It was a beautiful day, not to mention about 20+ degrees warmer than it was last weekend!We took some back roads from our home in Newark down to Logan County. The temperature was a little extreme for our liking. Last evening, our thermometer showed 8 degrees, and it only made it to about 16 degrees earlier in the day (plus wind!). After some yard work, Sonia &amp;amp; I took a break and went to Black Hand Gorge. The 4+ mile bike trail is paved, mostly flat, and follows the Licking River. There&#39;s an eagle&#39;s nest along the river, but we didn&#39;t see the occupants this time.       The sycamores looked great against the crystal blue sky.
