ORS has been a customer of E L Contract Services for many years now, and they always carry out an excellent job of refreshing our showroom in Burton-on-Trent. They have recently relocated their office, and therefore required some furniture for their new space, which of course we were more than happy to assist with.

The process began with our Director, Kevin, paying a visit to their empty office space to measure up the area, to ensure we can fulfil their requirements as accurate as possible.

After consulting our 3D design team, we were able to recreate their office and develop multiple layout options, so that the client could have the opportunity to visualise all possibilities for their new workplace. Visual renders are created in order for the client to clearly see how the finished space will look and function before any final decisions are made.

Small details, such as the wallpaper, were able to be replicated so that the office would be as precise as possible, which can make a significant difference.

Once receiving confirmation that the customer was happy to proceed, we were then able to begin the delivery and installation of furniture.

Using entirely second-hand furniture, we were able to design an office interior that not only looks impressive, but also kept costs down and significantly reduced waste by conserving resources.

One of the main pieces of furniture that we decided to incorporate into the client’s office was a striking nebraska oak executive radial desk, which also happened to be previously owed by our Managing Director. This desk fit perfectly and was a great choice for the client’s workspace.

The delivery and installation team did a fantastic job, and we’re all extremely pleased with the outcome of E L Contract Services’ bright and beautiful new office space. Our customer even said for themselves that “The lads were lovely”, a common piece of feedback we get from our clients about our amazing transport team.

We hope that the team settles in well in their new office and enjoy their new office furniture. It’s been great fun working with a business who loves pink just as much as we do.

Riviera Travel is a reoccurring client of ORS and have recently required some furniture for their canteen area, which Laura was more than happy to help provide.

Using Brescia square and circular dining tables, alongside Kent multipurpose seating, we were able to crate a modern dining setting for staff members to take lunch breaks in between busy working hours.

We’re especially pleased with the decision to use orange vinyl amongst the seating which stands out throughout the canteen and establishes a contemporary atmosphere.

The delivery and installation team did an excellent job and we’re very pleased with the overall outcome of Riviera Travel’s dining area. We hope that all employees enjoy their newly refurbished cafeteria.

Description:

A recent installation of furniture that was successfully achieved was the install for Charles Scott and Partners. This project was a referral from a customer of Craigs, and so all furniture was chosen directly by the client from the ORS website.

Using entirely new office furniture, the office was comprised of iBench Back-to-Back Desks paired with the Touch Mesh Operator Chairs and Universal Pedestals. Located at the end of each bank of desks we placed the Personal Group Lockers for added storage and a cohesive look. Within the main office we also installed some Executive Radial Desks with a natural finish that gives the office a modern visual appeal.

Situated ahead of the office is the Z2 Reception Desk, a recent product to our ORS website, which is certain to give many positive first impressions to all clients visiting the office.

Also installed were products such as the Evolve boardroom table and chairs, and the Aspect Poseur table for staff members to sit amongst each other.

To conclude, we are very happy with the installation for Charles Scott and Partners, and we wish them the best of luck in their new workspace.

ORS have had a long-standing business relationship with Network Plus for many years and have recently required an installation of some office furniture for their Derby office.

After contacting our Manchester Office Manager, Craig, the client was able to discuss the requirements for their office, which was then proposed to our space planning team.

Distributed across 3 floors, we used 16 banks of 6 and 17 banks of 4 bench desks which were paired with new 1600mm black screen dividers. As well as using second hand desks, the client also opted for used black chairs alongside their desks.

Using 164 second hand chairs and 164 desks in total for their workspace, this allowed the client to effectively keep costs down when ordering a large quantity of furniture for their open plan office.

The delivery and installation team successfully completed the project and we hope that Network Plus enjoy utilising their newly refurbished office.

Inspiration

The Freeflow’s unique spinal feature is motivated by the counter rotating movement of a fish. The nature inspired movement reflects the Auto-Adaptec, a feature created by Eysing to allow the user’s movements to sync with the chair and create a more comfortable experience when sitting.
