Dear fellow Dharma recruits,

The fifth season premiere is only hours away. Be forewarned, we are hosting the clip show that proceeds it at 8/7 central.

With the show's imminent launch, it's been very busy here in the LOST offices. Last week we attended the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour. We did a lot of interviews there, which you'll probably see this week, and we showed them episode three. (They'd already seen episodes one and two via ABC.)

We are also working on breaking the last five episodes, writing episodes twelve and thirteen, production is shooting eleven, we're editing seven, eight, nine and ten, and on the post end of things we are finishing the CG work, ADR, sound and mixing on episodes four, five and six.

So this is a round-about way of saying we didn't have a chance to prepare a video for you this week. We hope you'll understand. However, we will be back. In fact it's our hope to fire off to you guys a DSA video update about once a month as the season progresses.

We really appreciate your continued support, and we hope you enjoy the premiere.

Ajira Origami Instructions

Hello!

Regarding the Ajira Origami Instructions, I found a quite helpful YouTube video explaining how to create the paper ball. The steps are in big part similar with the ones shown on the Ajira website, beside this, after creating the ball and reading the GUM word (if an Ajira ticket printed paper was used), "Mr. G", from the video, transforms the ball into a "Jet Engine". :)

Hey All,
Well ever since the new Ajira Airways site has been updated many of you have been cracking away at it knowing that there has to be more than just one hidden screencap in the commercial.

Quite quickly many were trying combination after combination of potential destinations and dates in the "Flights" section of the site.

Of course, if you combine ALL of the clues and input them in the correct areas of the "Select a Flight" area, well you are one step closer to the solution.

What are those clues you ask!?

First, thanks to everyone who has worked very hard and for those that have sent this in (Porot, Maladylis, and everyone else).

Ok here is what you have to do...

So on the flights page enter the following:
1) One Way
2) From: Los Angeles, CA
3) To: Guam (From Origami Solution)
4) Departing: 1/21/2009 (S5 Premiere date and Hidden in Commercial)
5) Flight #316 11:30am (Flt 316 also Hidden in Commercial)
6) Adults: 10
7) Children: 0
8) Promotional Code: 112114111109111 (This is the number on the Sky Club Card and the numbers can be converted to say "PROMO")

Here is the Sky Club Card:

Now, if you enter all this correctly, an actual seating chart of a Ajira Airways Flight 316 will pop up. You can then click on the individual seats to uncover very quick flashes of images. Now, these flashes reveal some minor spoilers for Season 5, so if you do not like spoilers, then do not view them.

NOTE: Some of the images have also already been revealed in the Dharma Special Access Videos. Once you uncover all of the images the next seat you select will be the seat you can book!! You can then print out your own boarding pass to Guam!!

Summary of Hidden Code on Ajira Site

Since the new Ajira site has been updated, many of you have found several different hidden items and apparently there is quite a bit of hidden code on the various pages of the site.

Some of the hidden messages are in HEX Code and can be translated by using a HEX Code Translator. The other hidden messages could possibly be anagrams.

I have a feeling that the info on the ticket rearranges itself to spell out a hidden message!

A small flash video plays that advertises the airline and the tagline "Destiny Calls".

Also, there are some interesting areas of the site, including printing your own boarding pass, flights section which reveals all the Ajira Destinations (similar to Find815's Oceanic Site) and the Adventures page which reveals several nice vacation packages!!

Dan Bronson, Really Involved or Just Playing Along ??

After the announcement of what seems to be the next step of this ARG we have found out that Dan Bronson has resurfaced in the form of a facebook group.

Now the question is, is he really involved with this ARG or is he just playing along ?

From what started out as a whistleblower at Comic-Con, the character of Dan bronson was never really mentioned further on the DWY.com site in any greater detail and by what seems to be the end of DWY.com alot of people were left wondering if he had a spot in this ARG at all. So what do you all think ?? Has Dan Bronson been brought back into the spotlight or is he just playing along to get recognised

Ajira Airways: Destiny Calls

DarkUFO chatroom and forum admin bigsimpsin just tipped us on something really cool. He spotted Ajira Airways in the new Fray video for Lost and suspected it was part of the ARG. Looking at the website, it would definitely seem that there is a connection to Lost. The first official poster for Season 5 proclaims "Destiny Calls," as does the airline. The airline also states that it will have "destinations launching" January 21st, 2009... the same day that Lost returns in The United States, and exactly two months from today.

You can sign up for a mailing list on the site, which states:

The skies have no limit with our new destinations launching January 21st, 2009. Take an adventure anywhere around the globe and reimagine your world as big as ours. Check back often to discover new ways to get lost in the world.
