The world was anticipating her arrival for weeks and now we have the first snaps of Blue Ivy Carter.

Little over a month after she was born proud parents Beyoncé and her husband Jay Z have posted intimate pictures of their adorable baby girl, sharing their joy with their fans.

While many celebrities sell their first baby pictures to a glossy magazine the music megastar couple decided to take control posting the first pictures of Blue to a blog.

In one snap the singer is seen smiling into the camera while she cradles her daughter in her arms.

While the camera is out of focus on the former Destiny's Child singer, with clarity on baby Blue, Beyoncé 's blue nails can be seen, no doubt a tribute to her little bundle of joy.

The proud parents set up a blog that shows the intimate family snaps along with a message.

It read: 'We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in out lives. The Carter Family.'

There are several close ups of the adorable little girl who not only has a healthy head of hair but also displays a rose-bud mouth and almond shaped brown eyes.

In one shot the little girl is seen staring past the camera, and in another the photographer has captured the tiny bundle sleeping.

The emotional and captivating shots are the first of their kind of Blue Ivy.

Dear Ms. Cece,

I have been dating the same man for a year now, with no commitment. I enjoy our time together, but I want more out of the relationship. When we are together, things seem perfect. But when we aren't, its like I don't exist. I don't hear from him or see him. The obvious conclusion is he only wants one thing but he tells me that he is "close" to telling me that "he loves me" but that he likes me alot which means something because he never lets anyone past his "walls" whatever that means. Is it possible to get what I want out of this relationship or am I being strung along?

Dear Damn Fool,

As I sit her I literally shook my head reading your email. As women, there are times that even when we are seeing what we know to be the truth of the matter, in our minds we figure things/he/she will change. And they almost never will.

I believe it was Einstein who reasoned that "The person with the unsatisfactory behavior itself isn't crazy. The person who does the same thing over and over expecting a different outcome, is indeed crazy." Or something to that effect.

My point is when a person shows you, not tells you, how and what they are, believe them! Or cause yourself a ton of head and heart ache. After a full year of the same behavior from him, you are now looking for more, and he is showing you the same thing he has been, that he isn't interested.

The convienent "almost love" line is very telling. Love is natural, anybody should know that matters of the heart can't be controlled. So how does one guage how "close" they are to falling in love with someone? What has made him "fortify" his heart in such a way that you can't seem to penetrate after a year of dating? To be honest, this friend seems a bit selfish and you're love is good enough to take but his isn't available to you, then let his damn walls fall in on his arse!

If he was vaguely interested in more, your communications wouldn't be limited to when you're together. Just looking at the situation I would say, yes, you're being strung along. But the bigger issue is what is allowing you to feel like that is what you deserve? If any time you choose to settle in life, don't let it be on your partner. Take some time to get to know yourself and what you want in a relationship. Knowing that from the onset can help when pursuing relationship because you can eliminate those not within your standards.

Love yourself suga. That's the best starting point. Then you'll be suprised how others follow suit!

Power 105’s on-air personality Cherry Martinez chatted it up with Love & Hip Hop executive producer Mona Scott-Young about her decision to choose a “Barbara Walters” interview format, why Teaira Marie wasn’t apart of the reunion special, rumored cast pregnancies, Somaya Reece calling her a bish and more.

“It is what it is. And listen, the thing about it is I’m probably the closest person to them, right. I’m the person drawing stories from them, communicating with them. There when things go bad, there when things are great,” says Scott-Young about the cast coming across as resentful on the reunion special.

“So, I actually see them calling out my name not as them being resentful as much as this is the person that they turn to for everything with the show. So, you know I definitely accepted that responsible and that role.”

Say Word! Neyo's Fiance Adopts 48 African Children

Neyo's fiance has just broke the African-child-adopting record previously held by Madonna and Angelina Jolie, combined! Monyetta has agreed to adopt 48 children in Swaziland, agreeing to commit almost $20,000 to foot their cost of living. Now that's some ballin big gurl moves!

Chanita Foster, founder of a charity called Beyond the Game, got in touch with Monyetta about sponsoring a child or two. Monyetta agreed, but upon seeing the 48 children featured in the brochure, she felt compelled to adopt all of them. Each child will cost $30 a month and for all 48 children for the entire year she's looking at $17, 280.

I have to admit, after watching Tiny and T.I. spend almost $15,000 on bikes to ride around their neighborhood, I'm glad to see people who are blessed, being a blessing to others.

Sidenote: I wonder how Chrissy and Jammo feel about this release, seeing as though their relationship is supposedly in a better place, yet this track seems to highlight issues between Nancy and Chrissy? Have they really moved past it and if so, will Nancy promoting what Chrissy feels is hurtful to her and Jammos relationship, cause friction in the future?

I received a letter from Meech… THE REAL BIG MEECH… and he’s apparently heated about folks referring to Clifford “T.I.” Harris as a “Snitch”…

There is no person in the Federal or State system that can say or saying that “T.I. Clifford Harris” snitched on them. I’m tired of people spraying his name when his plea deal and sentencing transcripts is “ONLINE.” You pay $40 to get on “Pacer” and you have access to all court documents on any person in the “UNITED STATES.”

By the way, Meech’s letter is not just to me, it’s to the entire world. Long story short… Big Meech says Tip is a “100% stand up dude” and all that “Snitch” talk is just that… TALK!

What’s “Craccin”

I must get straight to the point because I personally have a problem with people assassinating a real stand up dude character, namely T.I., talking about he a “SNITCH” when we are living in the information era and there is absolutely no public record of this man being a “SNITCH.”

There is no person in the Federal or State system that can say or saying that “T.I. Clifford Harris” snitched on them.

They also show you any motions or appeals that’s filed within a 48 hour period. The government would never hide the fact that T.I. is a snitch because they would want the world to know that they broke him like they broke Sammy the Bull, Nicky Barnes, Rayful Edmunds, Alpo, and Frank Lucas, who snitched on his own family members.

As far as the Ohio incident in which his friend Philant got killed, Tip was subpoenaed to court and only said a van pulled alongside and started shooting. He DID NOT see the shooter or who was shooting. From my understanding, the shooters own brother snitched on HIM.

To sum it up, I put me… “THE REAL BIG MEECH” and the whole “B.M.F.” family life on the line that “T.I. Clifford Harris” is a “100% Solid Authentic Dude.”

This is the latest tragedy in 2012. Seems like every other day, someone is passing away. So sad, she was such a talented and beautiful woman. Rest in Peace!

RANCHO DOMINGUEZ - Authorities today said a woman found dead at the base of a radio transmission tower in the unincorporated Rancho Dominguez area near Compton apparently committed suicide by jumping from the structure.

Deputies were called to the 2200 block of University Drive at 4:38 p.m. Monday, said Lt. Christopher Bergner of the sheriff's Carson Station.

The woman, who was in her 20s, died at the scene, said coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter. She apparently climbed up the tower and jumped, Winter said. Her name was withheld, pending notification of her relatives.

So sad, she was such a talented and beautiful woman. Rest in Peace!

Webbie and Club Owners In Court over Fight

Five plaintiffs have filed suit against an East St. Louis nightclub after claiming to have suffered injuries during a no-holds-barred melee made infamous last April after video footage emerged and circulated around YouTube.

The fracas, which lasted several minutes, included pistol
whippings, body slams and several blows to the body with what appear to
be metal chairs and bar stools. One security guard was hospitalized
with a gunshot wound to the hand. During the early-morning hours of
April 3 during a Webbie concert at Blackmon's Plaza, at least three
plaintiffs were caught up in a stampede, one plaintiff was attacked by
security officers, and another plaintiff required eight staples in his
head after being clocked with a chair, according to the suit, which was
filed in St. Clair County Court on January 19.

The 20-count, 46-page liability complaint also alleges that security guards had chained an exit door shut, preventing anyone from escaping the battle royal.
After the videos circulated, the Illinois State Police opened an
investigation. Meanwhile the city of East St. Louis suspended Blackmon's
liquor license for two weeks and hit the club with a $1,000 fine.

In addition to Blackmon's Plaza, the plaintiffs name Trill
Entertainment and its chief executive officer as defendants, saying they
negligently failed to prevent an attack, failed to warn of the
possibility of an attack and failed to provide adequate security.
The plaintiffs are seeking a judgment of $305,757.05 and compensatory
damages of more than $800,000, in addition to punitive damages.

It seems the dethrowned supposed Queen of R&B, Beyonce went against what she originally promised fellow DC member Michelle Williams that she would not release two singles on the same day that she released her project. Sad, but greed is evil peoples! Sadly, few have actually paid any attention to the fact that there is question about one of the singles released, "If I Were A Boy" and its origin. Seems ole Bee's people need to get on it and clear this up pronto. and artists originality is all they have, and when the integrity of such is questioned, its a serious problem. For most anyway. Any thoughts?

All I can say to Beraunchey is that karma is a bitch and she's waiting to bitch slap you when you least expect it. And her nickname is Rhianna. *wink*

Not So Blind Item Famous R&B Singer Terminates Pregnancy?

Rumors and blind items swirl with a famous R&B singer was pregnant. Well, her famous rapper boyfriend told her that he's not ready for anymore children and convinced her to end the pregnancy. And little mama is such a wreck since deciding to terminate the pregnancy she is closed up in her home with her family, speaking to no one at all, even her publisist.

*Quick Hint: Singer is known for her dancing and it is NOT Beyonce.*

Although I hate that things like this are public, it is what we do. I wish whomever she is a speedy recovery, and hope that she has all the emotional support she needs to make it through this very emotional time.

Roc-A-Fella rapper Uncle Murda was shot in the head yesterday in New York as he stood with a friend outside a parked car. Although rumors have swirled about the shooting being a result of Uncle Murda's disputes with other industry rappers. Uncle Murda spoke with AllHipHop and squashed those rumors claiming it wasn't entertainment beef. "This was street shit" Murda claimed.

He claims to not have even known he was hit. A member of his crew saw that his face was bleeding and took him to the hosiptal, according to Uncle Murda. Then he comically added, "They said I still have the bullet in my head and if I'm sexually active, it will fall out." He claims to be caring for the wounds himself at home.

Uncle Murder claims to not be focused on beef with Papoose but instead is focused on his upcoming album.

Suge Named in Gang Injunction

City officials in LA have asked a judge to ban members of the Mob Piru street gang from congregating in a Compton neighborhood. And asked that Marion "Suge" Knight be included in that order, since the Death Row co-founder was one of the 200 people the officials said were members of the Mob Piru. The injunction order would ban them from congregating, carrying guns, drinking alcohol in public, or being out past 10pm.

Suge calls the injunction "a publicity stunt." He told the LA Times "This is crazy! I'm a 42 year old businessman, not a gang member. I don't even live in Compton!"

Foxy Brown has been staying busy while doing her year long bid. Word is the "Ill Na Na" is working on doing a documentary and could possibly have a feature film in the works. She tried to have her bid filmed, but prison officials weren't having that. Foxy's album, Brooklyn's Don Diva is due out in May and the possible movie is slated for 2009.

While the jakes had Weezy hemmed up, Busta was in court where he faced trials on 2 counts of assault, 2 DUIs, and a charge of driving with a suspended license. Well, looks like Busta Buss could possibly walk with 3 years probation, a fine and community service. Woo hah bitches!
