490 BC Consult and Strategy

Every once and a while, as graphic designers, we strike gold and get to work on a project that allows us to step out of the box. Rough lines, contrasting shapes, mythological concepts and a a clean branding slate to boot. It doesn’t get better. Oasis Creative designed this logo and the business cards as well. While the budget was not there for a full blown website design, we were still able to get them online with a simple one page website that will allow them to land that next new contract. We zigged where the competition zagged and came up with a very unique brand that the client was very happy about. We went on to do a letterhead and an image based email signature that made sending out those contract proposals a step above everyone else in the market.

Spark Reality

Ruth at Spark Reality is a no non-sense sort of girl. From our first meeting I could tell she was the kind of gal that knew what she wanted. Sometimes, as consultants, we need to sit back and listen up to the client. Who else knows the market but the people that trudge through it every day. Spark Reality was a challenge because we were faced with the task of making the emotional a tangible product that reflected a unique approach to something that has been done before.

Life is rough and dirty. This logo that had to be branded clean and professionally, but bare the battle scars of real life-not something that comes easily. Oasis Creative designed the logo, business cards and a t-shirt design as well as handled the printing. We also went on to design and develop as well as host their website.

Champagne Taste Catering

Champagne Taste is a catering company based in Richmond, Virginia. In our first meeting, the owner made me promise that the logo or any subsequent web design or print design projects would NOT have a champagne glass. I obliviously agreed and then after hours and hours of design work, I pulled the old champagne glass out. It was an uneasy meeting while I prepared to present the champagne glass design that the client warned me not to. I didn’t want to, really. It just felt right and I went with my gut. Well, needless to say the client that didn’t want anything to do with this design element, was presented a product that was coherent and focused enough, that she fell in love with it.

Sometimes the obvious solution is the RIGHT solution but it takes new depth and some juxtaposition to bring an old element into a new light. Oasis Creative designed the logo and business cards as well as handled the printing. We also went on to design and develop their website. And did we mention that we host it as well?

Park Stone Granite and Marble

Often times clients approach me to brand their new start up company. Nothing allows the juices to flow than the freedom of a clean slate. But while it may seem an easy task, starting from scratch, it also comes with certain responsibilities. Designs need to stand the test of time, research has to be done on the competition and we, as the designer, must cater to the vision of the owner or founder of this new business. Oasis Creative designed this logo, designed the business cards and even handled the printing. Reasonable rates and quality work, it doesn’t get better than that.

RxEOB

RxEOB is a complicated company as is any health care industry related corporation. Our challenge was to take the multitude of products they offered and brand them so that users across all demographics could easily understand and take advantage of their health benefits. From product slicks, brochures, direct mail and marketing display banners we did it all. Slowly but surely we brought their brand up to speed with todays more modern look and feel that their industry was gravitating towards. We revamped their logo, rebuilt their brand and kept in touch with their customers with a clean, functional but modern branding that any online company needs.

Need Supply Co.

This company had a very specific brand and worked a very long time to get where they are today. Considered a leader in the retail world of high-end denim, Need Supply Co’s brand is simple, rootsy and no fuss. While their brand and logo may seem under-designed, thats exactly what their demographics were looking for; less glitz and glamour. Besides, jeans are jeans and are best worn in. Not clean and polished… Oasis Creative was responsible for print ads, store fliers as well as an HTML newsletter featuring sales and recent products. With a focus on photography and simplistic design this brand continues to thrive today.
