First day in Sweden

I've been back in Sweden now in one day and it feels good! I've trained today, ran for 20 minutes and have trained my abs, back and arms. Then I talked with the man who will be my trainer for this year and the future, since I will compete at the Eurogames and in other competitions.

Now I do the paperwork and send sms to my beautiful friend. When you are an adult you have to take lots of responsibility, I do all the time and try to be as professional as possible!

Happy new year people! Last night was DOPE! So much fun! iHave alot of cooool pix of athletes "Stars" and Swedish athletes! I got a new job to - wohoooooo! I have to say that I like Champagne alooooot, we had like 4 bottles, last night! I'm feeling a bit like Katy Beth Terry, in this video! Niiiiice

2 days left now, I'm back in Sweden sooon - I miss Sweden!!

I'm very good with the training right now, It's not that hard any more. I kinda like to run! But just for like 30 minutes, but i LOVE to jump, I did it today to. We eat lunch in a National Park today! One Yoghurt for me, and a angry trainer cause i didn't want to drink water from the lake. I'm like EUW!

I'm very pleased and happy to be here, but i'm not used to have people that are mean in the way... When its on internet, it's okey. But i have to be happy and I am!

So whats on the list now? Traning 5am and barbecue after that! Veggie for me - niiice!

I dont know what i wanna write about today! I wanna go back to Sweden, but i like my own training out here!

and alot of markets.

I have much to see though, I look forward for that! Lion-safari, more animals, and other things to do before I leave for Sweden. And I have ALOT of training left also. I think I Love training more then ever now.

Budapest, here I come - better then ever! I have to talk with Henrik, at Azing Sport bout a cool thing I have in my mind. And it's not bout my little brother this time!

Hello There! Now I'm on a Internetplace in Stellenbosch, Western Cape South Africa! It's sooo Cool back here! We've meet cool south african guys from the hood of Cape Town! Very Talented Boys and Girls!

The Training is doing well, and my mom are doing a GREAT job by checking my email every day - Thanks mom! But i have a little problem, i don't know how i upload pix on the computer! I got an email from the military of Sweden for a, I don't know a test for making the military service.. And I don't know hows it going with the sponsors and the Eurogames (a gay Competition in Track and Field). And some work that i have in 2012!

I gonna fix the problem with the pix so you can see what i'm doing here! And what I see every day! I'm a lucky (Gay)guy!

Hi everyone! This is my sweet website! I'm a bit nervous, but cool! I've never been in Africa, but my mom just told me that she where in Namibia when i where in production of getting big enough to be one with the world!

So I'm going to South Africa with my Track and field group on Training Camp for 3 weeks! And I'm gonna give you my best pix on the day and our adventures as often as i can update this blog! And yes, I'm gonna do it in english. I hope that its okey!
