First off, a big thank you to PeaceLove&Sharpies for all the hugs, cookies, and brownies :) They really helped when I was feeling at my worst

After days of laying around (3 days without touching my laptop :[ ) today I went to the doctor and got a shot and some stronger medicine. Though still weak and with a headache, I am starting to feel better. For now, here are some more wallpapers:

Enjoy

and this here is specifically presented for Shona, sorry that I couldn't find a larger version of the Light Love at the top of the post, hope this is a decent 2nd :)

200+ Thank Yous

2011-05-24T19:43:00.000-07:00

First, I want to thank each of you for all the kind well wishes. Though not fully recovered, I am feeling a little better. It has been a long day of 7up, Cold Pizza, Chicken Noodle Soup, and Tv.

Also, today was a record for me, where my blog reached 200+ Followers, and for that, thank you all!

Other than the blogging community I haven't had much conversation today. Only thing keeping me going at this point is probably my dogs:

Spunky the black(ish) Yorke, and Frosty the (FAT) Pikignese. Anyway, thanks again everyone

Well This Sucks

Doesn't that figure? It FINALLY stops raining and storming, it's my day off, and I wake up sick and with a sore back !!!

Ugh, I gotta tell you everyone, I'm feeling pretty horrible right now :(

Loaded up in the chair with my Laptop, Seven Up, and a box of Kleenexes.

In a related note, a new study has found that by just looking at a sick person, your bodies natural defenses will respond and immediately begin to protect your body...

Wish mine would kick in, I feel horrible....

JINKIES!!!

2011-05-21T19:54:00.000-07:00

So on my way to work this morning, I saw exhibit A:

and then I ran over exhibit B!!!:

Ok, not really. But it was a big snake. It was stretched out almost across the entire two-lane road.

In related news the worlds longest recorded snake ever held in captivity a reticulated python, which was 32ft, 9.5inches. (It was killed in Celebes, Indonesia, in 1912).

Pictured above, the white is the jaws from today's average alligator, the dark and MUCH larger jaws are those of a prehistoric alligator.

Pretty big huh?

Wanna know a little secret?

Prehistoric snakes used to hunt and kill ancient alligators!!!

Can you even begin to imagine how big a snake like that would be?

Can you picture yourself staring into the eye of a snake who's pupil would be the size of half your body?

Home at Last

2011-05-20T13:42:00.000-07:00

Ever try going to sleep at 9p.m., but you just can't settle? End up staying up til 2 Dark Thirty,

Ever do that AND THEN get a phone call from work at 4a.m. to come in and work a shift until 2 in the afternoon?! I'll tell you all right now, IT SUCKS!

The only saving grace, a little private stock of magic elixir. A widely marketed potion that many of you know as:

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have never tried it, it really does come in handy. Of course results will vary, but for me, there is NO CRASH, NO JITTERS, and it's just a smooth burst of energy. You're heart doesn't go crazy, the world doesn't speed up, you are simply just more awake.

Sometimes the effects hit me a few minutes after downing the drink, other times it can take an hour or so to start to feel the wonderful effects of 5 HOUR ENERGY!

In any case, need an extra boost before a morning workout? 5 Hr Energy

A pick me up for a slow afternoon in the office? 5 Hr Energy

Just want more energy for whatever the hell you have planned?

5 HOUR ENERGY!!!!!!!

I'm Back & Alive!

2011-05-16T11:17:00.000-07:00

Alright everyone, sorry for the absence, but I am back. Work was rough this weekend, been awhile since I've done this job...

In the news:

Joyously, the Playstation Network is back up!!!

This means I can start gaming again!

Also, just wanted to clarify once more because I'm getting sick of people terming the wrong way, The playstation network was hit by crackers, NOT Hackers. Also, Sony shut the playstation network down, the network only infiltrated. Give credit where credit is due.

Sad part: My DirecTv receiver died last night, so... I am without tv for the next 5 days....

Good evening everyone, apologies for the late posting. Was assisting my grandmother today and experimenting with a few things on my gaming site. Wonderful to see that Blogger is finally back up and running! Enjoy these wallpapers, I work the next few days but will try to stay with you as much as possible.

Also, just wanted to bring to your attention, that it is official:

Ashton Kutcher will be replacing Charlie Sheen on 2 1/2 Men!

It is anyones guess as to whether he is capable of replacing Sheen, but The studio, and Cast, believe he is the man for the job. The studio has released a statement that they will try to accomodate Kutcher to make his entrance onto 2.5 men as smooth as possible. Also it is noted that Ashton Kutcher shall be receiving a mere fraction of the 2 million per episode Charlie Sheen was making.

Charlie Sheen has stated he believes Ashton Kutcher is a wonderful being and good for the position, but warns him that the executives he shall be working with are far from Warm-hearted, accomodating, and reasonable.

Though highly positive of these developments, many think it won't be long before Sheen begins to negatively rant about the new development.

In any case, he is Winning, and that is all

Somewhat Pieced Together

2011-05-12T09:57:00.000-07:00

Everyone, I am back to being myself (somewhat). Yesterday I watched Fast Five with a group of friends, and the movie is Fantastic! If you are even a passing fan of ANY of the Fast & Furious movies, this is a must see. It combines people and events from every movie, bringing them together in one big moment. I can't do justice to this film, so just trust me, go see it.

Today I want to talk to you about another movie releasing this summer (7.1.11)

Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon

Here are the teaser trailers:

It will be interesting to see how the story develops, and of course, how well the movie does without Ms. Megan Fox

Apparently months ago it was decided by her that the studio was not offering her enough money to do another Transformers Movie.

In the new movie, Shia Labeouf is seen with this new girl:

Mind Blown

Apologies for the short post today everyone, but I just saw Fast Five in theater with a group of friends... and my mind is blown...

Beautiful Day!

2011-05-09T15:46:00.000-07:00

Today has been a truly beautiful day everyone. The sun is shining, a small cool breeze, and I didn't have to go to work!

I have recently been informed by a comrade that a local snow cone location has opened up.

The key to its success is exotic flavors, such as Dinosaur, and TIGERS BLOOD!

As I'm writing this, preparations are being made to journey to this location and have a taste. Perhaps Tigers Blood will give me strength, maybe I will only receive a satisfying chilled beverage, in any case, it's a WIN!
