NowPublic.com was founded by Canadian entrepreneur Michael Tippett as a "crowd-sourced" outlet for the enterprising work of "citizen journalists". I was among a handful of experienced mainstream media journalists who found it a convenient and well-read outlet for my journalism. NowPublic was sold in September 2009 to Clarity Digital Group, an investment company owned by rightwing financier Phillip Anschutz, overlord of the Anschutz Corp., perhaps best-known for its subsidiary, Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), operators of sports and entertainment venues. At the time of the sale of NowPublic, I expressed my concern that the new ownership would quietly work to dismantle NowPublic.com and its global network of contributing journalists -- which it eventually did:

Investment mogul Philip Anschutz:

NowPublic continued to operate even as its staff shrank as a result of a series of layoffs and other cost-cutting moves. Then, one day in late December 2013, NowPublic was taken offline. Disappeared. Contributors, even off-site editors, got no advance notice, no "heads up". The Anschutz overlords just shut it down. URLs of articles published on the site suddenly redirected to a "404 Page Not Found" notice under the banner of Examiner.com, another Anschutz operation. Some of the articles I published at NowPublic.com were posted to the "Wayback Machine" at the website Archive.org but I have been blocked from accessing those archived versions -- apparently another brazen act of censorship.

I've long suspected that by buying and dismantling NowPublic.com, the Anschutz company was doing the bidding of U.S. military intelligence, which continue to operate a clandestine telecommunications censorship and content tampering regime. The censorship regime is administered by cyberwar units of Lockheed Martin, the world's largest defense contractor and a major IT contractor of the U.S. government.

The Anschutz operation that shut down NowPublic.com apparently has reneged on published promises by the previous owner that site content remained the property of its creators, promises that comport with intellectual property copyright laws of Canada and the United States. The owners of intellectual property taken down by the Anschultz organization no longer have access to their published work. In my case, digital copies of my articles disappeared from my computers -- the result of apparent sabotage by way of radio frequency weapon intrusion technology that can remotely cyberjack any electronic device, any computer, even if the device is not physically connected to the internet. Hard copy printouts of articles I published at NowPublic.com have vanished from my home files. (I have written about repeated instances of home intrusions, wanton vandalism of property and home systems, and theft of items ranging from personal memorabilia to electronic equipment such as an expensive and rare phongraph turntable cartridge.)

And now come the veiled threats to shut down VicLivingston.blogspot.com. Blogspot and Blogger.com are now owned and operated by Google, the internet behemoth. I believe it is both relevant and significant that I have yet to receive any remuneration whatsoever from advertising posted to this website. My recent attempts to access information and data on advertising revenues related to this site have been unsuccessful. As I have written many, many times, my web navigation is sabotaged in real-time and I am often denied access to information related to my web accounts. It also appears that data often is doctored, manipulated or outright fabricated by censorship regime operatives. And I have received no notices or communications related to this website via U.S. mail; it is painfully apparent that my snail mail also is subject to censorship, tampering and theft. Repeated complaints to the the U.S. Postal Service have come to naught, as have my multiple requests to local police for an investigation of the community "gangstalkers" who serially violate my civil rights.

The takedown of NowPublic.com and the disappearing of contributor content have harmed thousands of writers and authors around the world. I also believe sufficient grounds exist for a class action lawsuit against the Anschutz organization and its assigns.

The radio frequency weapon assaults have degraded and debilitated my health and well-being and have hideously mutilated and disfigured my body. I have been damaged in some of the worst ways that a man can be damaged. I cannot leave the house without being stalked, store-mobbed and cat-called. When I return home I often find signs of surreptitious entry and malicious vandalism of property and personal items like clothing. We have been victims of identity theft and financial fraud. The local police chief in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA, where my family has resided for nearly 25 years, has given me lip service in two personal meetings, but no relief from persecution. His department either cannot or will not respond to complaints of hate crimes, home intrusions, financial sabotage, foul-tasting drinking water and apparent tainting of bottled water stored in our garage.

We have been slandered to neighbors as "troublemakers", in the words of one harassing neighbor, and we are serial targets of town watch vigilantes who parade by our house on foot and tailgate in cars, often waving maniacally.

It's been eleven years and counting of living hell, and I am not alone. Local police, operating under the apparent direction of regional "fusion centers" -- an extrajudicial Gestapo apparatus -- act as the virtual jailers of extrajudicially "targeted individuals" nationwide, persons who most often are persecuted for their beliefs, their activism, their ethnic and religious backgrounds, not because they pose a "threat" to the community.

America has transmogrified into a fascist police state lorded over by ideologues and haters; the dwindling number of "good guys" in law enforcement either go along with "the program" or find themselves, and their families, added to the control matrix targeting list.

So this is about much more than being censored on Twitter; this is about the descent of America into a genocidal fascist hell on earth for resolute citizens who refuse to surrender their God-given and constitutional rights to fascists and thugs.

America can still be saved. But only if its leaders and citizenry wake up to the real threat within -- ideologues and haters who make a mockery of the U.S. Constitution and traditional American values.

COVERT MIL-INTEL CENSORSHIP REGIME LOCKS ME OUT OF TWITTER UNDER FALSE PRETENSES: VET JOURNO

The covert internet censorship regime administered by Lockheed Martin for U.S. Cyber Command and other elements of the mil-intel-law enforcement complex continues to use social media site "terms of service" as a pretext under which to impose draconian content censorship on American citizens -- notably those who have been extrajudicially condemned as "dissidents" or "undesirables".

The apparent motive, in my case: to keep me from using Twitter to disseminate links to my articles that expose covert U.S. military-intelligence domestic neuroweapon attacks on thousands of mostly unknowing American citizens, along with secret programs of financial sabotage and other civil and human rights violations, including serial community persecution commonly referred to as "gangstalking".

This veteran journalist's latest encounter with this cyberNazi apparatus began precisely at 12:07pm on Friday, Feb. 27th, immediately after I posted a tweet on my Twitter page that referred to potential GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush as an "elitist". The tweet did not post. Instead I instantly received a pop-up box message that read: "Your tweet has been flagged as suspicious". All subsequent attempts to post on Twitter elicited that same message, or a alternate notices stating: "This appears to be automated...." Later the notice morphed into: "(T)his request looks like it might be automated. To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, we can't complete this action right now. Please try again later." I tried, repeatedly -- to no avail.

My account was not totally blocked or rendered invisible on the net, as might have happened if Twitter itself, and not a rogue censorship regime, had cited my account for violations of its posting policies. I continued to receive new tweets. But all of my attempts to post were thwarted by the pop-up roadblocks.

This was nothing new. It's happened many times in the past. But the ham-fisted technique had become increasingly infrequent after I published this article exposing many of the methods and tactics of a censorship regime I first began to expose more than five years ago:

While the pop-up blocks didn't return with a fury until Feb. 27th, I have noticed that my tweets often contain spelling and other errors that were not present when I hit the "post" button, forcing me to delete and re-post. That fact apparently is being used to supply "plausible deniability" to the cyberNazi censors who then send messages to me about "automated" requests -- in other words, a false pretext under which to censor. it's painfully obvious that every keystroke I enter into my thoroughly hacked and compromised computer and (Verizon) internet connection is mirrored and logged by the Lockheed Martin cyber unit operatives who use highly sophisticated remote-capture technology to spy on this journalist (and no doubt, untold numbers of other citizens) 24/7 -- and TAMPER WITH THEIR CONTENT, EVEN OFF-LINE.

Late yesterday afternoon, the censorship deception took a new twist when I received an email stating that my account was "locked" -- even though a "lock" notice didn't begin to appear on my Twitter page until after I received the email. The on-screen notice, like the email, made no mention whatsoever of "suspicious" content. Instead, it took a technological tack:

"Your account appears to have exhibited automated behavior that violates the Twitter Rules. To unlock your account, please click the button below and confirm that you are the valid account owner."

I dutifully clicked on the button and was taken to a page demanding: "Enter your phone number in the box below, and we'll send you a confirmation code. We will not store your phone number or use it for any other purpose, but text fees may apply."

The message did not ask whether I was supplying a landline or a cellphone number. Nor did it intially state that the confirmation code would be sent my text message -- a type of message that cannot be received by most landlines. I entered my home phone number and only than was I informed that the code would be sent by text message. I am reluctant to transmit my cellphone number via the net because I know with certainty that my connection is not secure -- it continues to be repeatedly hacked, despite password changes (and Verizon has been unable or unwilling to resolve this chronic security issue).

Later, I reluctantly relented and typed in a cellphone number on the webform. Then I got a new surprise: an on-screen message reading: "You have exceeded the number of attempts. Try again later." I did -- again, to no avail.

It is now more than a day after the Tweet block began with that Jeb Bush tweet, and I still cannot post on Twitter. Circumstantial evidence, and similar past experiences, inform me that I am being purposely and unconstitutionally censored, my telecommunications intercepted, hacked and altered, by what can only be described as a fascist military intelligence-corporate censorship regime -- and a brazenly ham-fisted one, at that.

I have been forced to give up my cellphone number, opening yet another door for potential identity thieves -- a means for this persecuting regime to "let bad things happen" to their extrajudicial "targets". But it goes even further: my reporting indicates that this regime intercepts U.S. Mail and counterfeits and alters bills, account records and financial statements of "targeted individuals" and their entire families -- an expropriation scheme that amounts to financial genocide:

Not a single member of the Washington DC press corps has asked the White House about the nationwide system of extrajudicial punishment that ranges from community-based "gangstalking" to financial sabotage and covert electromagnetic weapon assault, impairment, torture and subjugation/"behavior (mind) control".

The last reporter to ask a high government official about electromagnetic weaponry was Norah O'Donnell, who put the question to then defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld at a Pentagon briefing. His answer appeared to confirm reports that such weaponry has been deployed and used in warfare (at that time, in Iraq). No reporter that I know of has followed up.

I firmly believe that the White House cannot deny the existence of a nationwide program of extrajudicial punishment and electromagnetic weapon torture. UPDATE: Wednesday, April 2:

TERRORIZED AGAIN -- COMMUNITY GOONS ENTER MY HOME/GARAGE EARLY TUES AFTERNOON, SABOTAGE GARAGE DOOR, DISASSEMBLE/REVERSE CROSSBAR MECHANISM SO DOOR CAN'T BE LOCKED.

The sabotage occurred when I was "kept under" by yet another celltower neuroweapon forced sleep attack, which incapacitated me for a full hour or more.

I discovered the sabotage Tuesday evening (April 1) when I was heading out on an errand. I spent more than a hour Tuesday night reversing the sabotage by reinstalling the mechanism in the proper position. Apparently the vandals have secured keys to the locks on my premises.

These goons made illegal entry to sabotage my property, APPARENTLY WITH NO FEAR OF REPERCUSSIONS.

In early February, the other garage door was sabotaged via apparent radio frequency weapon attack that literally melted a bolt keeping a spring taut. Then, on Feb. 27th, a dogwalker goon threatened me to my face, saying: "We're gonna get the other one."

On Tuesday the goons made good on that threat, which had prompted me to call local police.

I intend to notify local police again to make an official record of this latest example of the BREAKDOWN IN THE RULE OF LAW IN LOWER MAKEFIELD TWP, BUCKS COUNTY, PA.

THIS IS DOMESTIC TERRORISM. WE ARE NOT SAFE AND SECURE IN OUR HOME. I CANNOT SLEEP SOUNDLY AT NIGHT DUE TO THIS TERRORISM (except for being tortured/kept under via neuroweapon attack).

When I got home I noticed that the packaging had been carefully slit open -- at the part of the package holding the keys to the lock. The purchase receipt was missing from the bag. Apparently, stalkers entered my vehicle -- whose door probably was unlocked via radio frequency intrusion tech of Lockheed Martin/fusion center cyberNazis -- and vandalized the packaging, possibly tracing the keys.

Then on Friday morning, I found the receipt on the floor in front of a closet -- apparently returned to my house by home-intruding community goons as my wife and I were kept in a deep sleep state upstairs overnight.

It appears that Lockheed Martin cyberNazis also use their radio frequency weapon capabilities to open door bolts -- enabling terroristic home intrusions.

Lockheed Martin cyber units, experience has taught me, enables domestic terrorism -- as do local police who refuse to police hate criminals, some of whom apparently are among their ranks.

More hard evidence emerged this past weekend of the terroristic community-based harassment and persecution I have endured for the past decade as a resident of Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA -- a symptom of a regional breakdown in the rule of law and a tacit endorsement by local police departments of psychopathic vigilantism.

HOME INVADERS' DIRECTED MESSAGE

This time, the evidence consisted of a United States Postal Service plastic bag (identical to the one shown in the picture) used to deliver damaged mail to postal customers. I found the bag on Saturday laying at the top of a kitchen trash container filled with garbage. I had not received this bag, or damaged mail, in my mailbox. But I did make a phone call recently to the Morrisville, Bucks County PA post office to complain that my wife and I were not receiving important mail from certain institutions, including financial institutions.

The discovery came when I returned inside from doing some yard work. About an hour or so earlier, I had emptied dirt from a carpet sweeper into the kitchen trash can; at that time, I can state with absolute certainty, the USPS bag was not present. Just before I re-entered the house, I had walked from the back yard to the front, where I observed parked across the street a white truck emblazoned with the name of a concrete contractor. The driver of the truck had gotten out and was conversing with a neighbor who happens to be an attorney. I have reason to believe this longtime neighbor is affiliated with -- and may be a "block captain" of -- a regional vigilante hate group with possible ties to an organized crime syndicate.

When I discovered the USPS "damaged mail" bag in the trash, it became apparent that a "gangstalker" intruder on a mission -- apparently supplied with copies of my house keys -- had entered my home while I was out in the yard and left the plastic bag as a "directed message", a purposeful reference to my call to local postal authorities seeking help with apparent theft of my mail.

It also was apparent that the intruder who left the bag in my house during an unlawful entry was supplied with information on my movements gleaned from surveillance -- either electronic surveillance supplied by local or regional fusion center authorities, or on-the-ground spying by neighbors affiliated with police-enabled vigilantes who for the past decade have made me a literal hostage in my own home. On repeated instances, upon the return to my premises after an outing, I have discovered evidence of unlawful home intrusions, vandalism -- including damage to major home systems and the sadistic ripping and shredding of personal clothing items and towels -- identity theft, and theft of household items. I have even discovered among my personal effects bank receipts for cash withdrawals I know I did not make. These acts of sabotage and intimidation are intended to make me reluctant to leave the house unoccupied; this domestic terror tactic largely has succeeded.

The worst acts of vandalism, sabotage, theft (apparently including identity theft), and malicious "gaslighting" such as the soiling of property and placement of sadistic "calling cards" such as pens with insignia of unfamiliar businesses, occur when my wife and I are "kept under" in a deep sleep state via neuromodulation attack with the celltower radio frequency weapon grid that I first exposed in an article published in late 2009 and since updated and revised: http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2011/12/u.html. These attacks on my brain and body occur regularly, throughout the day and night, debilitating my health and well-being -- literally preventing me from earning a living and living an unencumbered life. I did not call the local police to report the incident involving the placement of the "damaged mail" bag because experience has taught me that some local police officers "turn it around" and use such reports to build a case supporting the notion that the complainant is delusional or paranoid. Indeed, that appears to be the modus operandi of the local vigilante squad team leaders who engineer these "gaslighting" stunts -- to bait the "target" into making a call to police.

In late February, I did call the police when a dogwalker made a direct threat against me and my property -- a reference to a recently damaged garage door and a threat that "we're going to get the other one." I told the responding officer about a series of hate crimes committed against me and my interests, including vandalism, apparent identity theft and home intrusions. The officer told me that a department detective would be contacting me.

To date, I have received no followup from local police, as was the case in the past when I twice requested a hate crimes investigation in face-to-face appeals to Lower Makefield Township Police Chief Kenneth Coluzzi. I have gotten the impression that either police are under instructions from regional or federal authorities to keep hands off, or that the chief was merely engaging in lip service when he appeared sympathetic to my situation as an unjustly and extrajudicially "targeted individual" -- singled out and slandered for reasons of politics, ideology, or prejudice and hate.

Once again, I am renewing my appeal for the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Justice Department to open an investigation of officially-enabled persecution of so-called "targeted individuals", using the case of this veteran mainstream media journalist as a template for a nationwide enforcement action that compels regional and local authorities to cease the enabling of "vigilante justice" in America.

It is my firm belief that responsible and ethical authorities, including some local police officers and chiefs, are sick and tired of covering up for -- and being usurped by -- federal military and intelligence agencies and commands who would transmogrify local police departments all across the nation into the local ground muscle of an American gestapo on a covert mission of "social cleansing" -- a slowkill genocide.

Wed Mar 19, 2014 -- Today I received in my residential mailbox an important official document about a personal matter. Both ends of the envelope were slit open enough to allow someone to bend the edges of the envelope and peak inside at the contents to determine the nature of the communication as well as specific data contained therein. As described in the article above, my wife and I have had a long-standing problem with the delivery of U.S. mail to our address. It is obvious that someone is intercepting and tampering with our mail, either before it is delivered, or after; and that the events described in the article apparently have emboldened, rather than deterred, the person or persons committing the federal crime of mail tampering.

Just a coincidence that Sunday's fatal commuter train derailment in New York City happened the day after Hollywood movie star and philanthropist Paul Walker met an untimely death in a single vehicle car crash that closely mirrored the supposed accident, also in Los Angeles, that took the life of journalist Michael Hastings, the reporter whose Rolling Stone article led to the resignation of Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal, the former head of the Joint Special Operations Command?

Just a coincidence that the NYC train wreck was just the latest in a string of suspicious accidents on Metro North commuter railroad tracks, including a recent freight train derailment near the same Spuyten Duyvil ("spouting devil" or "devil's whirpool") station, and the bizarre collision last May of two commuter trains traveling in opposite directions on two separate tracks near a Bridgeport CT Metro North station?

Just a coincidence that authorities in North Texas attributed a fatal house explosion on Saturday night to a propane gas leak -- when witnesses interviewed on Fox News noted that the splintered and pulverized remains of the structure slowed no signs whatsoever of fire damage?

There are remarkable similarities between Paul Walker's supposed accident and the single-vehicle crash, also in Los Angeles, that killed Rolling Stone contributing journalist Michael Hastings, whose report led to the forced resignation of former Army Special Forces commanding Gen. Stanley McChrystal. Both vehicles appeared to burst into flames before impact. Debris from both vehicles was scattered over an unusually wide area. A CBS Morning News correspondent noted that a bystander plucked some debris from a tree standing well above the wreckage. Now reports are surfacing that Walker's relief efforts to aid survivors of the typhoon in the Philippines may have led him to uncover serious wrongdoing, including a possible genocidal scheme to introduce disease into the population by way of medications and/or vaccinations.

This journalist has written several articles in recent years about an apparent ongoing "Operation Chaos" -- a sinister series of false-flag black ops (operations) generated by a radical reactionary element within the U.S. security establishment that adheres to the philosophy that "from chaos comes order." By a preponderance of evidence, this journalist concludes that this element is covertly employing a covert electromagnetic radio frequency directed energy weapon system deployed on cell towers nationwide to generate social disorder by way of RF weapon-spawned "accidents"; "neuromodulation" of the human brain and nervous system, including induction of "subliminal suggestion" into the minds of so-called "Manchurian candidate" "black ops" operatives; and weather modification. The U.S. Army's top general wants to expand the scope of the military's role in civilian society, but expects pushback from non-governmental organizations and their leaders.

That was the main takeaway from candid remarks made by Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond Odierno during a lengthy panel discussion of military leadership by top-ranked commissioned and non-commissioned Army officers. The session took place Tuesday, Oct. 22 in Washington and was telecast live and archived on Army websites. The web link: army.mil/professional/ilw/future_leader.html.

"I believe we're never going to have in the future a solely military operation," Odierno said.

"It's going to have to require other things, because of the complexity of the environment that we're going to operate in. So in order to do that, you have to build these relationships (with non-governmental organizations)....

"And many of them don't really want to associate with us, frankly. You've got to understand that going in.

"You have to define common objectives. And we have a lot of common objectives (with NGOs), whether it's delivery of quality of life to the population in some way, whether it's through conflict termination or conflict resolution in other ways besides combat operations....

"The challenge is going to be for us to set up the platforms that allow us to do this. But I want you to know that I'm committed to it. "

Odierno added that "any of our leaders in the room" share that commitment, "as we get ourselves more settled here and we get ourselves moving forward."

The general did not elaborate on what he meant by his use of the words "more settled here" and "get ourselves moving forward." To this journalist, watching the session on live web video, it appeared several times that Odierno was speaking in code, a short-hand fully understood only by those on the inside.

"This is not just a war-time function," Odierno said. "This is a function that we will continue to do as we try to shape the environments. We want to continue this because we think it's really key as we go forward. So it's in the forefront of our minds. I think it's got to be part of everything that we do, even in our day-to-day activities, because there are many non-governmental and governmental departments that we're going to have to work with."

Army Gen. Robert B. Brown:
"Get your foot in the door."

Immediately after Odierno's remarks, Army Gen. Robert B. Brown, using blunt language, echoed the top general's belief that segments of American society will resist Army efforts to take on tasks commonly regarded as the province of civilian organizations and authorities. Brown cited a notable exception: when the Army provides disaster aid and other humanitarian assistance to civilians, such as medical services.

"It's very difficult, quite honestly, at the operational level. I have folks who reach out constantly. Two areas (in which) we've been successful -- humanitarian assistance and disaster response -- tends to be much less threatening and it gets that relationship going. And we'll get them to come down to some high-end warfighting exercises once we build that trust."

Brown said that Army programs that provide civilians with medical assistance "gets your foot in the door. It is frustrating, though. It's not easy, and it takes a lot of time. It takes a lot of effort.

"Sometimes you get pushback also from your own organization," Brown added, and, speaking in the third person, said: "'Why the heck do we want to include Peace Winds of America?' or whatever the organization. You get real pushback sometimes, and pretty soon it becomes clear why you want to include them -- because they'll be wherever you're going. So you've got to start training, the way you fight."

Gen. Brown did not elaborate on that statement, which seemed to be another piece of military short-hand intended for knowing ears.

In his earlier remarks, Gen. Odierno emphasized that all Army training exercises now include "a military-civilian piece of it. The issue is how we continue to support that."

In this reporter's view, the issue also is where to draw the line -- how far can the military insinuate itself into civil society without violating the American constitutional principle of civilian control?

To put it more bluntly:

Do Gen. Odierno and other top military officers still adhere to the bedrock American principle of civilian control of the military -- or are they methodically carving out more and more exceptions, raising the specter of a "soft" military coup d'etat?

Given the extraordinary emergency powers now vested in the military by way of the USA Patriot Act and other legislation enacted in the wake of the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks, it's plausible to argue that a soft military coup is well underway -- and apparently is succeeding in the establishment of a permanent American military police state masquerading as a constitutional democratic republic.

Two key pieces of evidence point to the possibility that an electromagnetic weapon system could have brought down the Korean airliner that crashed upon an attempted landing at San Francisco International Airport this past Saturday -- but government investigators appear to be stuck on the "pilot error" theory, perhaps to the exclusion of other outside-the-box possibilities.

In the hours following the San Francisco crash on Saturday, the CNN cable news network ran a telephone interview with a passenger in the plane that had landed just before the ill-fated jet's crash landing. The passenger told CNN that her plane had experienced "turbulence" on final approach. To the best of this reporter's knowledge, neither CNN nor any other mainstream media outlet has followed up on that potentially vital piece of information.

Man-made atmospheric turbulence -- so-called "vortex microbursts" or mini-tornadoes -- can be generated an electromagnetic weapon system (such as the system deployed nationwide on cell towers and satellites) which, according to U.S. Patent No. 7629918, held by Raytheon, is capable of "altering atmospheric conditions." As this journalist's reporting has revealed, this cell tower weapon grid is administered by U.S. Cyber Command and is under day-to-day operational command and control of Lockheed Martin contract personnel:

The "multlifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon" (RFDE) apparently is capable of generating electromagnetic fields that can interfere with the functioning of ANY microchip-controlled or motorized device -- from simple electric appliance motors to jet engines. Based on my research and on empirical evidence gained from first-hand observation, it appears that the weapon system can slow down or speed up any motorized device, or override control systems. The multifunctional RFDE also appears to be capable of reprogramming "on the fly" any microchip-controlled device, or destroying ("frying") the electronic components entirely.

UPDATE Wed July 10 @ 6:30pm -- National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Deborah Hersman told media reporters that the pilot of Flight 214 reported seeing what he described as a bright flash of light at an altitude of about 500 feet as the airliner was making its final approach. The pilot reported to the NTSB that the flash temporarily blinded him. This account conceivably supports the contention that the airplane encountered an unanticipated energy force as it made its descent in the moments before impact.

Did rogue elements use an electromagnetic weapon system to generate a microburst vortex mini-tornado or to cause the Korean airliner's engines to slow down, throttle back -- perhaps as part of a venal "Operation Chaos" intended to spawn social and political unrest and fear, "softening the battlefield" for authoritarian rule, making the general population fearful and thus amenable to draconian "solutions" to socio-economic chaos and crisis?

When this journalist attempted to ask these questions on the Monday morning following the San Francisco crash, he was blocked for a half-hour from posting the following "tweet" message to the Twitter page of the FBI's San Francisco field office:

A rusted, oxidized appearance on metal surfaces -- an effect described by physical engineer Dr. Judy Wood as "molecular dissociation" or, to use a colloquial term, "dustification" -- is one byproduct of attack via an electromagnetic weapon system such as the one deployed on cell towers and satellites everywhere in the U.S. -- as I first exposed nearly four years ago (see link above).

Photos of the Korean airliner crash taken immediately after passengers escaped down inflatable chutes -- before the fire broke out -- clearly show a pronounced brown discoloration of the painted aluminum surface of the top of the fuselage.

NOTE: A Google search on Tuesday, July 9, revealed not a single photo showing the brown discoloration on the roof of the fuselage, despite the fact that a brownish hue was clearly visible on passenger photos broadcast on CNN and other TV news networks. It appears to this journalist that the photos I saw over my military contractor- censored connection were altered, touched up, DOCTORED, to remove any sign of the brownish tinge on the remains of the aircraft.

UPDATE, a half-hour later: A fifth Google photo search revealed a passenger photo taken before the fire broke out, and apparently before the arrival of firefighting equipment, that graphically displays the brown discoloration. The link,which appears to be a "spoofed" link as evidenced by the "i" before "dailymail":

It is obvious that the worldwide publication of this article has prompted military contractor censors to again attempt to cover their tracks -- in this case, their apparent censorship and doctoring of Google photo searches. The author also has discovered that this article, as first published on NowPublic.com/scrivener, was maliciously altered with the insertion of at least one word that materially changed the intended meaning of the sentence. The original wording has been restored. This is more evidence that a fascist censorship regime is literally rewriting history. This journalist has been blocked for several years from posting photos to his NowPublic.com articles -- the apparent work of this covert U.S. military-intelligence censorship regime (see links below).

Dr. Wood notes in her research that this same oxidized, rusted appearance was present on the grotesquely twisted steel left in the aftermath of the collapse of the World Trade Center twin towers on September 11, 2001. But then my browser AGAIN went dead. I repeatedly got an on-screen box telling me the Twitter web page was "unresponsive."

My Twitter messages, as well as other internet website comments, often are being posted to obviously counterfeit, "spoofed" web pages viewable only to myself -- that is, if they post at all.

It's apparent that my internet connection and all of my computers are "hyperjacked" 24/7 via various intrusion technologies, including wireless radio frequency infiltration that facilitates real-time tampering with my computing EVEN WHEN I AM NOT CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. This RF spytech is incorporated into the celltower radio frequency directed energy weapon system which this reporter first exposed four years ago:

Typically, my "tweets" immediately disappear from the intended recipient's Twitter page, even though the tweets remain on MY Twitter page, giving me the illusion that I have freedom of speech and expression on the internet when I clearly do not. When I make a second attempt to post a tweet, I usually get this on-screen message: "Whoops... looks like you already tweeted that!" -- despite the fact that over my censored connection, the tweet did not post to the intended page.

On Twitter pages of influential journalists and writers, my attempts to post replies to posted tweets often elicit another obviously counterfeit, spoofed on-screen message: "You are not authorized to look up results for that tweet." This ploy prevents me from joining in Twitter conversations with opinion leaders.

In the recent past, my attempts to post comments to Facebook media articles have elicited this obviously spoofed, fake message, displayed on-screen in a format that resembled Facebook's: "You are not authorized to make that comment." Only after I wrote about this blatant censorship ploy did it stop. This is politically-driven censorship via fraud and deception, as I have chronicled in a series of articles over the past few years (see links below).

It appears that my connection is subject to automatic, "algorithmic" censorship routines as well as real-time censorship by a "live" operative who is monitoring -- "mirroring" -- my every keystroke. The cyber-spies call this protocol "catch and release." In my experience, it's usually "catch and censor," or "catch and 'black-hole'" -- making the content inaccessible to others, even if it seems to appear on websites as seen over my intercepted and censored connection. My real-time "shadow censor" has the ability to override any keyboard command, or to insert typos or make additions or deletions to my work, even delete certain news stories from my internet connection -- content that the censorship regime does not want me to see.

(As I write this, the cursor is jumping around and my word processing program suddenly disappears from the screen, obvious signs that my computer is being remotely manipulated.)

Or the operative can direct my internet comments to a "spoofed" -- counterfeit -- webpage that is generally viewable only to me and perhaps to family members and associates, just for the sake of appearances. This spoofed-page censorship is intended to deceive, to fool censorship "targets" into thinking that they have First Amendment rights of freedom of speech, expression, and freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures, when, in fact, those rights are being routinely denied by a fascist censorship regime. The giveaway is a non-standard URL that contains a numerical code facilitating this instantaneous "spoofed page" censorship.

This technique apparently is employed to black-hole my tweets to a key aide to President Obama and to a political reporter. It appears that virtually all of my tweets are either deleted immediately after I post them, or my messages are posted to spoofed, counterfeit pages viewable only to me. Also, my tweets, as seen over my censored connection, always appear to post to the bottom of the queue; the Twitter format is supposed to post the most recent tweets first. When I attempt to access the political website Politico.com, it appears that the entire website is a fake -- a spoofed version of Politico, custom censorship targeted at journalists, opinion leaders, activists or anyone else that military censors seek to neutralize. My Chrome browser sometimes informs me that the digital "certificate" used to authenticate Politico and other websites is "not valid" -- an indication that I am being redirected to a counterfeit version of the intended site. In my case, the apparently phony certificate carries this URL: http://248.e.akamai.net. Akamai is a real internet content transmission company but, according to published accounts, also handles internet "redirects" for U.S. intelligence agencies.

Also, under the "connect" tab on Twitter, there are hardly any "retweets" of my Twitter postings or direct messages sent to me via Twitter. The few "retweets" that do show up appear to be generated by censorship regime cyber unit psyops agents who pose as Twitter users under fake-name "avatars."

When I navigate to certain media websites that the censors consider to be especially influential, the censorship gets even more brazen and ham-fisted. For at least a year, the comments sections to all articles on FoxNews.com, as seen over my Lockheed/cybercom intercepted and censored connection, are simply missing, disappeared -- convincing evidence that I am looked at a spoofed website that's been scrubbed and censored even before the counterfeit version hits my computer. It's the same situation for sites such as USAToday.com -- no comments sections whatsoever show up over my censored connection. The Lockheed/cybercom censors don't even try to hide the fact that they are serially violating my constitutional rights, 24/7, 365.

Since empirical evidence indicates that these military contractor cyberNazis are observing me via synthetic aperture radar video and audio surveillance -- a convenient feature of the celltower "multifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon system" -- I conclude that they must enjoy watching their "target" as he laments his status as a virtual prisoner of this torturous cyber-gulag. This censorship extends to my email account, the reason I cannot get through to mainstream media journalists, even those with whom I've worked in the past. My account is constantly hacked, and it appears that important emails -- especially those seeking legal assistance or other forms of support -- are being systematically "black-holed" and in most cases do not reach the intended recipients. Sometimes I receive email replies that appear to be written by impostors posing as persons or entities I am trying to contact.

And most ominously, I receive a regular influx of unsolicited emails from exotic places like China and Russia -- an indication that some witch-hunting entity may be trying to frame me, set me up, by making it appear that I am in contact with foreign "hostiles." I do not open or answer these suspect emails, but their very presence in my in-box may be enough for ideologues and hate-mongers to have me classified as a "domestic terrorist," facilitating a political purge -- in my view, the hidden motive behind the U.S. intelligence community's penchant for the "Hoovering" of citizens' emails.

It gets worse. It appears that censorship regime operatives construct elaborate spoofed, ficticious pages that incorporate key words, phrases and names of special significance to me -- a fabricated online parallel universe. The intent appears to be a malicious manipulation of my online "reality" that makes suspect ALL content that I receive over the internet. One example: recently, the profile of a supposed sportswriter with a very evocative name popped up on my display. The first name of the "sportswriter" was the same as a first cousin of of my late mother, and the last name of the "sportswriter" was my mother's first name -- an extremely unique name that is rarely seen. And this "spoofed identity" psyop is perpetrated upon me constantly. Facebook "friends" whom I never "friended" show up in my "friends" list. One of them, "Philip Livingston," bears my last name, and the profile picture of the individual resembles a fat, balding, grotesque version of my own face.

The latest suspect "act of God" that could have been spawned or accelerated by this electromagnetic weapon grid: the series of tornadoes that have devastated Oklahoma, notably the giant EF-4 twister that destroyed Moore, a suburb of Oklahoma City -- the same area ravaged twice before in recent years by twisters that cut a nearly identical swath through the community.

A coincidence -- or a "message" from psychopathic elements of the military-intelligence "security cult" whose twisted ideology advances the tenet that "from chaos comes order"?

"No visible signs of foul play" -- so what caused trains

The May 17th Northeast Corridor commuter train collision in Connecticut also seems highly suspect. This veteran journalist's computer-generated Federal income tax forms, derived from a CD while the computer was off-line, were clearly sabotaged by either a remote radio frequency intrusion technology or, although the possibility seems remote, a malicious "switchout" of the store-bought program via the planting on my premises of a counterfeit copy that contained malware.

Given my extensive writings about the wireless surveillance and "no-touch torture" capabilities of the cell tower radio frequency weapon system that's been deployed everywhere in America, I strongly suspect that those forces out to neutralize me and my journalism were responsible for what I considered to be an act of terrorism: the imprinting of the letters "KIA," a common acronym for "killed in action," on almost every page of the return.

I printed out tax returns early Monday morning, April 15th, from H & R Block At Home tax preparation software (or so I thought). As the photos graphically demonstrate, the letters "KIA" appeared at the bottom of nearly every page of the printout.

"KIA" stands for only one thing: "KILLED IN ACTION." The acronym does not belong on a Federal tax form.

My payment voucher contained a cryptic addendum -- four numbers after "KIA." The numerals: "1-0-1-7."

I immediately Googled the two terms and the link in the first picture below came up, noting the number of "VC" (Viet Cong) killed in the U.S. Marine Corps "Operation Allen Brook" in Southen Quang Nam province.

"MR" apparently stands for "Mad Russian" -- the moderator of a web chat board on Vietnam that can be found where I found the link in the first picture. "Operation Allen Brook" as noted above took place from May 4 to August 24, 1968.

This journalist's birthday falls on a day that is within the time frame of the dates listed.

Other postings on the "Mad Russian" WarandTactics.com website refer to OTHER Vietnam operations, and give the dates and names of those operations in precisely the same format as the posting above -- complete with the "Good Hunting" sign-off by "MR".

Then I discovered that the day and date on my digital camera, with which I took the original set of photos I posted here, had been changed to a date in 2012 that is highly significant to my personal history -- a date that happens to fall between the time span of "Operation Allen Brook" -- between May 4th and August 24th.

IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT THE INSERTION OF 'KIA 1017' ON MY FEDERAL TAX RETURN WAS INTENDED AS A MESSAGE TO ME, A 63-YEAR OLD JOURNALIST WHO WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE DURING THE VIETNAM YEARS, AND WHO WAS NOT DRAFTED DURING HIS WINDOW OF ELIGIBILITY FOR THE DRAFT.

Are members of my generation who received college deferments and did not serve in Vietnam now being targeted by rogue elements?

It sounds awfully far-fetched, but that theory has been espoused for years on the internet by a man named Marshall Thomas, who describes this vendetta as "Operation New Phoenix" -- a rogue military veteran terrorist operation that he claims is targeting American men who did not serve in Vietnam.

I, myself, have been the recipient of "tough talk" in the comments sections of my internet blogs deposited by persons demanding to know why I did not serve in the Armed Forces during the Vietnam era. The fact that these "commenters" KNEW that I was not a veteran is highly significant, I believe, and evidence that Marshall Thomas may have been on the right track.

UPDATE: Biographical information listed on the WarAndTactics.com website identifies "Mad Russian" as Steve Overton of Odessa TX. He is described as the site's co-founder. (A city in Russia is also named "Odessa" -- a likely source of Overton's nickname.) An internet "people finder" site lists the age of a "Steven R. Oveton" of Odessa TX as 63. A Facebook page containing personal biographical information that appears to match data published on the WarAndTactics website lists Overton's employer as Energy Broadband Inc. of League City, TX, near Midland, a supplier of cellular communications services. The Facebook page identifies Overton as the company's regional sales manager. Overton's languages are listed as English and German, and under "books" there is the notation, "military history."

The WarAndTacticswebsite indicates that Overton served as a combat engineer in the U.S. Marine Corps, with service in Germany from 1974-77. Postings on the website indicates that after his military service, Overton became a video game designer and founded the Historic Scenario Design Group, a designer of war- and battle-themed video games.

Does the mysterious "KIA 1017" found on my Federal income tax printout, or the WarAndTactics.com website of the "Mad Russian," have anything remotely to do with what happened in Boston later in the day on Monday, April 15th? As mentioned, the terrorist event certainly serves as a distraction...

I continue to receive obviously spoofed, phony, counterfeit on-screen messages stating "the printer cannot communicate with the computer," even after I successfully printed out a page written on a word processing program. I continue to receive instructions to "disconnect and reconnect" the computer and USB cable, and to perform other tasks that have absolutely no effect on the block that's been remotely placed on my ability to generate documents on my printer. Then another dialog box (in a format that looks like Windows 95, not Windows 7) appears, informing me that the "printer driver is not installed" -- this after an official Windows 7 dialog box told me moments before that the driver is installed.

I am repeatedly instructed to disable the firewall settings for the printer, which would allow remote computers to access and control my printer. The apparent intent: to make the user a party to his own computer sabotage. And printer settings continue to be remotely changed and altered; I found the USB port setting changed, with a checkmark next to a "virtual port" setting instead of the standard, local USB port.

I am being prevented from printing out important personal documents. While using a computerized tax program, I found data entries were changed and manipulated in real time. Boxes I did not check were checked, and data was altered, in one case substituting my wife's name for my name. THIS IS CRIMINAL SABOTAGE. Now I wonder whether these cyber-terrorists are altering calculations as well, or facilitating the dissemination of our personal identity data.

When I turn on the wifi, I receive a screen stating that the password is being sent in an "unsecure" manner. I have called the Verizon service number to complain about this many times over the course of several years, but nothing changes. From the tenor of the conversations, it appears that my calls to all customer service representatives are re-routed to a "psyops unit" manned by Lockheed personnel under U.S. government contract -- part of the pervasive sabotage and financial exploitation of citizens who are extrajudicially "targeted" as "dissidents" or "undesirables" -- or for reasons of hatred or ideology.

Casual readers cannot see the "post a comment" link because operatives have placed a white field behind the "footer" at the bottom of each blog post, obliterating the link. And my ability to reformat the background is being defeated. I change the background color on the template from white to black, click the tab, get an on-screen prompt that the change has been applied -- but when I refresh the page, the white background remains. Content has been censored, with key information and links excised or altered. Spelling errors and typos often are inserted into my work. Words I have used have been changed to similes, and entire clauses have been deleted or rephrased, often changing the intended meaning. The apparent intent: to send a subliminal message that I am not in control of my journalism -- that I must submit to an extralegal censorship apparatus.

My articles have been frequently "black holed," made inaccessible via malicious "re-directs" to "page not found" messages. Oftentimes, readers seeking out my articles report that the intended URL simply will not load, resulting in the endlessly rotating "blue circle of death."

And I've just received an analysis from a major website analytics company informing me that this website is missing a key technical web-crawling component required by many major search engines -- a means of "black-holing" my journalism, more censorship via fraud and deception. The report was received as an email attachment. That email message has disappeared (or was "disappeared") from my Verizon email inbox.

A fascist security cult uses real-time interception and manipulation of telecommunications and even off-line computing to "censor by proxy" -- actually, censorship via fraud and deception. Now, instead of getting the counterfeit graphic with the pictures of a computer tower and a printer -- a graphic that, according to a web image search and my personal experience, pops up with the same artwork but listing different brands of computers -- I get a "plain vanilla" spoofed dialog box with NO graphics, but with a font that resembles that used by genuine Windows 7 error message boxes.


Another obviously counterfeit error message box -- but the fact that it's different appears to me to be a concession that I have caught this malicious psyops operation with its pants down.

Apparently, the operatives and overlords of Lockheed's cyber units don't care of their targets know they are being "psyopped." To these sadists, that's all the better; the fact that the sabotage continues unabated just adds to their psychopathic satisfaction. Their mission, after all, is one of censorship, neutralization and torment, and they are achieving the intended results (at least, for now).

I need my printer for very important personal matters having to do with this time of year. I still have not secured my right to use it, and I have been denied that right for YEARS.

In mid-afternoon, after many frustrating, unsuccessful attempts to get my printer to work, I decided to see what would happen if I acceded to the psyops agents' demands to remove the firewall block of remote computer control of the printer. The unit STILL wouldn't work. These operatives know full well that I purchased an inexpensive printer as a backup, even though I knew that the psyops agents could just as easily hijack that unit as well. They even suggested that I do so, in a comment to my blogsite. And once again, I felt compelled to play along with their Kabuki-esque psyop. My liberty already has been taken from me by a covert corporate fascist takeover of all aspects to media and communications, on- or offline.

When I set up the new printer, I did not connect it to the internet -- but the unit was still "online" via the Lockheed/USG radio frequency intrusion technology, enabled by the cell tower electromagnetic weapon grid, which doubles as "synthetic aperture radar" capable of "through the wall" video and audio surveillance (no cameras or mics needed) and stealth manipulation of any electronic device, from automobiles to Mp3s.

Still attempting to avoid malware corruption via an internet download, I used the CD software that came with the printer. My choice mattered not. Fact is, the Lockheed/USG cyber regime is totally "wireless" via the RF weapon grid. When I went to the "port settings" menu, "virtual port" already was checked. I tried to choose the USB local port -- but the unit would work only when I relented and chose "virtual port." When I put the check mark by "virtual port," some characters flickered on the screen in a brief flash. The only word I could make out was the word "PERMISSIONS," along with a succession of numbers.

It is starkly apparent that the censorship regime wirelessly inserted "permissions" software on the computer, giving the cyber units of Lockheed Martin and/or their U.S. government overlords total ultimate control over my computing.

The cyberNazis could shut me down right now and prevent me from finishing this update -- as they have done many times in the past. But I cannot let the fear of more censorship dictate the content of my journalism. Once I do that, all hope of freedom is lost. And I still retain the hope that America will wake up to the corporate fascist threat within that is stealing liberty -- one pixel, one byte, one milliwatt at a time.

BUT WAIT -- didn't the RF intrusion technology already give that control to the cyberNazis? YES IT DID. * Another frightening episode similar to a long string of alarming incidents of injury and illness that have befallen family members -- too many and too similar in "modus operandi" to be a coincidence.

It happened again overnight -- another elderly family member stricken at her nursing home, this time, reportedly after she fell in the middle of the night while getting up to go to the bathroom. Another alarming 3 a.m. phone call from nursing home staff, urging the family to permit the home to transport our family member to the hospital. And now, another family member hopsitalized, this time -- supposedly -- due to a fractured pelvis, a broken rib, and extensive bruising.

This time, it was my mother-in-law, a resident of a Wilmington, DE nursing home. Three and a half years ago, an almost identical scenario played out involving my late mother, who at the time was a resident of another Wilmington nursing home. At that time, it was I who made the nighttime drive to be buy her side. I found her sitting on a gurney in the hospital, fully conscious, able to converse, but with her legs literally shackled, trapped between the metal siderails of the bed.

"WHY ARE THEY PUNISHING ME?" my mother cried out as she fell sobbing into my arms.

What happened early this morning immediately reminded me of that similar occurrence involving my late mother. I memorialized that incident in writing; more on that later.

Last night's middle of the night phone call about my mother-in-law prompted my wife to get dressed and make the hour-long drive to Wilmington. When she got to the nursing home, she found her mother with bruises and in pain, but fully conscious and able to converse. The staff urged my wife to permit her mother to be transported to the hospital; my wife complied with the request.

For sure, old people often fall, and sometimes they fall in the middle of the night. But the circumstances surrounding this event mirror that night in November, 2009 when we received that middle-of-the-night call about my mother, who died (or, in my opinion, was murdered by way of criminal negligence) in March 2010. In both cases, I believe that silent, invisible attack via the U.S. government electromagnetic radio frequency weapon system deployed on cell towers everywhere -- a domestic torture grid I first exposed in late 2009 -- may have been used to cause our loved ones to fall and to sustain injuries. My mother-in-law's current health crisis also comes amidst not-so-veiled threats received via email and in comments to this journalist's blog site at VicLivingston.blogspot.com -- and just a couple weeks after my infant grandchild suffered from an eye injury almost identical to the red, swollen pluffy eyelid I had noticed just the night before, on a day when I received blog comments referring to "infant care" and inquiring about my grandchildren -- apparently, "directed messaging" authorized by psyops operatives as part of a malicious campaign of psychological harassment.

Are the same rogue elements who have electromagnetically assaulted, tortured, impaired and harmed me for nearly ten years also preying upon my family members as a cruel, sadistic and psychopathic means of intimidation -- an attempt to silence me by hurting members of my family? While I cannot provide proof positive, I believe that compelling circumstantial evidence points to that frightening possibility -- and I believe that I am not alone, that many, many other extrajudicially and unjustly "targeted individuals" are subject to similar criminal abuse.

(As I write this account, the computer is jumping in and out of the word processing program, under apparent external control. As I re-read my work, I have noticed that certain words have been changed, replaced with similes. Even after I wrote this addendum, the word "urged in the fifth paragraph above was maliciously changed to "implored." The intent appears to be to let me know that I am not in control of the editing and presentation of what I publish. This is criminal tampering with interstate telecommunications, and apparently it is being done under the aegis of government. I am attempting to restore my writing to its original form. I have written many accounts documenting the obvious "hyperjacking" of all of my computers, and external manipulation and control of my internet connection.)

As "Exhibit A" to support my firm belief that my entire family has been targeted for extreme harm (call it slow-kill genocide) by a sinister element of the U.S. military-intelligence complex and Lockheed Martin, the prime contractor that oversees the cell tower radio frequency weapon grid, I present this detailed account written on Nov. 15, 2009, the day after my late mother endured an incident almost identical to what happened to my mother-in-law early this morning. The government-ordered microwave assaults on this journalist have increased in frequency and intensity in recent weeks as I have continued to expose a heinous nationwide program of extrajudicial targeting and physical and psychological torture...

...so I can't say that I was surprised that my mother was suddenly rushed to a hospital emergency room yesterday morning at the orders of personnel at her nursing home, the Kutz Home for the Aged in Wilmington, DE.

As is typical, I received no notification -- not even when I arrived at the facility about about 4:15 p.m. Saturday for what I thought would be a routine visit. No word on my mother's hospitalization from the woman at the reception desk when I signed in. No word from the nurse and aides at the nurse's station near my mother's room -- although I did notice a couple of them looking my way with that tell-tale smirk that telegraphs the message, "I know something you don't know..."

As nursing home nurses and aides watched, I knocked at my mother's door. When I got no response, I entered the darkened empty room. I proceeded to the nurse's station to ask where my mother was. Instead of answering the question, one of the woman hollered to another to get the duty nurse. A nurse or aide finally said my mother was at the hospital with my sister. I asked what happened. After some hesitation, I was told that she "fell on the floor and hit her head."

"How bad," I asked. "Pretty bad," one of the personnel offered.

"When did this happen?" I asked. "About noon," I was told.

"Was she unconscious?" I asked. "You have to talk to your sister," I was told. (She is my mother's legal guardian.) "What hospital was she taken to?" I asked. One of the women said she thought she was taken to the Wilmington division of Christiana Care, but no one would confirm this for me. Apparently, they had called for an ambulance.

I headed for the front entrance. When I got to the reception desk, I asked the attendant: "Was my mother conscious when they took her out?"

Finally, one of several staffers who heard my inquiries displayed some human decency.

"Oh, yeah; she was sitting up and talking and I said to her, 'We'll see you back soon.'"

I was relieved that finally, I got an indication that this wasn't a critical situation. I called my sister on the cell phone. She confirmed that my mother was taken to the Wilmington hospital, and she repeated the story that Mom had fallen and hit her head. I pressed her for more details, and asked her whether she was still there at the hospital with her. She did not answered the question, but seemed highly agitated and terminated the conversation.

I arrived at the hospital about ten minutes later. After a few minute's wait, I was told that I could enter the emergency room treatment area. I was offered no escort, and was not told what room my mother was in. Finally, someone directed me to a private room, not the open area where several other patients were clustered, waiting behind drawn curtains.

When I entered the room, I saw my mother sitting on the edge of a hospital bed, her legs immobilized, wedged between the steel side rails -- effectively restrained, in effect, put in a stockade.

She was conscious, talking, her eyes puffy and swollen -- and more than aware of what was happening. "Oh, Victor," she cried out to me. "I feel fine," she responded to my inquiry. They want to X-ray me and said I don't want an X-ray. WHY ARE THEY PUNISHING ME?"

She sobbed and fell into my arms. I comforted her, saying, "Mom, don't worry, I'm here to take you home."

An aide was sitting next to my mother's bed. She told he she had been observing her for two hours, that she was talking and seemed fine, but that "she's agitated."

"I would be agitated, too, if I felt fine and someone tried to force me to undergo medical treatment that I didn't need," I replied.

I told the aide to summon the duty nurse or the attending physician. When the attending physician intern arrived, I asked him what his examination revealed. He told he she seemed fine, with no visible bruises or contusions. He added that because the nursing home reported that she "fell and hit her head," the doctors wanted to perform a CAT scan as a matter of precaution, and due to my mother's medical history (which included at least one other incident markedly similar to what was happening this day).

I asked when my mother was admitted to the ER, and was told it was early that morning -- not "around noon," as I was told at the nursing home. At that point, my mother had been sitting on the edge of that hospital bed, effectively restrained, for ABOUT 9 HOURS. NINE HOURS.

What about the apparent discrepancy between the results of the medical examination and the nursing home report that my mother had "hit her head." The intern again confirmed there were no outward signs of bruising; he said that he and his supervising doctor had "wondered about that, too." I asked her to note the apparent discrepancy on this report, noting that the trip to the ER had not revealed any evidence of head trauma. (My mother's room has a hard-tiled floor.)

The doctor agreed that the exam revealed no compelling medical reason for a CAT scan. I asked the doctor to please discharge my mother immediately. He said my sister would have to approve. Fortunately, my sister re-appeared at the hospital a few moments later. Only at that point did I learn that she had refused to authorize a CAT scan, opting to have my mother kept under observation. She agreed that after nearly ten hours of observation, my mother should be discharged.

And so it was done. I drove my mother back to the Kutz home. As I took her to her room, not one single nurse or attendant inquired as to her condition. As it was earlier when I first arrived, I was met with silence.

I cannot prove that this entire episode was a manufactured event intended to harass, traumatize and terrorize my mother and her family. But in my gut, I believe that may be the case.

The incident prompted me to recall another strange finding that I made on a visit to the nursing home a couple of months ago (Sept. 6, 2009). I was parked next to a dark-color chevy Suburban, apparently used by a nursing home worker. I happened to glance into the passenger side window of the S.U.V. and I saw printed documents strewn over the floor mats. I could see that they were printouts of patient names, along with the "medical directive" for each patient. I could see that most patients' names were accompanied by the printed notation, "DNR" -- do not resuscitate.

The license plate of that vehicle: DELAWARE PC 22834.

Why would medical directive patient information be strewn about the floor of vehicle apparently owned or operated by a nursing home worker? My reporter instincts tell me that some authority should investigate to determine whether the Kutz Home for the Aged has been infiltrated by law enforcement-protected "community stalkers" who may committing acts of physical abuse and financial crimes such as identity theft and expropriation of patient property.

My reporter instincts also tell me, based on past personal contacts, that the management of this facility may have been infiltrated by this same apparatus, including at the highest levels of on-site management. It appears that active duty U.S. Army personnel are or have been on staff at this facility, and I wonder aloud whether patients may be the subjects of non-consensual medical "research" or experimentation involving drugs and perhaps, electromagnetic radiation weapon systems. I repeat: I cannot prove this. But the good people on the inside who are following my every word on this blog have the ability to gauge whether my concern is warranted. These officials have access to the truth, if they don't already know the truth. I again urge conscientious federal officials to investigate my concerns and, if they have not done so already, to dispatch an undercover investigator for on-site duty at the Kutz Home for the Aged.

If officially-authorized non-consensual patient experimentation and abuse are occurring there, how many other medical care facilities nationwide are similarly affected?

The good people on the inside already know my track record as an investigator. I cannot confirm or dismiss these concerns alone. PLEASE INVESTIGATE. If this is happening in Wilmington, DE, it must to happening all across America. If so -- are certain minority groups singled out for persecution? When I returned home after a disturbing afternoon and evening, I tried to relax by watching TV. Sometime after midnight, while watching Saturday Night Live, I was assaulted by a sustained electromagnetic weapon attack to the right front temple that left me feeling woozy, with a heavy sudden-onset headache. When I awoke this morning, I felt somewhat woozy, my eyes bloodshot, my face somewhat reddened, my eyelids puffy and drooping. When I looked into the mirror, I saw that the brown discoloration on my right forehead was darker and more pronounced than it was on the previous day.

Apparently, she gets this pop-up message frequently while viewing pictures on her phone. I told her there's no way that Google would place such a pop-up message on screen while users were viewing family pictures. I believe this is a malicious psyop (psychological operation) mind control tactic, part of a campaign to build a false profile of our family life, part of what appears to be an ongoing attempt to set me up for future adverse action. Someone or some entity posted to my Google Plus page photos originally downloaded for POSSIBLE inclusion in articles I publish at http://VicLivingston.blogspot.com. I say "possible" because in looking at a photo "album" on my Google Plus page that I did not create or otherwise authorize, I saw a photo of a sign outside of the Holy Family College / Lockheed Martin facility in Newtown, Bucks County, PA that lists the names of both entities, side by side. I NEVER posted this photo to any article on my blog site, or to my Google Plus page, although I do recall downloading the photo for POSSIBLE use.

As published yesterday without my knowledge or consent on my Google Plus page, the photo that I NEVER used on my Blogspot site (which is owned by Google) carried this caption, in bold white letters: UNHOLY ALLIANCE.

Again, I repeat: I never posted this photo to my Google Plus page or to my Blogspot site, and I certainly NEVER published this photo anywhere with that headline. IT IS APPARENT THAT SOME POWERFUL ENTITY WITH CONTROL OVER MY INTERNET CONNECTION AND MY COMPUTERS IS CONSTRUCTING A FALSE PROFILE OF ME BY FABRICATING INTERNET FILES AND PLACING THIS MATERIAL ONLINE.

So I tried to post my comment a second time, and again got an obviously PHONY, SPOOFED MESSAGE stating that the item had been "removed" by the "site owner" and "cannot be commented on." These messages are patently phony, obviously inserted by cyber unit censors.

For the third or fourth time in the past nine years, this 62-year-old former mainstream media journalist got a house call Sunday afternoon (Feb. 17) from a Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County PA police officer who said that "someone called 9-1-1 from this address." On NONE of these occasions --not a one -- did anyone in my house knowingly dial 9-1-1. Each one of these instances, including Sunday's, was a "plausibly deniable" SET-UP, a misuse of police power to harass and intimidate this citizen, a journalist who has been extrajudicially targeted, apparently for reasons of ideology or hate.

This 9-1-1 ploy apparently is used by rogue cops and agents to build a false profile of a "target," making it look as though the home of the target is frequently visited by police. Yes, I am accusing some law enforcement and security officers at multiple levels of government (including the quasi-governmental/corporate "threat fusion center" network) of participating in contrived, fraudulent frame-ups and set-ups, conduct that may rise to the level of criminal malfeasance.

It's possible that some local police officers do not realize that these 9-1-1 calls are being generated by witch hunters within the security and law enforcement apparatus who use "local LEOs" (law enforcement officers) as pawns in a systematic, nationwide campaign of hate- and ideology-driven "social cleansing" -- in reality, a slow-kill genocide (see "Gestapo USA..." http://viclivingston.blogspot.com/2012/01/thugocracy-u.html

But I suspect that many if not most of them know exactly what's going down -- and take twisted pleasure in abusively playing along with the persecution matrix for which they serve as the "ground muscle" -- a fusion center- directed program that turns good cops into the minions of an extrajudicial Gestapo.

Here's how this latest example of apparent abuse of police power unfolded on Sunday afternoon, Feb. 17, shortly after 1pm:

While working at my home office desk, my telephone, which had been perched on an open drawer, fell into a wastebasket. The receiver came off the hook. I could hear a dial tone, but no tones signaling that the phone was dialing a number on its own. (A later check revealed that the batteries inside the phone that power the memory were dead and leaking.)

I thought nothing of this, and picked up the phone out of the trashcan, put the handset back on the cradle and went on with my business. A few minutes later, the phone rang. I looked at the caller I.D. and it read "Bucks Co Emerg." I often get harassing, even threatening phone calls from what look like "official" phone numbers. Often in the past, these calls have been from persons identifying themselves as representatives of police associations, soliciting donations. In one instance years ago, I sent in a check $90 for two tickets to a police association country music show. I never received the tickets. So I rarely answer calls from unfamiliar numbers or sources, and I did not answer the call from "Bucks Co Emerg."

About fifteen minutes later, while I was in the bathroom, I heard someone pounding on the front door. I am often harassed by persons who knock at the door, sometimes claiming to be contractors or landscapers. I no longer open the door to anymore; so I remained seated in the bathroom. A few moments later, I heard pounding at the back door. Alarmed, I got up and ran to an upstairs window, and saw a Lower Makefield police cruiser parked in front of my house. I ran downstairs to a glass-paneled back door and saw a police officer. I opened the door and asked if there was a problem. The officer, addressing me by my wife's maiden name, said police received a report that someone called 9-1-1 from my address. The officer never asked if anyone else was home -- standard policing procedure in response to residential 9-1-1 calls, for obvious reasons. I had been alone in the house for several hours; my wife was out of town visiting her mother, but the officer never asked about her whereabouts.

I told the officer that no one called 9-1-1, adding that this same scenario had played out at my house several times before. I told the officer about the phone falling into the trash can, and expressed my belief that some entity was attempting to build a false profile of me by making it appear that my house is frequently visited by police on 9-1-1 calls. I also told the officer that it is apparent to me that my premises is under pervasive, high-tech audio and video "synthetic aperture radar" surveillance that may be connected to my reporting and writing about sensitive issues such as my exposure of a cell tower radio frequency weapon system being used to surveil and attack American citizens who are being extrajudicially targeted and persecuted as "dissidents" or "undesirables." I gave the officer a business card with my website address in case he was curious about my work.

I also asked the officer why he was addressing me by a name other than "Livingston." He said that was the name that "came up from dispatch." The officer asked, "Who is ________?", stating my wife's maiden name. I said that because I am a journalist who often gets harassing phone calls, the listed number is in my wife's name.

The officer was courteous, extremely friendly and solicitous. But I found the officer's explanation for addressing me by someone else's name disingenuous, because Lower Makefield police had been to my house just a few weeks ago -- in another case of apparent harassment supposedly generated by a utility company employee who called police to falsely report that I had made a "threat" against a utility worker, a claim that was patently false. Surely, I thought, this officer had checked police computer files before he rolled up to my residence. I wrote about the December incident here:

The officer suggested that my phone must have somehow dialed 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash can. I said that was highly unlikely. (Only later did I find the dead batteries, proving that the phone could not have called 9-1-1 when it fell into the trash.) The officer smiled and said that sometimes mistakes happen, making light of the entire affair. I repeat that at no time did this officer inquire about others in the household, a fact that leads me to the conclusion that he knew this incident was contrived, even if he himself had no definitive knowledge of a set-up.

I also informed the officer that I have received disturbing messages on Facebook urging me to move out of the area because "we don't want to see you get hurt." The officer said that he would talk to the chief.

As he was about to leave, I asked the officer for his name. The reply: "Just call me (two initials)." I said to him that I'd like his LAST name. He spelled out his last name. I immediately recognized the name; as I recall it, this officer had been to my house several years ago under almost identical circumstances. I stress again that this officer was at all times friendly and smiling.

I report this incident in detail because I believe it dramatically demonstrates how good, decent cops can be turned into an agent of police harassment by a fusion center- directed campaign of systematic persecution and neutralization of American citizens who are extrajudicially condemned as "dissidents," "undesirables," "pre-criminals," or "mentally ill." Over the weekend, I discussed with my wife, inside my house and perhaps via phone, my need to check with a dentist about an apparent gum infection. I did not write about this issue on the internet, or speak about it in any public forum. On Sunday, I discovered that the comments section of my latest article at http://VicLivingston.blogspot.com/ was spammed with sadistic, psychopathic comments about dentists and their allegedly torturous treatment of so-called "targeted individuals."

These sociopathic cyberNazis apparently have access to real-time video and audio surveillance of every nook and cranny of my home -- every room, including the bathrooms and bedrooms -- via highly sophisticated and technically advanced "synthetic aperture radar" -- a feature of the "multifunctional radio frequency directed energy weapon system" (U.S. Patent 7629918, Raytheon) mounted on cell towers everywhere in America, being used to covertly torture, impair,subjugate, injure, and even slow-kill American citizens who have been extrajudicially targeted as alleged "dissidents" or "undesirables." They routinely and perversely make pointed references in their internet blog- and social media-spamming to highly personal matters, such as anatomical features, that only could be known via high-tech invasive surveillance.

This is the dictionary definition of domestic terrorism -- and it is enabled by government at all levels. So far the "registry" encompasses every dentist I've been to in my area of the country. If you're lucky enough to find one in my area that's not part of the registry, I'm sure that they'd be recruited if I were to visit their office more than once.

What usually happens at the dentist? Your mouth is numb and you're unaware of any damage that the dentist might have done. Not to mention that people trust that dentists would never intentionally do anything to harm their teeth. And payment is due at the time of services at all dentist offices. The Nazi playbook. I remember when I was very young and naive and believed that dentists were only there to do good. When I got home after a dentist appointment I looked at my teeth in the mirror and saw that the dentist had removed one of my fillings. Young, naive, stupid, and believing that the dentist knew best this soon led to the loss of that tooth. Perhaps that's why during the examination he remarked "You need to find a better dentist than me, I'm no good". Many other similar stories at other dentists from this target of extrajudicial injustice. Dental bullying by proxy for the powers that be. It's real.

We trust doctors and dentists to be good caring ppl the way we trust all professionals to be professional and just do their jobs to the best of their abilities. I'm not saying it didn't happen or it can't happen. Vic will call you all sorts of names and delete what you wrote. And so every conversation seems to go around in circles. TIs would need a list of doctors dentists and lawyers they can trust. then there is the problem how to travel there, the costs.

They are caring professionals when it comes to money, I'll give you that much. Which is why they love to get their patients addicted to prescription drugs like Xanax and pain killers. Each refill requires a visit to the doctor, and that's close to $100.00 a visit these days. They've repeatedly tried to get me addicted to Vicodin, and each time they try, I refuse. It's good business for them, straight from the Nazi playbook.

Sure the gang stalking is generational. My mother had a horrible phobia about dentists, brought about by a bad experience when she was young, an experience that she would never tell me about. I had tried and tried to get her to tell me about it. Now I see that dentists are a big part of the "gang stalking" network. What is Gang Stalking? It's power.

Multi-generational? A short time ago I found out that my mother's brother had the severe dental phobia too. Their phobias were so bad that they both let their teeth rot out in their mouths when they got older rather than go to a dentist. I'm betting the reason for that was that their dentists were part of the "Gang Stalking" network. Just as mine have been.

On Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, Secret Service Director Sullivan announced his resignation, effective Feb. 23 -- three years before the end of a ten-year term that began in 2006. Some mainstream media is attributing his apparent downfall to the high-profile prostitution scandal last year in Cartegena, Colombia, in which Secret Service agents cavorted with nightclub hookers while they were supposed to be preparing for a presidential visit.

This journalist has solid reason to believe that far more sinister activities may have had much more to do with Sullivan's departure from one of the most powerful positions in the federal bureaucracy.

Hagel's apparent reprise of the Obama trance came just two days after The Washington Post's Bob Woodward reported that Hagel had warned Obama of a "new world order" and a Pentagon takeover of foreign policy since the reign of President George H.W. Bush.

It was just speculation on my part that my observation of two men setting up an antenna rig on an RV-type vehicle parked at an overlook along Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park in Northern Virginia on September 9th, 2001 may have had something to do with the flight path of one of the planes that was headed to the twin towers, or to the Washington, D.C. area.

And when I wrote about my observations a few years ago, about how I contacted the FBI with my suspicions in the wake of 9/11, my blog comment was DISAPPEARED -- making me even MORE suspicious. But that was just suspicion; I could not establish a "cause-effect" relationship between what I had seen all those years ago and the apparent military contractor real-time censorship that I continue to experience every day that I try to publish my work:

Now, nearly twelve years later, I am left to wonder: Could this incident explain why I've been hit so hard nearly every day, every hour, with "directed energy weapon" torture, impairment, causing physical debilitation, leaving me writhing in pain for literally years, causing cataracts in both eyes, rendering me insensate for a period of years, unable to earn a living?

It's as good an explanation as any. Or perhaps it's enough to be extrajudicially targeted for torture just because of my ethnic background. But it's more likely that some powerful entity set out to destroy my career as well as my health due to another overriding factor -- such as seeing and writing about things that evil players in a psychopathic Security Cult seek to keep hidden from the American people.

And exactly what roused my suspicions of the men setting up an antenna rig on that Sunday afternoon two days before 9/11, on an overlook at Shenandoah? I thought it so odd that I just had to ask them what they were doing. As a veteran journalist, I am never really on vacation; that's what I do.

The two men immediately informed me that they were engaged in an "amateur radio competition." They also may have used the term "ham radio."

The explanation seemed incredible to me, in the literal sense. If they had said they were adjusting a TV antenna (this was back when you still could receive TV in a moving vehicle), I wouldn't have given it a second thought. But after 9/11, when I read in the newspaper that one of the planes took a flight path over that area of Northern Virginia, the memory haunted me.

That very same day, my wife and I observed another strange vehicle as it pulled into another overlook -- this one a white mini-van bearing Virginia plates, with an Enterprise Rent-A-Car logo bumper sticker. Its presence was announced by the loud blaring of what sounded like Arabic music, emanating from the vehicle's sound system. The passengers included at least two men and at least one woman. The van rolled to a stop and the passengers got out as I stood there, staring and wondering what all the loud music was about. One of the men, smartly attired in grayish slacks, got out of the van. Our eyes locked; I said nothing. I remarked to my wife that I thought there was something funny about the scene, the loud music, as if the occupants of the van were celebrating a special occasion. My wife said that's probably just what they were doing, enjoying the scenery.

So I forgot about the van-full of Arabic looking people -- until two days later, as news reports about 9/11 began to filter in. I took special note of a report that one of the alleged hijackers apparently had driven north from Virginia along Interstate 95 shortly before 9/11, and apparently had been stopped for speeding. I remember wondering aloud if he was among the people we saw on that Sunday afternoon in Shenandoah.

So about a week or two after 9/11, I reported what I saw on an FBI website taking "tips" on 9/11. I did so anonymously (as if that's possible), because I didn't want to make a big deal out of what may have been nothing at all.

Now I wonder whether what I saw that weekend in Shenandoah less than two days before the morning of 9/11 has anything to do with my decade of electromagnetic assault, torture, impairment and subjugation, daily attacks that became palpable in 2003, and intensified starting in March 2004. Since then, my brain, eyeballs, privates, every part of my body has been electromagnetically assaulted, tortured -- FRIED -- heinous torture that continues to this very day.

Will I ever know for sure? Probably not. It could be that just being a member of an ethnic minority group, or an aggressive journalist who asks "too many questions," is enough to get an American citizen targeted by the Security Cult for persecution "with extreme prejudice." I have called what's happening in America these days a "genocide," after all.

Nonetheless, I feel compelled to recount in this space my Shenandoah encounter with the supposed ham radio "enthusiasts." One reason why: It is patently obvious that "men in black" have been building a false profile of this journalist for years, slandering me to local law enforcement and right on down the line to my neighbors, even members of my family.

Not surprisingly, this iron curtain of fascist censorship came down after I published an article yesterday about how Lockheed Martin, under USG contract, uses phony, counterfeit, spoofed URLs to facilitate censorship thart targets alleged "dissidents" -- making it appear that their comments to mainstream websites have been published, when in fact the "offending" comments have been assigned a unique, numbered URL that facilitates "black holing" censorship. The commenter sees the comment over his or her connection, but, at the sole discretion of the real-time censorship regime, that comment may be visible only over the commenter's intercepted and censored connection.

"DNS Has Expired " spoofed page: censorship via deception

When I attempted to access NowPublic or ANY article on the site, including any of those I have authored, I got a full-screen message that says "Your DNS has expired." Tellingly, the page, labeled "DNS Made Easy," also offers various links to "public records" websites, including sites that advertise the availability of "criminal arrest records" -- an apparent "psyop" (psychological operation) to remind me of my false arrest, false imprisonment and police-administered assault in June 2009, when I was charged by Falls Township, Bucks County police with "misdemeanor stalking" -- the very crime that was being perpetrated upon me at the time. The charge was summarily dismissed when police failed to produce a complainant at a hearing. The entire episode was a set-up intended to give this "targeted" journalist an arrest record. I got the same "Your DNS has expired" page when I tried to post this disturbing news to the NowPublic "forum" page at http://NowPublic.com/forum.

So it's official. I was DISAPPEARED. I now will redouble my efforts to TAKE DOWN THIS CENSORSHIP REGIME UNDER THE RULE OF LAW THAT ITS ARCHITECTS AND OPERATIVES SO WANTONLY DEFY AND DEFILE.

AFTER-ACTION REPORT: Five minutes after posting the above to Facebook.com/Vic.Livingston on Friday morning, I was able to access one of my articles from a link posted at Facebook.com/DOJ (U.S.Dept. of Justice). And after that, the censorship block on NowPublic appeared to lift. But I am still being blocked from posting the above news to the Vic Livingston page at Google Plus. So the censorship cat and mouse game continues. It is obvious that I am not just being censored, but PSYOPPED. Psychological operations against U.S. citizens are supposed to be prohibited by federal policy. Apparently, that doesn't faze my oppressors in government and in the military contractor "community."

When I returned to http://TheAtlantic.com this morning to see if my comment to was posted to the story about Aaron Swartz, the computer wiz who committed suicide after a prosecutorial witch hunt by a U.S. attorney, the gears churned but NO COMMENTS came up. Finally, a page with my comment appeared -- but the URL had changed to this: an obviously "spoofed page" that contains the word "archive" and a unique numeral --allowing the censors to make the comment pop up over MY connection, when in fact it NEVER POSTED TO THE REAL SITE.

Here is the phony URL that leads to the comment that censors DISAPPEARED by algorithmic trickery:
