After talking different people from different walks of life working in different companies. Competition are inevitable throughout the market. Companies are always competing to survive in the ever changing and fluctuating market, especially when the price of everything is rising.

Even though the world was created in black and white. The colors of the current world are slowly changing from the fairness of a rainbow to the dullness of grey. The law of Win/Win says that, 'lets not do it your way or my way, lets do it the best way'. But one must not fail their own moral code of what is wrong and what is right.

Competition is like horse racing, when it comes down to that anybody can win with the best horse but what makes you good is if you can take the second or third-best horse and win. It bases on how we train and the quality of skills. Not feeding the horses with steroids and cheating.

Companies should win, based on their products, quality service, selling strategies and internal management. By doing everything ethically right before their customers commits themselves to the perceived products. But whats unethical, is that amending the perceived product to what is best for the company and not the customer. When this happens, customers loses confidence in the market; not the product or company, demand will fall, industry will shrink, and companies will suffer. And when this happens, everybody loses. Lets grow by living to the moral cod and prevent the above by monitoring our purchases & transfers.
