more Malifaux Guild

2014-11-09T10:11:00.003+01:00

To long nothing happened on this blog. Sorry for that. First I am very happy about Malifaux 2E the Skirmish Game from Wyrd Miniatures. Try to play more and this brings me to build some more Individuals to my Guild Faction.

Lone Marshal

Executioners

On the Executioners I tested the new Vallejo Colors from the Special Effects Set. The two blood colors are nice with a shiny finish. This replaces the alcohol color I used before.. Because its water based and easier to handle. For the tank I used the verdigris and rust. Need more practice with that.

I also have prepared some more Bases. The 40mm are already on the Executioners. Hope the new plastic Austringers will be released soon.

Support World of Twilight

2014-03-26T08:48:00.000+01:00

https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1280484354/world-of-twilight-travels-through-anyaral
Twilight is a small scale skirmish game set in the unique fantasy world of Anyaral. I've been working on the world and the game for well over a decade and since 2009 I have written and published the first two books in the series, released a wide range of finely sculpted miniatures and built a community of enthusiastic gamers, world builders and painters.

What is Twilight?

Unique alternate fantasy setting with a deep and evocative background
A wide range of existing figures
Fast, fun ruleset for skirmish wargames
Three distinct cultures, each with a unique playstyle plus a larger number of different subcultures to give even more choice

Lord of the Feast

Thrall Warrior

Elf Sorceress

2014-01-16T18:11:00.001+01:00

The first Reaper Bones Figure I have painted. There a lying thousand of them around. The quality of the models is not exactly exhilarating, from the perspective of a painter. For role players, who need many models they are great. Better as some board games can offer. But for practicing they are perfect. Well, the fine details are often washed out and you have to think of. For coats and their gradient, it goes quite well. You wont get a better cheap RPG Mini in this price and Quality. Can absolutely recommend.
