If the president in 2021 says that the Second Amendment is not an individual right, then Civil War II will commence unless 80 million individuals voluntarily disarm when ordered. If the president in 2021 says that by Executive Amnesty, all illegals are now citizens and registered voters, then the precedent has been set. The law is whatever a majority of justices claim it was intended to be, regardless of the words on the law. This is terrible for everyone, and the schadenfreude of watching members of picked liberal groups as the first ones wiped out will not balance the fact that we will all be vulnerable.

If the Founders would have put their freedom up for a vote in the full British empire, they would have lost. They didn’t because inalienable rights are not subject to the will of the majority. The problem we face has nothing to do with the majority. It’s a question of whether we have the numbers to regain our freedom. Then we have to figure out how. We have to abandon tactics that keep failing.

Turning your kids over to the public schools will do that. I have five kids in private school and even still I need to work mightily to help them understand the myths and falsehoods of liberalism. My oldest is out on her own at college now and I’m very proud of the independent thinking conservative she has grown to become. She still emails me and says she knows something she’s hearing has to be wrong and could I help her understand it better. It’s a lot of work, but so is every other aspect of raising a child properly.

Wait until “reality” slaps the faces of these children. As always, they realize their parents were RIGHT.

Mr. Prager neglects the K-12 indoctrination. After 13 or more years of government schooling the children have become comfortable with both the godlessness forced on them in their government schools and the socialism that is the very foundation upon which “public” education is built.

Here are some facts:

1) Children in secular schools **will** learn to think and reason godlessly. They must just to cooperate in the classroom.

2) If they attend government schools they risk learning to be comfortable with the single payer and tuition-free entitlement that is the very foundation of government schooling. Hey! If the government can give the citizen tuition-free schooling, why not use that power to get lots of “free” stuff?

3) Nearly all the K-12 teachers in this nation ( both public and private schools) were trained by godless Marxists in Marxist run colleges and universities. The indoctrination continues into the highest levels of university graduate school!

4) Drive by nearly any of those Marxist run K-12 schools, colleges, or universities in this nation, and you will see schools stuffed full to the brim ( **willingly**) with the children of conservatives and God fearing so-called “patriots”.

5) The children are being indoctrinated by Marxists to hate their nation and heritage. The boys, especially, are being humiliated and drugged into submission. The Marxists are hard at work producing girly Peter Pans who are incapable of defending themselves, their families ( if they can figure out how to form one!), and our nation. The indoctrination of our youth is already having consequences in the voting booth, culture, and birth rate. It will only get worse.

Will God save this nation? I doubt it. Why should He when conservatives and God fearing parents mistreat their children in this way and subject them to such evil? ( It's a millstone thing.)

Look, even Reagan couldn’t keep two our of his four children from the clutches of liberalism. His adopted son Mike understood more readily than his natural born kids. I guess it’s just not easy.

If you can't explain conservatism it's pretty hard to teach it to your kids. I have two beautiful daughters, one in college and one still in high school. They are both conservative because we have presented conservatism in a logical manner. It's really that simple. It's not about religion, it's about logic. If you are a liberal, it's because you either aren't okaying attention, or you are an illogical person. If you are illogical, you are not intelligent.

My kids hated public school, and I think it is one reason my kids are conservative.

My kids hated how the public school did all sorts of things for the underaceivers. There were all sorts of awards for kst improved (gehavior, grades, tet scores), but there were never awards for kids who were smart and well-behaved.

I remember my son had to write a paper takng a side on whether or not everyone should go to college. My son said no because some kids were lazy and didn’t work hard enough.

Then the public school treated my special needs daughter poorly. They would make her miss recess because she wasn’t finished writing or coloring something. They did not take the time or effort to understand what she needed, even though we provided the test scores and data to show what was going on with her.

My kids think public school is a disaster, they hate going to the department of motor vehicles, and they can’t belueve how much we spend in taxes.

Question your own values in front of your kids when they are young, and repeatedly as they age. Articulate why those values are correct, and defend them against criticism explaining why the criticisms are invalid. Whether sending our kids to the public schools, to a university, or into the general society, it is not enough for them to have accepted traditional values. Our kids must know why conservative values are correct and why progressive values are wrong, destructive, and harmful to everyone including those they claim to champion as special cases in need of special help.

I don’t get it. If my kids were to become liberals, i would consider it a personal failing of mine and my husband’s. I have kids 19, 22, and 25. Each of them is politically informed and as conservative as possible. the 19 yo daughter has door knocked for Ken Cuccinelli. my 22 yo son is at Syracuse University, leftwing bastion, and wears NRA and Prolife tshirts on campus regularly {he is on the hockey team and hasn’t gotten any crap for it from anyone}.my 25 yo daughter faced off with Caroline Matthews in her all girls Catholic HS class over whether you can be Pro abort and Catholic, and came out the winner. I think conservatives need to do a better job of raising their kids to know and understand conservative values and WHY we think the way we do.

As the rules stand now, a bill has to be submitted, go through the rules committee, and in the Senate, get either unanimous consent or cloture. We're a long procedural process away from there being a bill for anyone to cave on.

I remain optimistic, but I do remember the Markey/Gomez race. Very low turnout, and Markey won by just over 10%. Polls had predicted 13%.

Not to put too fine a point on it, and by no means to be disagreeable with your many valid points or you, but regarding the National Guard I think there may be a difference. A couple of things, I noticed Mao-Bama photo ops during the ‘12 campaign that featured people in uniform and started paying attention to the demographics. Nothing scientific and presuming they were in fact Guard or even military related people and not props, those people in his background were often largely africanhyphenamerican and/or women. Given that that demographic is very loyal to Hussein Mao-Bama, are they likely to hold fire on people who are obviously not his rabid supporters?

Another point, two Novembers ago I was in Charleston SC visiting my daughter. We went to the Veterans Day Parade. There were a lot of well disciplined formations from the armed forces in the parade but, there were also formations from local JROTC programs from high schools outside Charleston consisting largely of africanhyphenamericans and/or women. Not all, but most were strikingly undisciplined. They were not marching in formation as one would expect a well trained outfit to march rather swaying along chanting different chants by the “formation” sometimes even dancing past the Exchange Building where we were viewing. This reminded me of reports a few years back that were posted here about africanhyphenamerican leaders sponsoring JROTC formations of young ahyphenas who it was posited were being trained to be a sort of a militia to take on the white man.

Just fifteen years ago, I would go into a local store, and the sound of ANY foreign language would be so unusual and rare that I’d just instinctively turn and make a mental note of it. I don’t like that our representatives...get that.....OUR representatives.....feel the need to speak in a language that is NOT an American language. I understand the affinity that Mexicans have for their culture, so I'm OK with the Fiesta logo for example. As for businesses flying the tri-color, the line is drawn there. Some of that stems from the 10th anniversary of 9/11 when I driving through town to get the grandchildren. The vast majority of homes had the American flag unfurled out of respect but I was galled when driving by used car lots that had the Mexican flag flying on that sacred day. About a flag pin similar to Sarah Palin's but with the Mexican flag, that too is another line I'll not cross. In the case of Mrs. Palin, it's clear that Israel is a solid ally and shares our American values, so it makes perfect sense and is a demonstration of her commitment to liberty and our Judeo-Christian principles.

Just for the record (lest I be accused of being a bigot), there are indeed some Americans of Mexican descent who fully embrace the United States and our heritage. I have a very good friend who is of Mexican ancestry who is 100% American through and through. His parents were legal immigrants, initially working on the King Ranch in South Texas and later creating a carpet installation business.
He never speaks a word Spanish, flies Old Glory from a mast in his yard and has cut all ties with the country of his origin. In short, he thoroughly assimilated. He even sneers when we're diving and pass a Mexican restaurant, calling the food [expletive deleted]. That's a rare instance of him cussing since he's a good Assembly of God type of guy. Although he kept his Hispanic-sounding last name, he Anglicized his first name (to Gilbert from Gilberto).

Questions:

What is the object at the end of the top barrel? Is is a bore reducing sleeve?

Notice the gas ejection from the right side of the barrel. It must be ported. If it was ported a barrel reducing sleeve would have to be ported too.

Some have suggested the object at the end of the barrel is a blank adapter. I have never seen one, but this is a double barrel action, no gas driven automatic. There would be no reason for a blank adapter.

Recall the golf shot photo from 2012. Obie was using a driver for a short chip shot. Not standing correctly and appeared to be totally “lost”. I don’t think he golfs. That is his Down Low time.

This is another attempt to divide gun owners. There already is a schism between shot-gunners and riflemen over what is the best defensive weapon. But, that depends on whether you have one Crypt or a load on Bloods coming through the door. Missing in this argument is the hand gun each is carrying.

Don’t you think that in order to give the best representation of an activity, the photographer/editor would have chosen an image that properly represented a typical shot, rather than an atypical one? Every skeet shooting shot I’ve ever seen in pictures and on TV has the shooter shooting into the air at a much higher angle, maybe 300 degrees and up. Obviously a set-up by people who’ve never shot skeet.
