A worried woman went to her gynecologist and said : "Doctor, I have a serious problem and desperately need your help!
My baby is not even 1 year old and I'm pregnant again.
I don't want kids so close together."
So the doctor said : "Ok and what do you want me to
do?"

She said:"I want you to end my pregnancy, and I'm
counting on your help with this."

The doctor thought for a little,and after some silence he said
to the lady:"I think I have a better solution for your
problem. It's less dangerous for you too."

She smiled, thinking that the doctor was going to accept her request. Then he continued : "You see,in
order for you not to have to take care of 2 babies at the
same time, let's kill the one in your arms. This way, you
could rest some before the other one is born. If we're
going to kill one of them, it doesn't matter which one it is.
There would be no risk for your body if you chose the
one in your arms."

The lady was horrified and said "No doctor! How terrible!
It's a crime to kill a child!"

"I agree", the doctor replied.
"But you seemed to be OK with it, so I thought maybe that was the best solution."

The doctor smiled, realizing that he had made his point.
-'He convinced the mom that there is no difference in killing
a child that's already been born and one that's still in the
womb. The crime is the same ..!

Beneath the forest covered hills of southern Kentucky, USA are the MAMMOTH CAVES, the world's largest system of caves. There are about 570 km of underground passageways on 5 different levels. These have huge chambers, vertical shafts and splendid forms of gypsum flowers and other rare natural wonders. The temperature here is always cooler than outside in summers and warmer in winters.
Some of these passages end into rooms big enough to hold a nine storey building!

There Is a Paralysis that Affects Only Beginner-Surfers

One extremely rare condition (there have been a total of 9 people suffering by it for the entire period of 5 years between 1998 and 2003) that affects only first-time surfers. Surfer’s Myelopathy, as it is called, has not been proven as a permanent condition, but that there are not enough cases for such a conclusion is more probable. The condition is caused only when a surfer enters the waters for the first time. The position and movement of the board and water cause some damage to the spine, leading to the Myelopathy.

Out of the 9 known cases that have been monitored in the mentioned period concluded that three of them lost some of the normal functions of their urination, four received persistent weakness in some part of the body, a third were able to reach a full recovery and only one is suffering from permanent paraplegia.

Yes, you can actually sleep in this underwater suite at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, under the Indian Ocean. OK, it's not an Abyss situation where it's way down on the ocean floor, there is only about 20 feet of ocean above you. Still, you can see that you'll have plenty of fish watching you sleep and/or bone.
