Mentre nel panorama del turismo italiano c'è chi crede ancora ai "portafogli con le gambe", c'è chi invece si rimbocca le maniche e cerca di trovare il bandolo della matassa. In questi giorni sto effettuando il rilevamento annuale della reputazione on line delle strutture alberghiere (quelle elencate sotto la voce "hotel" di Tripadvisor) all'Isola d'Elba. Monitorando le recensioni degli hotel per formulare un'analisi circa il comportamento dei gestori, mi sono accorto che TripAdvisor nelle schede degli hotel che hanno una media bassa (l'ho riscontrato tra gli hotel

Negli alert che ho attivato su tutte le parole relative al social commerce, oggi mi è arrivato un link dal titolo Situazione Groupon. 


I titolari dell'Hotel Antica Casa Diana, con evidente imbarazzo, raccontano come un'offerta effettuata con Groupon sia

Ma un progetto originale lo si vede anche dai particolari. Si, il video l'avevo visto, avrei voluto parlarvene ma poi l'hanno fatto altri che stimo e quindi perché sovrapporsi.

Paesaggi mozzafiato e da subito un'idea sulla vista di cui godere durante il soggiorno. E' una opportunità che i turisti possono avere curiosando su un nuovo sito: Hotel con Vista.

Avevo già parlato del fatto che sul web si stessero palesando diverse forme di promuovere un albergo, aiutando il turista con immagini, piantine e assistenza professionale. In un post portai l'esempio di Room77 e

Delusione per la presentazione di Google. D'ora in poi - per chi non l'avesse già capito -  è bene ritenerlo un vero e proprio intermediario del turismo. Intermediario Big G lo è sempre stato, a costo zero quando fa il motore di ricerca, come sub agente quanto mette sul
