Always Look Around

2014-11-13T11:48:00.001-06:00

I had just finished with what I needed to get done that afternoon, in time to make it to the woods for the last hour before night fall. It was pretty windy, so I had some cover noise as I worked my way along the edge of the corn field, and in to the woods. About 20 yards/18.288 Meters, into a corner of the woods, I have a ladder stand that lets me get up off of the forest floor. Even as quiet as one can be, it still takes a few minutes for the creatures of the woods to resume their regular activities. After about a half of an hour, I thought I heard someone calling. Sure enough, I did. Right in the tree next to me!

The best art in the world is 'refridgerator art' made by those who are special to you.
