of hours during a day.</li><li>The bed shouldn&#8217;t be very soft.</li><li>The room in which the pregnant woman sleeps should be regularly ventilated.</li><li>During a pregnancy a woman should walk outside for 2-3 hours.</li><li>Avoid public transportation and places with many people.</li><li>A pregnant woman shouldn&#8217;t carry weights.</li><li>Bathing in a tub should be replaced with taking a shower (2 times a day).</li><li>Sunbathing is possible, but only in the morning (9-11 AM) and in the evening (5-7 PM).</li><li>During a pregnancy a woman shouldn&#8217;t forget about intimate hygiene.</li><li>A pregnant woman needs lots of vitamins and minerals.</li><li>Receive only positive emotions. For this, a woman must avoid crying, quarreling, irritating. It&#8217;s good to watch some nice movies, listen to pleasant not too loud music, talk only with pleasant people.</li></ul><p>Remember that the health of your future baby depends on your own health.</p><p>The most important thing here is that all of the above recommendations are only suitable for women whose pregnancy goes well!</p> <div class="feedflare">

Unlike other plant oils, coconut oil is high in medium chain fatty acids. The unique makeup of the oil helps improve the overall health of skin and softens the scar tissue when used consistently. That ultimately helps reduce the appearance of scarring.</p><p>While the cost of coconut oil can vary slightly by location and rarity in the area, it is usually around five to six dollars for a small bottle. A small bottle is typically around four to five ounces of oil, though brands will differ in price and bottle sizes.</p><h3>Vitamin E</h3><p><a

In other words, fatigue, boredom or staying in a stuffy smoke-filled room starts to slow down our breathing and this causes that less oxygen enters our lungs. So, as soon as blood accumulates excess carbon dioxide, the brain gives our lungs a signal: &#8220;Take a deep breath,&#8221; and we start yawning.</p><h3>Protection against overheating</h3><p>Some scientists disagree with the previous hypothesis suggesting that yawning is a way of cooling the brain. The experiment was conducted with two groups of people: one group put on their heads warm towels, the other &#8211; cold ones. The results showed that those who were with warm towels, yawned more frequently.</p><h3>Regulates the pressure in our ears</h3><p>Another suggestion: yawning helps to regulate the pressure in our ears. It may be when the external pressure changes (like when you fly in a plane). Since the middle ear cavity is connected to the pharynx, so when yawning this passage opens, ventilating the middle ear and equalizing the pressure.</p><p>So, if you&#8217;re constantly yawning then remember these reasons, perhaps you will need to breathe in some fresh air or there&#8217;s too hot in the room.
