Hi Karen! I'm glad that you really enjoy the tomato meat sauce. Because this sauce is so flavourful, I'm guessing it adds just the right amount of flavour to the gnocchi. Your comment of it looking like Doritos just makes me laughed! I never thought of just an analogy. Ha ha ha :-)

I am doing the "No-White" diet right now too...in the hopes that it is something I can stick with. Dieting is so RESTRICTIVE..I need a way of eating I can live with ;)

Thank you! Yes, they could be made with any 100% silk fabric. I was unable to find silk fabric with cool colors and patterns which is why the ties worked out so well.
