Clean your home. It's obvious but important. Your home needs to be presentable for showings.

Every month we're going to talk about what's going on in different cities in Oakland County and keep you updated on current market conditions. This week, we'll take a look at Rochester Hills:

Since June, we've sold 132 of 307 active listings - about 42% of the homes we listed.

Last year at this time we sold about 143 of 360.

The current lack of inventory has led homes to sell quickly, making now a good time for homeowners thinking of selling.

The market looks good for buyers as well, with interest rates remaining low at under 4.5%.
