A receita pode parecer um pouco grande e complicada, mas basta ler com atenção e fica fácil compreender o que está sendo ensinado. Meu conselho é que sente-se direito aí em sua cadeira, encha sua xícara de café e faça uma boa leitura desta receita maravilhosa. &lt;strong&gt;=)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;h2&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;font style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;1 kg de arroz de &lt;a title="Sobre o Valência bomba D.O" href="http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arroz_bomba" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;Valência bomba D.O&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1/4 kg de barriga de porco cortada em fatias &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 kg de costeleta de porco picada &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1/2 kg de carne de porco cortada em cubos magro 3x3 cm &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;300g de grão de bico cozido com água e sal &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;125ml de óleo de oliva (meio copo) &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 tomates maduros grandes, ralado &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 dentes de alho picados &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;2 litros de caldo de médio panela ou cozidos &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 colher de chá de páprica doce &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Açafrão ou corante &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;sal &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;h2&gt;&lt;font style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Doce-bolas (alongado)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;400g de carne de porco picada &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;100 gr de pão embebido em leite &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 ovos &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Pitada de canela em pó &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;100 g de açúcar &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Raspas de 2 limões &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Migalhas de pão para a massa &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;h2&gt;&lt;font style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Salgados-bolas (redondas)&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;   &lt;li&gt;400g de carne de porco picada e carne &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;3 ovos &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;1 dente de alho &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;salsa &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Pinhões 50g, torrado ou frito em óleo &lt;/li&gt;    &lt;li&gt;Farinha para massa &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;  &lt;h2&gt;&lt;font style="font-weight: bold"&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;  &lt;p align="justify"&gt;Primeiro prepare as bolas e biscoito guarnecerán, o arroz é adequado para preparar o dia antes que eles são compactos, reservando-as na geladeira até o uso.    &lt;br /&gt;Na produção em primeiro lugar, se as bolas de chocolate, em um recipiente de vidro, misturar a carne de porco moída, de preferência, não muito gordo (lombo de porco ou lombo), com o pão previamente embebidas em leite frio e drenado. Adicione canela e a casca ralada de limão com o açúcar e mexendo com a mão, obter uma massa homogênea.     &lt;br /&gt;Iremos adicionar os ovos inteiros, mexendo sempre, um por um, para colocar os três ovos na receita, de modo a obter uma massa suficiente ligado como para fazer uma massa alongada meatball doce. Quando estiver quente adicione os bifes de frango deixando dourar dos dois lados, depois de bem dourado, &lt;strong&gt;abaixe o fogo&lt;/strong&gt; e vá pingando algumas gotas de agua, acrescentando também as cebolas, o alho e os pimentões. Vá mexendo até fritar todo o conteúdo, logo em seguida adicione a manteiga e o restante do azeite. Após isso, já pode acrescentar as cenouras, a vage, o brócolis e as acelgas. Após bater, despeje o conteúdo em um recipiente e vá despejando e misturando com farinha de trigo, até ficar uma massa grossa. Depois em uma assadeira retangular (própria para pão de forma) unte com farinha e manteiga e coloque a massa.
