&lt;b&gt;No processador&lt;/b&gt; ou liquidificador (função pulsar) coloque 1 xícara (chá) de folhas de manjericão fresco + 1/2 xícara (chá) de queijo parmesão ralado + 3 colheres (sopa) de nozes ou pinolis + 3 dentes de alho descascados + sal + pimenta-do-reino. Pulse. Acrescente 1/2 xícara (chá) de azeite e misture. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Corte&lt;/b&gt; em cubos 2 tomates e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;A massa:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe 250 g de macarrão fusili, o velho parafuso (ou o de sua preferência) al dente.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;** O manjericão poderá ser substituído por folhas de rúcula ou agrião, na mesma proporção.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;** Se quiser fazer uma quantidade maior e armazenar, esterilize um vidro e depois mantenha na geladeira.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Para isso, leve bastante água para ferver numa panela grande, coloque o vidro e sua tampa na panela e deixe ferver por no mínimo 15 minutos. Retire com uma pinça o vidro e a tampa e deixe escorrer em um pano de prato limpo. Não coloque o vidro sobre, superfície gelada, pois pode estourar. Depois de totalmente frio, você poderá usá-lo.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;2. Tire&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;o cabinho e espete em seu lugar palitos de sorvete, bem firmes.Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;3. Numa&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;panelinha (leiteira)&amp;nbsp;coloque 2 xícaras (chá) de açúcar cristal + 1/2 xícara (chá) de água + 1/2 xícara de glucose (karo) + 1/2 colher (café) de cremor tártaro + 1 colher (sopa) de corante alimentício vermelho. Mexa bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;4. Leve&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;ao fogo e não mexa mais. Deixe ferve 15 minutos até atingir o ponto vidrado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;5. O segredo&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;para saber o ponto certo é o seguinte:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;6. Deixe&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;por perto um copo de água gelada. Quando der os 15 minutos, vá pingando com uma colher um pouco da calda na água, coloque perto do ouvido e quando fizer o barulhinho creeeeeeeeecccc, de quebrar, está no ponto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;7. Desligue&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;o fogo e vá passando as maçãs... sem se apavorar, por favor!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;8. Unte&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;um refratário com pouquinho de óleo e vá colocando as maçãs em pé para secarem.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Esta receita inteirinha explicadinha, veio de Dona Maria Benedita. Segundo ela,&lt;b&gt;"Lá em Paraibuna, cidade em que nasci, após a colheita do&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;milho, aproveitava-se a farinha de milho para fazer o bolinho e servir para receber as visitas.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;i&gt;Os ingredientes eram todos tirados da roça, as farinhas e a linguiça de porco."&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1. Em uma vasilha coloque a farinha de milho e com as mãos desmanche todos os grumos.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Acrescente o polvilho, o sal, o cheiro verde e o óleo.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Aos poucos, derrame a água, mexendo sempre até que a massa fique homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Quando fiizer uma bola, dê uma leve sovadinha na massa.&lt;br /&gt;
5. Separe uma pequena porção da massa e achate na palma da mão.&lt;br /&gt;
6. Coloque um pouquinho do recheio e feche a massa, dando o formato de bolinho comprido.&lt;br /&gt;
7. Frite em óleo bem quente e escorra em papel toalha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Dica&lt;/b&gt;: A massa não pode endurecer, cubra-a com um pano úmido, para não ressecar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;A minha receita de Pudim de Pão tem bem cara de vó e cara de mãe, porque é o pudim que minha mãe faz e que aprendeu com minha avó. Portanto, não preciso falar niente... você já captou né?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Fica maciozinho, com uma caldinha perfeita, sem empapuçar demais, doce na medida certa e pra completar,ainda tem o toque do vinho do Porto e o gostinho delicioso de canela...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Da próxima vez que tiver pãezinhos sobrando, não pense duas vezes pra provar essa delícia, hein?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Pegue 4 pãezinhos amanhecidos e molhe com um pouco de água, o bastante para ficarem macios, não encharque demais.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque tudo numa vasilha e vá desmanchando com um garfo.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescente 2 ovos batidos ligeiramente, 3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar, 1 colher (sopa) de margarina, 1/2 litro de leite, 4 colheres (sopa)de farinha de trigo, 2 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho, 1 colher (sobremesa) de fermento em pó e misture novamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescente 2 paus de canela e regue tudo com 1 cálice de vinho do Porto. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Calda:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao fogo uma assadeira com 4 colheres (sopa) bem cheias de açúcar e deixe derreter. Desligue o fogo e espalhe esse caramelo por toda a forma.&lt;br /&gt;
Em seguida, ajeite a massa do pudim na forma.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhe canela em pó por cima de todo o pudim e leve ao forno médio preaquecido, até dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Ihhhh... não precisa torcer o nariz, porque de difícil essa Panna Cotta só tem o nome, mas é super fácil de fazer. Essa sobremesa conhecidíssima e tipicamente italiana, é feita à base de nata, açúcar e gelatina.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;O chocolate, deu um toque especial, deixando tudo muito delicado e adocicada na medida certa.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Aqui, o gran finale foi a caldinha de chocolate com licor... Perfeita!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

* 60 g de chocolate meio amargo&lt;br /&gt;
* 200 ml de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;

* 100 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
* 7 g de gelatina sem sabor&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Comece&lt;/b&gt; hidratando a gelatina em 50 ml de leite por alguns minutos. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Numa panela, misture o creme de leite, o açúcar e o restante do leite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Leve&lt;/b&gt; ao fogo, misturando e quando você perceber que vai ferver, desligue o fogo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Acrescente&lt;/b&gt; o chocolate picado e mexa até dissolver completamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve a gelatina ao micro-ondas ou em banho-maria para dissolver (não deixe ferver) e adicione à mistura de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Mexa&lt;/b&gt;, coloque em tacinhas e leve para gelar.&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme depois de 4 horas e sirva com a calda.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Calda:&lt;/b&gt; Coloque numa panela 50 g de chocolate meio amargo + 1 colher (sopa) de açúcar + 3 colheres (sopa) do licor de sua preferência, aqui usei o creme de cassis. Leve ao fogo em banho-maria, misture até dissolver o chocolate e ficar na consistência desejada.&lt;br /&gt;
** &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Minha dica é preparar a calda no momento de servir.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Logo de cara, já me encantou o uso do alecrim e juro que não teria a idéia de dar uns sopapos no frango com o rolo de massa, para o tempero e o sabor do alecrim penetrarem na carne... idéia do fofo.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

* 4 peitos de frango&lt;br /&gt;
* sal (a gosto)&lt;br /&gt;

* 2 fatias de bacon cortadas em tiras pequenas e finas (cortei em cubos)&lt;br /&gt;

Coloque o frango sobre metade de uma folha de papel-manteiga e tempero com o sal, pimenta e alecrim.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a outra metade do papel-manteiga sobre o frango, cobrindo os pedaços temperados.&lt;br /&gt;
Dê boas batidas no frango com algo pesado, como um rolo de massa, para o tempero e o sabor do alecrim penetrarem na carne.&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma frigideira bem quente, coloque o azeite e os pedaços de frango com o alecrim virado para baixo, deixando 4 minutos de cada lado.&lt;br /&gt;
Espalhe o bacon pela frigideira e retire quando começarem a ficar crocantes.&lt;br /&gt;
Ao servir, Jamie usa uma salada de alho-poró, espinafre e ervilhas cozidas como base (eu usei brócolis, couve-flor e ervilhas cozidas). Empilhe as verduras num prato de servir, coloque as ervilhas e cubra com os pedaços de peito de frango dourado e o bacon.&lt;br /&gt;

*3 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo peneiradas&lt;br /&gt;
*1 xícara de manteiga ou margarina&lt;br /&gt;
*1 e 1/2 xícaras de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
*5 ovos (claras separadas)&lt;br /&gt;
*1 xícara (chá) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (sopa) de raspas de limão&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (chá) de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
*1/2 colher (chá) de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Faça assim:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno 180º C.&lt;br /&gt;
Na batedeira, bata as claras em neve e reserve em outra tigela.&lt;br /&gt;
Na tigela da batedeira, bata a manteiga, o açúcar, o sal, baunilha e raspas de limão e as gemas até se tornar um creme claro e fofo.&lt;br /&gt;
Raspe a borda da tigela e bata mais 1 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
Alterne o leite com a farinha de trigo peneirada com o fermento, na velocidade mínima da batedeira.&lt;br /&gt;
Incorpore as claras em neve à massa, com uma espátula de silicone.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje e asse em forma redonda de aro removível (entre 23 e 25 cm de diâmetro) untada e enfarinhada, por mais ou menos 45 minutos ou até enfiar um palito e sair limpo. O bolo desenformará com mais facilidade se também for forrado com papel-manteiga. Neste caso, untar, colocar o papel, untar novamente e enfarinhar.&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme depois de 20 minutos, retire o papel, coloque o bolo no prato de servir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Para a calda:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*1 e 1/2 xícaras (chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;
*1 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (sopa) de suco de limão&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (chá) de raspas de limão&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque os ingrediente numa panela pequena e deixe ferver em fogo baixo por 4 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Apague o fogo e molhe as camadas com a calda bem quente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Para o recheio de creme:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*2 xícaras (chá) de leite&lt;br /&gt;
*1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
*3 colheres-medida (sopa) de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;
*100 g de chocolate branco picado&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (chá) de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
*pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
Numa tigela misture com o fouet o leite condensado, o leite e o amido de milho dissolvido nele, mais o sal e a baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao fogo numa panela, mexendo sempre até engrossar. Acrescente o chocolate branco picado só até dissolver e incorporar ao creme. Despeje numa tigela de vidro com fundo largo, cubra com o plástico filme para não formar película e leve à geladeira para resfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Recheio de doce-de-leite&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*2 xícaras de doce de leite&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Para o chantilly da cobertura:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
*500 ml de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (sopa) de açúcar de confeiteiro&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (chá) de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
*pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na tigela da batedeira coloque primeiro o creme de leite fresco bem gelado e bata em velocidade média até ficar com consistência firme. Acrescente os ingrediente restantes e bata por mais um minuto. Cuidado para não bater demais, senão vira manteiga...&lt;br /&gt;
Reserve na geladeira até a hora de cobrir o bolo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Montagem:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Corte o bolo 3 vezes, ou seja, em 4 camadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Dentro do aro da forma, lavado, e em cima do prato de servir, monte o bolo assim:&lt;br /&gt;
1ª camada: calda, creme branco.&lt;br /&gt;
2ª camada: calda, doce de leite.&lt;br /&gt;
3ª camada: calda, creme branco.&lt;br /&gt;
última camada: calda, doce de leite e leve ao freezer por meia hora para firmar bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Retire do freezer, retire o aro com cuidado e espalhe o chantilly com uma espátula, alisando, no bolo inteiro (laterais e por cima).&lt;br /&gt;
Sirva bem gelado e mantenha na geladeira.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloquei numa panelinha 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar com 1/2 xícara (chá) de água. Mexi e coloquei no fogo até ferver e virar uma calda dourada (não mexa mais). Caramelizei uma forma com furo e deixei esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No liquidificador bati 1 lata de leite condensado + 2 latas de leite + 3 ovos + 1 xícara de chocolate em pó.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei na forma e no forno&amp;nbsp;médio preaquecido em banho maria por 1 hora e 40 minutos (faça o teste enfiando uma faca com ponta...ela tem que sair limpa e as bordas vão ficando sequinhas). Não tem erro!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Misture tudo muito bem e coloque numa frigideira antiaderente.&lt;br /&gt;

*1 colher (sobremesa) de Hondashy&lt;br /&gt;
*4 colheres (sopa) de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;
*sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozinhe as batatas com casca, escorra, espere esfriar,descasque e esprema. Leve ao fogo a batata, o creme de leite, o hondashy, verifique e coloque mais sal se necessário...Mexa até atingir o ponto que goste do purÊ.&lt;/div&gt;

*orégano a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
*salsinha picada a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
*azeitonas a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (sopa) de hondashy&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (café) de páprica picante&lt;br /&gt;

Frite a cebola no azeite, coloque o alho e a páprica, refogue.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o bacalhau desfiado, acrescente a azeitona, orégano e salsa. Coloque o hondashy, experimente e complete de sal se for necessário. Coloque mais azeite se gostar do sabor.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Sabe aquele tipo que rolava muuuito nas festinhas de escola, que já vinham embrulhadinhos e bem molhadinhos?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Então, é parecido... Uma massa super fofinha que desmancha na boca e que não fica tão doce, porque o leite condensado foi descartado, o que não comprometeu em nada essa delícia.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Fiz neste final de semana para uma reuniãozinha informal, então, servi direto na forma, mas outra opção é cortar em quadradinhos e embrulhar em papel alumínio.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

* 1 copo (250 ml) de suco de laranja&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 e 1/2 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Misture&lt;/b&gt; os ovos inteiros com o restante das gemas e bata com o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Com&lt;/b&gt; a batedeira ligada, acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos, intercalando com o suco de laranja.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Desligue&lt;/b&gt; e adicione o fermento misturando bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Coloque&lt;/b&gt; em uma forma untada e enfarinhada (média).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Leve&lt;/b&gt; ao forno pré-aquecido (180° C), por 40 minutos ou até dourar.&lt;br /&gt;

6. Caldinha de Morango: 1 caixinha de morangos lavados (200 g) + 4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar + 2 colheres (sopa) de vinho (branco, tinto, rosé...).&lt;br /&gt;
Corte os morangos em 4, junte o açúcar &amp;nbsp;e o vinho e leve ao fogo. Deixe levantar fervura e aguarde mais uns &amp;nbsp;5 minutos ou até dar uma engrossadinha na calda.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Um peito de frango com osso cozido, que eu aproveito e coloco mergulhado numa panela com água, sal, tomate, alho, cebola, cenoura, mandioquinha, salsão, cheiro verde. Esse caldo eu reservo para fazer uma delícia de sopa à noite.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desfiar o frango e refogar numa panela com azeite, alho, cebola, Fondor e salsinha picadinha. Misturar leite, uma quantidade suficiente para o frango ficar levemente "nadando", provar o sal &lt;b&gt;(1)&lt;/b&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar farinha de trigo aos poucos (fogo baixo), mexendo sempre, até que a mistura se desgrude da panela &lt;b&gt;(2)&lt;/b&gt;. Fazer tudo bem devagar, porque se colocar muita farinha, a croqueta perde o sabor e fica com gosto de farinha.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ao desgrudar da panela&lt;b&gt; (3)&lt;/b&gt;, retirar, colocar numa vasilha e deixar esfriar por mais ou menos 1 hora (coloque um pouco na geladeira).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de frio, pegar a massa com uma colher &lt;b&gt;(4)&lt;/b&gt; e colocar na palma da mão.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Enrolar as bolinhas&lt;b&gt; (5)&lt;/b&gt; em formato meio amassadinho e  passar na farinha de rosca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fritar em óleo bem quente pequenas porções e colocar em papel absorvente.&lt;br /&gt;

* 5 caixas de gelatina com cores e sabores diferentes&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 caixinha de leite de coco (200 ml)&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
* 750 ml de água fria&lt;br /&gt;
* 750 ml de água gelada&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Comece untando uma forma com um pouco de óleo (não é para encharcar hein?) e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;2 e 3.&lt;/b&gt; Escolha um sabor e&lt;b&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;dissolva a gelatina em 150 ml de água quente e junte 150 ml de água &lt;b&gt;gelada&lt;/b&gt;, misturando bem para dissolver.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;4.&lt;/b&gt; Desse líquido, separe 150 ml e coloque na forma de pudim &lt;b&gt;(5)&lt;/b&gt;. Leve ao freezer por 15 minutos ou até endurecer (&lt;b&gt;fique de olho para não congelar&lt;/b&gt;).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;6 e 7.&lt;/b&gt; Com o restante da gelatina, acrescente 4 colheres de leite de coco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;8.&lt;/b&gt; Depois acrescente 6 colheres de leite condensado. Misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;9.&lt;/b&gt; Despeje com cuidado (use uma concha para colocar suavemente) sobre a gelatina já endurecida e leve novamente ao freezer por 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;10.&lt;/b&gt; Repita o mesmo procedimento com as outras gelatinas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Dicas:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;*&lt;/b&gt; No final, leve à geladeira de 3 a 4 horas e desenforme.&lt;br /&gt;
** Intercale sempre uma gelatina clara com uma mais escura, para dar o contraste.&lt;br /&gt;
*** Fique atenta para&lt;b&gt; não congelar&lt;/b&gt;, enquanto estiver no freezer. É só para endurecer, marque o tempo e acompanhe.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt; Deixar nesse tempero marinando por algumas horas até tomar gosto ou de um dia para o outro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;Depois, "&lt;b&gt;selar&lt;/b&gt;" na frigideira bem quente um lado e depois o outro.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Rechear com tiras de cenoura e uma linguiça calabresa cortada ao meio, tire a pele se preferir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;5. &lt;/b&gt;Enrolar em papel celofane próprio para assados ou em papel alumínio com a parte brilhante voltada para o lombo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;** Levar ao forno preaquecido por 1 hora, retirar o alumínio e deixar mais 15 minutos. Tirar o barbante e servir.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;1.&lt;/b&gt; Em uma tigela grande, misture a farinha, o fermento, o açúcar, o sal e a pimenta calabresa.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;2.&lt;/b&gt; Junte as azeitonas e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;3.&lt;/b&gt; Em outra tigela, misture os ovos, o azeite, o alho e o leite.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;4.&lt;/b&gt; Adicione à mistura de farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;5.&lt;/b&gt; E mexa até a massa ficar homogênea.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;6.&lt;/b&gt; Transfira a massa para uma forma de bolo inglês, de 20 x 6 cm, untada com azeite e leve para assar em forno moderado (180ºC), preaquecido, na grade do meio por 45 minutos ou até que doure e enfiando um palito no centro, ele saia limpo. Retire do forno e deixe amornar. Desenforme e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Estava ensaiando há alguns dias e hoje consegui finalizar essa delícia.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Passei na ponta da praia, onde vende congelados e comprei um pacotinho de carne de siri mista.&lt;br /&gt;
Paguei baratinho, só que nem reparei quantas gramas tinha no pacote.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Cheguei em casa, descongelei num pote com água, depois coloquei numa peneira, lavei bem e apertei para tirar bem a água.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Coloquei numa panela azeite e refoguei uns 3 dentinhos de alho, duas cebolas, uma pimentinha dedo de moça e em seguida coloquei a carne de siri e FONDOR. Se quiser pode colocar coentro, mas como eu não tinha não coloquei.&lt;/div&gt;

Coloquei bastante orégano e por fim cheiro verde fresco picadinho.&lt;br /&gt;
Desliguei o fogo e reservei.&lt;br /&gt;

Em seguida, fiz um molho branco com dois copos de leite, 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga, 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo, noz moscada, cebola ralada e sal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div&gt;
Derreti a manteiga, acrescentei a farinha de trigo, deixei cozinhar um pouco e fui colocando o leite aos poucos e mexendo. Acrescentei os demais ingredientes e continuei mexendo até engrossar.&lt;/div&gt;

&amp;nbsp;Misturei com a carne de siri refogada e coloquei em conchas.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Claro que eu não poderia deixar de fazer essa sobremesa ensinada pela nossa amiga Sumie, que é uma cozinheira de mão cheia.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Como é claro também, que você vai me dizer, que fazer um manjar é a coisa mais bobinha do mundo.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Leitinho... amido de milho...uma engrossadinha e está pronto o manjar - o famoso mingauzinho que qualquer mãe sabe fazer, de trás pra frente.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Mas então, o que torna essa receita especial? A &lt;b&gt;cal-di-nha&lt;/b&gt;...&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;As bananas ficam mergulhadinhas numa calda de caramelo que é o óóóóó... numa doçura perfeita com o manjar, que acabei dando uma incrementadinha. Pronto, entreguei o segredo!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Sem mais...mais... quer saber?Esse é o verdadeiro manjar dos deusessss!!!&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt; &amp;nbsp;Manjar Branco com Bananas Carameladas&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Manjar:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 litro de leite + 4 colheres (sopa) de amido de milho + 1 lata de leite condensado. Dissolva o amido num pouquinho de leite, junte todos os ingredientes e leve ao fogo. Deixe ferver mexendo sempre até engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque num refratário e deixe lá descansando enquanto você faz a calda de caramelo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Calda de caramelo:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
9 bananas descascadas e cortadas em rodelas + 1 xícara (chá) de açúcar + 1/2 xícara (chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;
Derreta bem o açúcar numa panelinha e acrescente a água. Deixe derreter novamente e coloque as bananas em rodelas. Quando começar a borbulhar, mexa de vez em quando até ficar uma calda consistente -levemente para não esmagar as bananas, tá?&lt;br /&gt;
Espalhe imediatamente por cima do manjar. Deixe esfriar e leve para gelar.&lt;br /&gt;

*600 g de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (chá) de fermento biológico instantâneo&lt;br /&gt;
*100 ml de azeite extravirgem&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (chá) de sal marinho, mais um pouco para salpicar (usei flor de sal)&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (sopa) de leite em pó&lt;br /&gt;
*2 colheres (chá) de erva-doce triturada&lt;br /&gt;
*1 colher (sopa) de alecrim fresco picado&lt;br /&gt;
*280 ml de água&lt;br /&gt;
*100 g de uvas-passas&lt;br /&gt;
*raminhos de alecrim para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Faça assim:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Misture&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; todos os ingredientes da massa, menos as uvas-passas. Adicione a água aos poucos, e sove até obter uma massa lisa e elástica.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Estique&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; a massa numa superfície enfarinhada. Espalhe as uvas-passas e sove mais um pouco, para incorporá-las bem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Coloque&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; a massa em uma superfície enfarinhada.&lt;br /&gt;
Modele-a em um círculo. Faça um buraco no centro com os dedos. Alargue-o até obter o formato de um anel com um buraco central de 10 cm de diâmetro.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a massa em uma assadeira grande untada e cubra com papel filme. Deixe o pão crescer em local quente por cerca de 45 minutos, ou até quase dobrar de tamanho.&lt;br /&gt;
** Como o dia estava frio, meu pão demorou para crescer que até me esqueci dele lá. Quando vi, estava enorme de lindo rsrs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Faça&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt; talhos na massa com uma faca enfarinhada e salpique ramos de alecrim e sal marinho. Asse em forno preaquecido a 220ºC por 40 minutos, até o pão crescer e dourar. Se os ramos de alecrim começarem a tostar, substitua-os e cubra a assadeira com papel-alumínio.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Bacalhau ao Molho de Açafrão e Gengibre&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Coloquei o bacalhau dessalgado numa panela, coberto com água e levei ao fogo para dar uma fervura.&lt;br /&gt;
Escorri, separei em pedaços (ou lascas) e reservei. À parte, fiz um molho com bastante alho socadinho, 1 pimentão verde e 1 vermelho fatiados, 2 cebolas picadas, açafrão, azeito do bom (muuuito), gengibre em pó, cheiro verde picadinho e sal. Em seguida, espalhei azeite em um refratário, forrei com rodelas de batatas cozidas, uma porção de bacalhau, reguei com um pouco do molho, coloquei batatas novamente, bacalhau e molho. Depois, acrescentei de 2 a 3 tomates fatiados, mais 2 cebolas em rodelas, 6 ovos cozidos cortados em pedaços e azeitonas. Para finalizar, reguei novamente com azeite e polvilhei queijo parmesão ralado. Levei ao forno por alguns minutinhos... e Pronto! Foi só servir...&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;Um detalhe: este é um dos meus pratos preferidos, para aqueles dias que bate a preguiça de cozinhar, mas você não está afim de encarar um pão com ovo (aliás, eu adoro um ovinho!) e quer algo mais.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;Não tem segredo, é só juntar Penne + Molho Branco + Queijo Gorgonzola e está pronto um prato super fácil, mas de sabor supremo.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Enquanto colocava meio pacote de penne (ou gravatinha) para cozinhar "al dente", preparei um molho branco, bem rapidinho.&lt;br /&gt;

Coloquei em uma panela 2 colheres (sopa) de manteiga e levei ao fogo até derreter.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentei 2 colheres (sopa) de farinha de trigo e misturei rapidamente com um fouet.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estava parecendo uma pasta, acrescentei aos poucos 500 ml de leite, misturando para não empelotar (coloquei um pouco de leite e mexi, mais um pouco e mexi...).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionei pimenta-do-reino moidinha na hora, noz moscada e deixei ferver 5 minutos em fogo baixo ou até engrossar um pouquinho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Desliguei o fogo e acrescentei 150 g de queijo gorgonzola esfarelado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mexi rapidamente para incorporar (se necessário acrescente sal, para mim não precisou).&lt;br /&gt;

Em seguida, envolvi o macarrão (já escorrido) no molho branco.&lt;br /&gt;
E Pronto!&lt;br /&gt;

**Se seu molho branco ficou empelotado, não se avexe, passe ele todinho em uma peneira e volte ao fogo mexendo rapidamente, só para esquentar.&lt;br /&gt;
