Beat eggs; add potatoes and remaining&lt;br&gt;ingredients except bacon and paprika. Pour into a&lt;br&gt;well-greased 10-inch piepan.&amp;nbsp; Sprinkle with bacon and&lt;br&gt;paprika. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. If you have one of those miniature crock pots, this is a&lt;br&gt;chance to use it. You may serve this as smooshed but the flavors marry&lt;br&gt;better if you heat it in oven/microwave/toaster oven/crock pot until&lt;br&gt;it&#39;s kind of bubbly. 4 oz. jar&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Chopped red pimientos &lt;br /&gt;
4 oz. can&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Chopped green chiles &lt;br /&gt;

1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 Tsp Rosemary Leaves &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 Tsp Parsley Flakes&lt;br /&gt;

Heat oven to 350 . Mix all ingredients thoroughly by adding Bisquick mix gradually. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Place in Jelly Roll pan and cook at 350 degrees until done 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm. Can be frozen: Remove from freezer, heat in overn, serve immediately. In a large bowl, mix vinegar, hot sauce, oil, garlic, and pepper. Peel, pit and cut avocado into 1/2 inch cubes.&amp;nbsp; Add to vinegar mixture and mix gently to coat. Drain and rinse peas and corn.&amp;nbsp; Add peas, corn, onions, cilantro and tomatoes to avocado.&amp;nbsp; Mix gently to coat.&amp;nbsp; Add salt to taste.
