A trial aimed at bringing older Australians back into the workforce will be rolled out at five sites from mid next year, Minister for Employment Michaelia Cash said.

The five trial regions are Ballarat in Victoria, Somerset in Queensland, across the central west in NSW, Adelaide south in South Australia and Perth north in Western Australia.

“These regions have distinctly different labour market conditions. Having a diverse group of regions will maximise the lessons that can be learnt from the trial, which can then be incorporated in the national rollout,” Senator Cash said.

She said the program would be rolled out nationally from 2020.

Currently seeking Nannies to fill positions in Melbourne & Surrounding Suburbs.

We are the leading In-Home Childcare and Nanny Agency in Melbourne.

We need a casual driver for our regular Tuesday and Friday run which involves a shift of 6-10hours depending on our workload. Other days are a possibility.

We are looking for a fit and energetic person who is quite agile and able to climb in and out of a van many times a day and has no problems bending, kneeling and lifting (maximum weight approx 8kg).

The person we need is very hands on and is known among family and friends as the person that can ‘fix and build anything’. You need to be able to think on your feet and come up with clever and innovative practical (built) solutions to a problem. A background in maintenance and building is highly desirable and some experience in property/town planning/land surveying would be an added bonus (but not essential).

We provide a current model vehicle set up with all the tools and equipment needed and training is provided on the job.

You need a current clean Victorian Drivers licence and be very proficient with the use of a ‘smart phone’ for taking and emailing pictures from job sites. You will be emailing lots of photos from site which go directly to our clients so you need to be able to type and email from a SmartPhone accurately and reasonably quickly.

We are looking for someone who is very safety focused (like us), takes care and pride in their work (like us), has good social skills and can think on their feet when faced with a tricky job.

Our office is based in Frankston South (moving to Carrum Downs in 2018) and most days start time is 7.00am but this is flexible depending on our workload.
