हल्के और आर्गेनिक रंगों और अच्छी क्वालिटी के गुलाल का इस्तेमाल करें। अगर कोई होली खेलने के लिए आपके घर आता है तो भी आप उन्हें अपना रंग आॅफर करें, न कि उनके द्वारा लाए हुए रंगों के साथ होली खेलें। किसी और के घर अथवा बाहर होली खेलने जाते समय भी अपने रंग साथ ले जाए और अगर जहां तक हो सके इन्हीं रंगों का इस्तेमाल करें। बेहतर और सही रंगों के इस्तेमाल का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है गाढ़े, खतरनाक रंगों और पेंट जैसी चीजों के इस्तेमाल से बचें।

होली के रंगों से खेलने के खाद धूप में बैठने से बचिए ।

होली खेलने के बाद धूप में बैठने से शरीर पर रग सूख जाएंगे और इन्हें निकालने में परेशानी हो सकती है ।

जितनी जल्दी हो सके नहाए ।

होली खेलने के बाद जितनी जल्दी हो सके नहाएं। इससे रंगों को सूखने का वक्त नहीं मिलेगा और इससे यह आपकी त्वचा और सिर में चिपकेंगे नहीं ।

सिर की त्वचा में त्तेल लगाए।

होली खेलने से पहले सिर्फ बालों में तेल न लगाएं । अपने बालों और खासतौर से सिर की त्वचा में अच्छी त्तरह से तेल लगाएं जिससे इनके बीच एक परत बन जाए। अगर बालों में अच्छी तरह से तेल लगा होगा तो इनमें रंग चिपकते नहीं हैं। आप कोई भी तेल लगा सकते हैं लेकिन अगर आपको यह पसंद नहीं है तो आप आॅलिव आॅयल और कैस्टोर आॅयल का भी इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

स्कार्फ अथवा रूमाल का इस्तेमाल।

होली खेलने के दौरान जहां तक हो सके खुद को ढक्कर रखें। अपने बालों को सुरक्षित रखने लिए महिला व पुरुष दोनों ही अलग µ अलग तरह से अपने बालों को बांध सकते हैं। इससे बाल सुरक्षित रहेंगे।

बालों को धोएं और शैम्पू करें।

बालों को धोने के लिए गुनगुने पानी का इस्तेमाल करना चहिए, लेकिन यह ध्यान रखिए कि पानी जादा गर्म न हो । लाइट शैम्पू या हर्बल शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल कीजिए । इसके बाद बालों में कोई अच्छा कंडीशनर इस्तेमाल करें। रगों की वजह से आए रुखेपन से निजात के लिए कंडीशनर जरूरी है।

घर में काॅकरोच व चूहों के प्रवेश पर नियंत्रण रखें ।

घर में अनुपयोगी पुराने फर्नीचर, गद्दे पुरानी फाइलों, किताबों व जूतंे-चप्पलों को इकट्रठा न होने दें।

पेड़ - पौधों के फूलों से निकलने वाले कुछ छोटे - छोटे कण जिन्हें पोलेन्स कहते है एलर्जन्स के रुप में हवा में विचरण करते है। सुबह 10 बजें से पहले व सूर्यास्त के बाद वातावरण में पोलेन्स का स्तर सर्वाधिक रहता है। इनके संर्पक में आने से बचिए।

खाने की किसी चीजं से एलर्जी हो सकती है जैसे डेयरी पदार्थ, या कुछ पैक्ड पदार्थों में शामिल
एडीटीव्स आदि। ज्ञात होने पर इनसे बचना चहिए ।

एलर्जी के लक्षणों की अनदेखी न करें। एंटीएलर्जिक दवाएं या स्प्रे से इसे नियंत्रित कीजिए ।

दूरसंचार युद्ध किसी भी समय जल्द समाप्त नहीं होने जा रहा है क्योंकि कंपनियां प्रतिस्पर्धा पर बढ़त हासिल करने के लिए दूसरे के बाद एक योजना में संशोधन कर रही हैं। अब Reliance JIO ने ग्राहकों को लुभाने के लिए मौजूदा योजनाओं को संशोधित किया। प्रीपेड योजनाओं के अलावा, अपनी बूस्टर योजनाओं में भी संशोधन किया है जो उपयोगकर्ताओं को अपने Daily Data Limit को समाप्त करने वाले समान 4G Speed वाले लोगों का अनुभव करने में सक्षम बनाता है। इसलिए, यहां 20 Tariff Plans हैं, जो पिछले सप्ताह रिलायंस जियो ने संशोधित की हैं।

JIO Plans 2018

Rs.11 Booster Pack के तहत, कंपनी अब 400 MB 4 G Data दे रही है। इससे पहले, Telco एक ही योजना के तहत 200 MB Data पेश करने के लिए इस्तेमाल किया करते थे, बूस्टर पैक आपकी मौजूदा योजना की वैधता पर काम करता है।

Reliance JIO द्वारा पेश की गई नई योजना 21 रुपये ki है। योजना के तहत, उपयोगकर्ताओं को अपनी Daily Limit निकालने के बाद 1 GB Data मिलेंगी और उनकी मूल योजना के रूप में इसकी समान वैधता है।

Rs. 51 की योजना के तहत, JIO अब 3 GB दे रहा है। इससे पहले, टेलीकॉम ने 51 बस्टर योजना के तहत 2 GB Data की पेशकश की थी। योजना की उपयोगकर्ताओं की मौजूदा योजना के रूप में एक ही वैधता है।

Rs. 101 Booster योजना में उपयोगकर्ताओं को 6GB Data प्रदान की गई है। इसमें उपयोगकर्ता की मौजूदा योजना के रूप में उसी दिन की वैधता होगी।

Rs. 149 के तहत Reliance JIO Unlimited Local और STD कॉलिंग और प्रतिदिन 100 SMS 1.5 GB की पेशकश कर रहा है। यह योजना 28 Days की वैधता के साथ आता है।

Reliance JIO से Rs. 198 Plan के तहत प्रति दिन 2 GB Data की FUP सीमा के साथ 56 GB डेटा प्रदान करती है। कुल मिलाकर, उपयोगकर्ताओं को 28 Days की अवधि के लिए 56 GB Data मिलेगा। उपयोगकर्ता योजना के तहत प्रति दिन 100 SMS के साथ Unlimited Local और STD फोन कर सकते हैं।

Rs. 299 की योजना कंपनी से सबसे सस्ता है जो प्रति दिन 3 GB Data प्रदान करती है। 28 Days के लिए वैध, यह योजना सभी में 84 GB Data प्रदान करती है। उपयोगकर्ता योजना के साथ Unlimited Local और STD कॉल भी कर सकते हैं।

Reliance JIO से Rs. 349 का Plan 70 Days की अवधि के लिए Daily 1.5 GB Data प्रदान करता है। इसके साथ ही, उपयोगकर्ताओं को Unlimited Local और STD कॉलिंग और प्रतिदिन 100 SMS भी अनुभव हो सकते हैं।

8. Rashid Khan

The leg spin bowler from Afganistan was bagged by Sunrisers Hyderabad for a whopping amount of Rs. 9 crores. During last year's player auction, Rashid had seen his value soar from a base price of Rs 30 lakh to Rs 4 crore. The teenager repaid the faith by delivering 17 wickets for SRH at an economy of 6.62. As a frenzy ensued for Rashid's services, the SRH table sat silently watching RCB and KXIP raise the stakes. As soon as the hammer went down at Rs 9 crore, SRH used one of their Right-to-Match (RTM) cards to buy him back. The much sought after Afghan player was a part of the same team in the previous edition of the Indian Premier League.

9. Krunal Pandya

The most profitable uncapped allrounder was, not surprisingly, Baroda's Pandya who had smartly set his base price at Rs 40 lakh. Pandya, who was Man of the Match in last season's semi-final and final as Mumbai Indians surged to the IPL title. Mumbai Indians parted with 8.8 crores to have Krunal Pandya in the side. With this, both Krunal and Hardik Pandya will play for Mumbai Indians in this edition of IPL. At 8.8 crore, RCB won the bid for the allrounder but Mumbai, with glee on their faces, immediately used an RTM card.

10. Sanju Samson

Last but not the least in the list is Sanju Samson who was bought by Rajasthan Royals for a massive 8 crore for the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League. Sanju Samson is stocked as a wicket-keeper batsman by Rajasthan Royals and it is a homecoming for the young player!

As you all know that IPL 2018 mega season is all about to begin and the two-day IPL 2018 auction is already over. This auction was conducted on January 27 and 28 in Bangalore. There were around 578 players who were auctioned and a whopping amount of Rs. 431.7 crores were spent by eight franchises for this mega IPL 2018 season. All the eight franchises were present under one roof to rebuild their squad for the upcoming season of the cash-rich IPL. In this IPL 2018 auctions England all-rounder, Ben Stokes was the costliest buy for Rajasthan Royals while Jaydev Unadkat turned out to be the most expensive Indian cricketer at the IPL 2018 auction. Top 20 Bike Launched in India Auto Expo 2018

As you all know that mega show of automobile sector named Auto Expo 2018 is currently running successfully began from 9th February and will continue till 14th February 2018. As it happens once-in-two-years, therefore, the auto enthusiasts loving the festival of the new automobile launch. The show is not just about concepts but new vehicles that will launch in India soon after their Expo debut. Yes, the Delhi auto show 2018 is holding a lot of promise for everyone. Keeping that scenario in mind today we will be sharing a list of all the "Top 20 Bike Launched in India Auto Expo 2018" along with details on their launch date, price and little about their specifications. 1. Apache RTR 200 Fi Ethanol

TVS Apache RTR 200 Fi Ethanol is a revolutionary ethanol-powered motorcycle that has been designed to meet future emission norms. Under the skin, the bike features a fuel-injected single-cylinder 200cc engine that is capable of generating maximum power of 21PS at 8,500rpm and a peak torque of 18.1Nm at 7,000rpm. TVS claims it to have an ascending top speed of 129Kmph. The expected price for the Apache 200 Fi Ethanol is Rs 1,10,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in October 2018.

2. Honda X Blade

The X-Blade looks sharp and edgy with its unique funky design. The motorcycle also gets premium features such as full-LED lighting and digital instrument cluster. The Honda X-Blade will be slotted between the CB Unicorn 160 and CB Hornet 160R in India.

The new Honda X-Blade is the same 162.7cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine producing 13.93bhp and 13.9Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is based on the same diamond frame which is seen on the popular CB Hornet 160R. The Honda X-Blade will rival the likes of Yamaha FZ, TVS Apache RTR 160 and Bajaj Pulsar NS160.

The Honda X Blade is expected to launch March 2018 with an expected Ex-Showroom price of Rs. 75,000/-

3. Suzuki Burgman Street

Suzuki revealed its new premium scooter, the Burgman Street at the 2018 Auto Expo. The Burgman Street is a premium 125cc scooter, and it is the flagship scooter of Japanese brand in several global markets. The Burgman Street is specially developed for the Indian market and is based on the best-selling Access 125. The prominent highlight of the Burgman Street is its maxi-scooter styling with a large apron. The Suzuki Burgman Street is powered by the same 125cc engine seen on the Access 125. Other premium features of the Burgman Street include LED headlamp, digital instrument cluster and unique handlebar design. The scooter looks and feels premium with the amount of detailing and funky design.

The expected price for the Suzuki Burgman Street is Rs 65,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018.

4. Hero Maestro Edge 125

Hero MotoCorp has stepped into the 125cc scooter segment with the unveiling of the new Maestro Edge 125 scooter at the Auto Expo 2018. The new Maestro 125 features subtle cosmetic updates and gets additional features as compared to the 110cc Maestro. Along with the Maestro Edge 125, Hero has also revealed the new Duet 125 at the 2018 Auto Expo. The Hero Maestro and Duet 125 are powered by a 125cc engine producing 8.7bhp and 10.2Nm of torque. The Maestro Edge 125 also comes with premium features such as i3S (Idle Start/Stop technology), digital analogue instrument cluster, LED tail light and external fuel filling cap.

The expected price for the Maestro Edge 125 is Rs 56,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018 or in the beginning of 2019.

5. Aprilia Tuono RS 150

Italian two-wheeler Aprilia has showcased the entry-level Tuono 150 and RS 150 motorcycles at the Auto Expo 2018. Both the motorcycles look like the downgraded versions of the Tuono V4 and RSV4. The Aprilia Tuono 150 is a naked motorcycle with a half fairing, whereas the RS 150 is the fully-faired offering from Aprilia. Both the Aprilia Tuono 150 and RS 150 draws power from a 150cc liquid-cooled, fuel injected engine producing 18bhp and 14Nm of peak torque. Both the motorcycles feature premium build quality with aggressive design and riding dynamics and will be a fitting rival to the likes of Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0.

The expected price for the Aprilia is Rs 1,50,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018 or in the beginning of 2019.

6. New Yamaha R3

Yamaha has launched the new R3 in India at the Auto Expo 2018. The overall design of the new Yamaha R3 remains the same with signature twin headlamp setup and a large front fairing. But the motorcycle gets new body graphics and colour options which renders a refreshed look to the motorcycle.

The new Yamaha R3 draws power from the existing 321cc in-line twin-engine producing 41bhp and 29.6Nm of torque. The engine is now BS-IV compliant and comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The new Yamaha R3 will lock horns with the likes of KTM RC 390, TVS Apache RR 310, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and Benelli 302R.

The expected price for the Yamaha R3 is Rs 3,48,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018 or in the beginning of 2019.

7. Honda CBR 250 & 300R

Honda has updated the CBR250R with 300R and India is expected to get the same model for better competition with TVS, KTM and other mid capacity bikes available in India. After the introduction of Africa Twin and Cliq in India, Honda CBR300R is the closest rival that TVS Apache RR 310 could get in India. Honda has brought back the popular CBR 250R to India at the 2018 Auto Expo. The quarter-litre motorcycle now comes with a new LED headlamp, new body graphics, new colour options and dual-channel ABS. Apart from that, the new 2018 CBR 250R remains identical to the previous model. The new 2018 Honda CBR 250R draws power from the same 249.6cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled BS-IV compliant engine producing 26bhp and 22.9Nm of peak torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The Honda CBR 250R will rival the likes of Yamaha Fazer 25 and KTM RC 200.

The expected price for the Honda CBR 250 & 350R is Rs 2,05,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018.

8. TVS Zeppelin Concept

TVS Motor Company has unveiled a new cruiser concept named as Zeppelin at the Auto Expo 2018. The Zeppelin is a futuristic performance cruiser with classic looks and advanced technology. The TVS Zeppelin draws power from a 220cc engine mated to a TVS patented Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) which comes with an e-boost option to start the motorcycle faster. The Zeppelin is also equipped with 1,200W regenerative assist motor with a 48V Li-ion battery which adds to the powerful performance of the cruiser. TVS has not confirmed about the production of the Zeppelin.

The expected price for the TVS Zeppelin Concept is Rs 1,20,000 (Ex-showroom, Delhi) and is expected to launch in second half of 2018.

9. Emflux One

Emflux Motors has launched India's first electric superbike, the Emflux One at the Auto Expo 2018. The Emflux One has priced at Rs 6 lakh for the regular variant and Rs 11 lakh for the top-spec variant with Ohlins suspension, carbon fibre panels and forged alloy wheels. The Emflux One is limited to 199 units for India and 300 units for the global market. The Emflux One draws power from a 3 Phase AC induction motor with liquid cooling which is connected to a liquid cooled 9.7kWh battery pack with integrated high power Samsung cells. The electric powertrain produces 80.4bhp, but it is limited to 71bhp. The pre-orders for the Emflux One will start in July 2018, with the first deliveries to begin in April 2019.

10. UM Renegade Duty

UM Renegade Duty UM Motorcycles has launched the new Renegade Duty at the Auto Expo 2018 with a price tag of Rs 1.10 lakh. The new motorcycle will be offered in two variants Renegade Duty S and Duty Ace. Both the models come with features such as digital-analogue instrument cluster and LED headlight. The UM Renegade Duty S and Duty Ace draws power from a new 223cc single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine producing 16bhp and 17Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The UM Renegade Duty will rival the likes of Bajaj Avenger series and could also compete with the Royal Enfield Classic 350.

India Auto Expo 2018 - Day 1

As you all know or might have heard in news or newspaper that India Auto Expo 2018 started yesterday, As you all know that all the leading automobile manufacturer will be gathering in this expo to showcase their latest and best product to the world. There will be at least 20+ models which will be going to launch in different sections of Automobile Industry. India Auto Expo 2018 is scheduled to be open for public from 9th -14th February 2018 at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.

1. BMW 6GT

Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar launched the new BMW 6GT at India Expo 2018.

2. BMW i8 Roadster

BMW i8 Roadster is the next launched at India Expo 2018 and this car can go from 0-100 kph in 4.6 secs. It also has an all-electric range of 55 km and is expected to be launch in India later this year.

BMW i3S is the next launched at India Expo 2018 and the feature of this car is that it can go from 0-100 kph in 6.9 secs. It also has an all-electric range of 55 km and is expected to be launch in India later this year.

6. Maruti Suzuki Electric SUV (Off - Road) - The e-SURVIVOR Concept

The Maruti Suzuki Electric SUV (Off - Road) - The e-SURVIVOR is launched by Maruti Suzuki keeping the focus on hybrid car technology in India. It is believed that it will bring down India's emissions substantially and can bring down India's fuel import.

7. Mahindra - The New G4 Rexton

The new Mahindra G4 Rexton will be launched this year. The new Rexton comes with a 7-spd automatic transmission with a 2.2Ltr also has got 178bhp and 420Nm Diesel engine.

8. Mahindra Stinger Concept

The next launch is Mahindra Stinger Concept which is India's first convertible SUV.

9. Mercedes Maybach S650 & S560

यदि आपने आधार कार्ड का किसी दुकान से लैमिनेशन करा रखा है या फिर प्लास्टिक स्मार्ट कार्ड के तौर पर उसे इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो सावधान रहें। ऐसा करने पर आपके आधार का क्यूआर कोड काम करना बंद कर सकता है या फिर निजी जानकारी चोरी हो सकती है। भारतीय विशिष्ट पहचान प्राधिकरण ने इनके इस्तेमाल को लेकर चिंता जताई है। यूआईडीएआई का कहना है कि ऐसा करने पर आपकी मंजूरी के बिना ही आपकी जानकारी किसी तरह पहुंच सकती हैं।

यूआईडीएआई ने कहा कि आधार का कोई एक हिस्सा या मोबाइल आधार पूरी तरह से वैलिड है। आधार स्मार्ट कार्ड्स की प्रिटिंग पर 50 रुपये से लेकर 300 रुपये तक का खर्च आता है, जो पूरी तरह से गैर-जरूरी है। यूआईडीएआई की ओर से जारी बयान में कहा गया, 'प्लास्टिक या पीवीसी आधार स्मार्ट कार्ड्स अकसर गैर-जरूरी होते हैं। इसकी वजह यह होती है कि क्विक रेस्पॉन्स कोड आमतौर पर काम करना बंद कर देता है। इस तरह की गैर-अधिकृत प्रिंटिंग से क्यूआर कोड काम करना बंद कर सकता है।'

बिना अनुमति आधार कार्ड की जानकारी लेना अपराध

पांडे ने कहा, 'स्मार्ट या प्लास्टिक आधार कार्ड का कोई कॉन्सेप्ट ही नहीं है।' यही नहीं उन्होंने लोगों को हिदायत देते हुए कहा कि किसी भी गैर-अधिकृत व्यक्ति से आधार नंबर साझा नहीं करपना चाहिए। यही नहीं यूआईडीएआई ने आधार कार्ड्स की डिटेल जुटाने वाली अनाधिकृत एजेंसियों को भी चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि आधार कार्ड की जानकारी हासिल करना या फिर उनकी अनाधिकृत प्रिटिंग करना दंडनीय अपराध है। ऐसा करने पर कानून के तहत कैद भी हो सकती है।

When we talk about "Valentines Day" what is the first thing comes in your mind ???? Offcourse its "Love". Now the question comes what is Valentine's Day all about?

So the answer to the following question is that every year on February 14th, there are so many people around the world who celebrate "Valentine's Day" with their special “Valentine” by showing appreciation for the people they love, affection or adore. There also people who love to take their loved ones for a romantic dinner at a restaurant, while others may choose this day to propose or get married. On this day many people give greeting cards, chocolates, jewellery, gifts or flowers.

The day of romance we call "Valentine's Day" is named for a christian martyr.

The history of Valentine's Day?

The history says that from Feb. 13 to 15, the Romans celebrated the feast of Lupercalia and The Emperor called Claudius II executed two men both named Valentine on Feb. 14 of different years in the 3rd century A.D. So, their martyrdom was honoured by the Catholic Church with the celebration of St. Valentine's Day. One legend contends that Valentine was a priest who served during the third century in Rome. When Emperor Claudius II decided that single men made better soldiers than those with wives and families, he outlawed marriage for young men. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret. When Valentine’s actions were discovered, Claudius ordered that he be put to death.

There are some other stories which also suggest that Valentine may have been killed for attempting to help Christians escape harsh Roman prisons, where they were often beaten and tortured. According to one legend, an imprisoned Valentine actually sent the first “valentine” greeting himself after he fell in love with a young girl–possibly his jailor’s daughter–who visited him during his confinement. Before his death, it is alleged that he wrote her a letter signed “From your Valentine,” an expression that is still in use today. Although the truth behind the Valentine legends is murky, the stories all emphasize his appeal as a sympathetic, heroic and–most importantly–romantic figure. By the Middle Ages, perhaps thanks to this reputation, Valentine would become one of the most popular saints in England and France.

During the Middle Ages, it was commonly believed in France and England that February 14 was the beginning of birds’ mating season, which added to the idea that the middle of Valentine’s Day should be a day for romance.

Who was Saint Valentine and what did he do?

As mentioned above Valentine was a temple priest who was beheaded near Rome by the emperor named Claudius II for helping Christian couples wed. There are the different account which claims that Valentine was the Bishop of Terni, who was also martyred by Claudius II on the outskirts of Rome.

Now the question comes into our mind that, What happened to Saint Valentine and who killed him ??

So the answer to this question is that on February 14 around the year 278 A.D Valentine was executed.

Under the rule of Claudius the Cruel, Rome was involved in many unpopular and bloody campaigns. The emperor had to maintain a strong army but was having a difficult time getting soldiers to join his military leagues. Claudius believed that Roman men were unwilling to join the army because of their strong attachment to their wives and families.

To get rid of the problem, Claudius banned all marriages and engagements in Rome. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret.

When Valentine’s actions were discovered, Claudius ordered that he be put to death. Valentine was arrested and dragged before the Prefect of Rome, who condemned him to be beaten to death with clubs and to have his head cut off. The sentence was carried out on February 14, on or about the year 270.

Legend also has it that while in jail, St. Valentine left a farewell note for the jailer’s daughter, who had become his friend, and signed it “From Your Valentine.”

About Manali

Manali literally means the 'Home of Manu'. Legend has it that when a flood deluged the earth, Manu and the gods were towed to dry ground by a giant fish, which was the seventh `avatar' of the god Vishnu. The area where Manu eventually found refuge was Manali. He then came to Manali and recreated human life. Thus, the area of Manali is sacred and Hindus treat the temples over here as pilgrimage and its name finds mention in various epics, the Ramayana and the Mahabharata as well as Vishnu Purana.

SIGHTSEEING

The Mall Road (1.5 km.)

The Mall or main road of Manali is the hub of activity in this tourist town, lined with hotels, restaurants, shops, the bus station and many travel agencies. Though it carries the same British epithet as its counterpart in Shimla, the Mall of Manali has an entirely different character from the colonial flavour of the former. It is more of a busy commercial street with modern concrete blocks of hotels that spills over with tourists in the peak season. Most of the hotels overlooking the foaming Beas River, however, do offer pleasant views of the valley, green terraced fields and the surrounding orchards.

Manalsu Nala

To get a more authentic flavour of the area, take a half-hour walk from the Mall across the Manalsu Nala to reach the village of old Manali. Also known as Manaligarh, the village has a ruined fort and a cluster of houses built in the Pahari style - with heavy stone roofs and wooden balconies projecting out of the first floor. According to popular belief, it is here that Manu, the lawmaker lived around the 2nd century BC. His treatise, the 'Manusmriti' is the foundations of Hindu law and of the rigid caste system based on varna or profession. Considered one of the most orthodox Hindu texts with strict role definitions based on gender and class, the Manusmriti continues to be followed by many devout Hindus even today. In the centre of the village is the Manu Maharishi temple, a relatively new shrine dedicated to Manu. The village itself is an idyllic break from the rush of main Manali, surrounded by terraced maize fields and apple orchards. There are several guesthouses and cafes lining the path to the village.

Hadimba Devi Temple (1 km.)

Hadimba or Dhungiri temple in Manali is one of the most important temples in the region. This four-story wooden temple is located in the middle of a forest called the Dhungiri Van Vihar a 2 km walk from the Tourist office in Manali. Maharaja Bahadur Singh built the present wooden pagoda-like temple in 1553 after forest fires burned down earlier structures. Standing on a stone platform surrounded by old deodar trees, the three-tiered temple is crowned with pennants, brass bells and a trident. Carvings of animals, plants and folk deities adorn the temple while hunting trophies hang over its entrance.
Inside the shrine is the brass icon of the goddess, surprisingly tiny compared to the huge temple structure and the legendary prowess associated with her. The shrine is within a natural cave formation dominated by huge rock. A set of enlarged footprints on the rocks is believed to be of Hadimba, herself. In mid-July, the idol from old Manali is brought to this temple for a major festival. As part of the frenzied celebrations, several animals including a buffalo and a goat are sacrificed to the goddess. The blood falling on the stones is channelled to the mouth of goddess Hadimba. Not for the faint-hearted, this ancient ritual draws large crowds, along with some pickpockets who take advantage of the spellbound mobs.

Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa (2 km.)

This Gompa dominates the Tibetan area around the bottom of the Mall in Manali. The Tibetan refugees built the Gompa in the late 1960's. The Gompa is covered with brightly coloured frescoes and a mid-size Buddhist statue. It also carries a list of the martyrs killed in the occupation of Tibet from 1987 to 1989. Inside the brightly painted prayer hall is a statue of Shakyamuni (the form of Buddha). The monastery is maintained through donations and the sale of carpets woven by the lamas within the temple workshop. A smaller gompa near the market has a large gold-faced image of Buddha, which is best viewed from its first-floor verandah. Monks can be seen printing prayer flags on the open terrace.

Temple Of Manu (1 km.)

Slippery stones paths lead through the old village houses up to the temple of Manu. Manali is named after the sage Manu who meditated when he came in this area.

Tibetan Temple (2 km.)

Tibetans have a base in Manali too. There is a large modern Tibetan temple to the South of the bus stand and also a small handicrafts centre.

Old Manali (3 km.)

The old Manali area is located some 3-km from the present day Manali. The old Manali is covered with guesthouses, which look ancient now, and orchards where the livestock move at will.

Vashishta Hot Sulphur Springs (4.5 km.)

This small village near Manali is famous for its scenic beauty. The village has a temple dedicated to Lord Rama and Vashishta Muni. The village has some hot water springs, which are said to carry medicinal properties. It is a picturesque little place, 3-km out of Manali but on foot, the distance is a bit shorter.

Mountaineering Institute (6 km.)

The Mountaineering Institute located at Manali provides training facilities for basic and advanced climbing both for Indian nationals and foreigners. This institute also conducts other adventurous sports activities like high altitude trekking, minor mountaineering, rock-climbing, skiing, and high altitude rescue and relief courses. The institute has sufficient lodging and boarding arrangements and equipment can be hired for trekking purposes.

EXCURSIONS FROM MANALI

Rohtang Pass (50 km.)

Rohtang Pass is the highest point, 4,112m, on the Manali-Keylong road, 51-km from Manali town. It provides a wide panoramic view of mountains rising far above clouds, which is a sight truly breath-taking.

Arjun Gufa (5 km.)

On the left bank of the Beas, 5-km from Manali near the village of Prini is the 'Arjun Gufa' or the cave of Arjuna. In here Arjuna practised austerities to get Pashupata Ashtra or weapon from Lord Indra.

Beas Kund (50 km.)

It is the source of river Beas, at the Rohtang Pass and is easily accessible. The great sage, Vyas performed `Tapa' here during the Mahabharat times. The place is still allowed by the celestial light. It was because of this that the river got the present name of Beas.

Jagatsukh Temple (6 km.)

It is one of the biggest villages in Kullu district. About 6-km from Manali, Jagatsukh is famous for its Shiva temple that is built in "shikhara" style and nearby is the old and interesting Devi Sharvati temple.

Kothi (12 km.)

It is a pretty little village, 12-km from Manali on the Keylong road at the foot of Rohtang Pass. There are very fine views from Kothi, and the Beas River flows through a very deep and narrow gorge at this point. The well-situated Public Works Department (PWD) Resthouse is a popular place for overnight stays. Close to the rest house is an awe-inspiring gorge where Beas enters a chasm about 61m deep and just a few metres broad.

Solang Nullah (14 km.)

14-km northwest of Manali in the Solang Valley, this place offers Himachal Pradesh's best ski slopes. The Mountaineering and Allied Sports Institute operates a 300m high ski lift and the month of February is the best month to ski over here. HPTDC runs seven-day package for ski courses with accommodation in the Hotel Rohtang Manaslu in Manali. Courses are also offered by the Mountaineering and Allied Sports Institute and the North Face Ski School.

Rahalla Falls (16 km.)

About 16-km from Manali and 4-km away from Kothi, at the start of the climb to the Rohtang Pass, are the beautiful Rahalla Falls at an altitude of 2,501m.

Naggar (28 km.)

On the left bank of the Beas and about three hundred metres above the river, Naggar is delightfully situated on a wooded slope and commands an extensive view, especially of the north-west of the valley. It is an excellent place for a longer stay. Naggar was the capital of the Kullu Rajas for about 1,400 years. There are a large number of famous temples in and around Naggar. Artist Nicholas Roerich's art gallery is also worth a visit. Cars and jeeps can easily go up to the Naggar Castle, which is now Himachal Tourism's well-furnished Hotel Castle.

Manikaran (45 km.)

On the trekking route to Pulga and Pin Parvati pass, Manikaran is famous for its hot springs. Thousands of people take a dip in its hot waters. The water is so hot that dal (pulses); rice etc. can be boiled in it. It is also a well-known pilgrimage centre and there is an ancient Hindu temple and a gurudwara here. According to a legend, Manikaran is also associated with Lord Shiva and his divine consort, Parvati, who lost and recovered her earring here.

Bijli Mahadev Temple

The Bijli Mahadev temple one of the most striking temples is set on a spur and is famous for its 60 ft high staff, which periodically attracts lightning that shatters the Shivalinga. Each time this happens, it is pieced together by the temple priest.

Kasol

Situated on the banks of Parvati river, Kasol in the Parvati valley makes a good holiday destination. Charmingly located in an open space, which slopes down to a broad expanse of clear white sand at the edge of the river. The place is known for trout fishing.

Malana

28 km. up to Naggar by bus and then 20 km. on foot. A little ahead of the beautiful Chandrakhani pass lies the tiny village of Malana, famous for the temple of Jamlu and its distinct social and cultural life. Reputed to be the oldest democracy in the world in existence where all the inhabitants of the village take part in managing its affairs. An exciting place for trekking.

The Taj Mahal, Agra (INDIA)

Today we will talk about the history and some major facts of India’s Taj Mahal which is one of the 7 wonders of the world. Taj Mahal has also been declared as World Heritage by UNESCO which is why millions of travellers across the world visit to see this monument. When we talk about Taj Mahal, it is widely considered one of the most beautiful and romantic buildings in the world. We can say that Taj Mahal was built to honour the favourite wife of an emperor.

History of Taj Mahal

As far as the history of Taj Mahal is concerned it is a mausoleum of the Queen called "Mumtaz Mahal" named (Arjumand Bano Begum) which is splendidly created by King Called "Shah Jahan" ( 5th Emperor of the Mughal Dynasty) in her memory, who died in 1631. Like many of his predecessors, Shah Jahan married several wives over the course of his adult life. Although Shah Jahan spread his heart around, none of these ladies found quite the same favour as his third wife (but first love), Arjumand Banu Begum, more famously known as Mumtaz Mahal. Their union lasted 19 years and led to the birth of 14 children. Complications during the birth of the final child led to Mahal’s untimely passing at the age of 39. Shah Jahan was so stricken by the loss of his longtime companion that he decided to memorialize Mahal with a spectacular tomb. The construction of Taj Mahal started in 1631 A.D and It took 22 years to get complete and was completed in 1653 A.D. As per the google search the total built-in cost of Taj Mahal in 1631 was 32 million Indian rupees and cost estimate in 2015 would be 52.8 billion Indian rupees.

Construction and Foundation

Taj Mahal was constructed by architect Ustad Ahmad Called "Lahori" and his team member of 22000 workers including labours, painters, stone cutters, embroidery artists and many others musicians. The complete monument is entirely built with white marble brought from all over India and Asia. There were around 1000 elephants who handled the transportation of heavy building materials used during the two-decade construction of this hardcore project.

Architecture

The dimensions on which Taj Mahal situated is around 170000 sq. m complex; 57 m at the base; 68 m in height and raised platform height 6 m. The height of Taj Mahal is 73 metres, it may sound weird to you all but it is true that the Qutub Minar is smaller than the Taj Mahal. The Delhi’s monument Qutub Minar is 72.5 meters tall whereas the Taj Mahal is 73meters tall. The Four sides of Taj Mahal i.e 4 Minars were made perfectly identical to same height i.e 4o meters, creating an astonishingly mirrored image on each side, to give it all look same from all sides. Taj Mahal is surrounded by gardens, buildings, mosques, fountains, guest houses making up of total 17 hectares of land. Construction of the Taj Mahal started in the year 1632. Around 22,000 masons, stonecutters, calligraphers and artisans, from all over India and Central Asia were employed during the construction period of 22 years. The marble used for the building was sourced from various parts of India and around 1000 elements were employed for this purpose. A board of architects oversaw the design elements under imperial supervision. The main tomb took 10 years to build and other ancillary buildings took another 12 years to complete. Taj Mahal is part of an elaborate complex consisting of a decorative gateway, a beautifully designed garden, a wonderful water system and a mosque. The complex is situated on the southern banks of river Yamuna. The complex stretches in a south to north incline towards the river and is constructed in steps.

Calligraphy

The central focus of the complex is the Tomb structure. Made completely out of white marble, its beauty lies in the symmetry of its architecture. The structure is situated on a raised square plinth, also made of white marble, at a height of 50 m from the river level, at one end of the complex. The tomb itself is situated at the center of the plinth, framed by four equidistant minarets. The Taj Mahal is a square structure with sides measuring 55 m. The minarets are spread at a distance of 41.75 m from the tomb wall and have a height of 39.62 m. There is a bulbous central dome in the main building, 18.28 m in diameter and 73 m in height. The dome is elevated from the top of the building by a 7 m high cylindrical base. It is decorated at its top by lotus motif and ends in a gilded finial topped with the Islamic half-moon. The spherical and grand aspect of the central dome is emphasized by incorporation of smaller domes on both sides in the form of chhatris, also capped in gilded finials. Each minaret is divided into three equal segments by two balconies and has an octagonal base. The delicate curve of the dome is emphasized by the tapering structure and slightly angular placement of the minarets. The entrance to the main tomb is framed by a huge arched vault or Iwan which in turn is again framed by two similar but smaller arches on each side. These arches indicate stacked balconies along two different levels. This is called pishtaqs, which is replicated on all the eight edges of the building affording it another dimension of symmetry. The exteriors of the Taj are inlaid with intricate decorations. Generously inlaid with precious gemstones like opals, lapis lazuli and jade, the decorations offer stunning flashes of colour against a white background. Stucco and paintings cover the exterior walls along with calligraphy of verses from Quran or excerpts from poems in black marble. Murals of herringbone inlays and marble jaalis, mosaics of coloured stones in geometric patterns along with abstract tessellations cover the exterior floors and surfaces.

Interior of the Taj Mahal

The interior of Taj Mahal is dominated by a cavernous octagonal central chamber with eight smaller chambers radiating from it. The smaller chambers are levelled across two floors making a total of 16 such niches. The central chamber is the main funerary chamber housing the cenotaphs of Mumtaz Mahal and Shah Jahan. The two ornate marble cenotaphs are enclosed within a marble screen and face the south. The actual sarcophagi are housed below the tomb is a relatively simple crypt. Although Islam prohibits elaborate decoration of tombs, Shah Jahan flamboyantly overlooked the dictate and commissioned opulent detailing of the interior surfaces. Inlays of Pietra dura and lapidary adorn the floors and works on the walls and floors. Copious amounts of gemstones were used for the design along with coloured stones. Highly polished surfaces reflect the light filtered through marble latticework in the windows and arches. Calligraphic inscriptions of the 99 names of God is carved on the tombs itself and on Shah Jahan’s tomb an addition passage has been inscribed in impeccable calligraphy reading "He travelled from this world to the banquet-hall of Eternity on the night of the twenty-sixth of the month of Rajab, in the year 1076 Hijri.

The breathtaking calligraphy written on the main gate is actually the 99 names of Allah and countless beautifully printed lines of Muslim scripture line the walls of the Taj Mahal, each of which was transcribed from the Quran under the supervision of head calligrapher Abd-al Haqq, known professionally as Amanat Khan Shirazi. Abd-al Haqq also received attribution for his calligraphy, an exceptionally rare opportunity for the era.

Historic Monuments inside Taj Mahal

The Garden (Mughal Garden) at the Taj Mahal

The garden is an intricate part of Mughal mausoleums and is commonly known as Charbagh. Raised red sandstone pathways divide the Mughal garden into four segments which are in turn fractioned into 16 symmetrical sections. A raised square marble pool is situated midway between the Taj Mahal and the Entrance. The Hawd al-Kawthar or Tank of Abundance positioned on the north-south axis offer a beautiful reflection of the Taj in all its glory. Various fruit-bearing trees and Cyprus trees symbolizing life and death respectively are arranged in symmetrical equidistant patterns along the raised central pathway. The garden is designed in such a way that it offers unhindered view of the Taj from any random point.

Other Buildings in the Taj Complex

Every element of the Taj complex was designed to uphold the majesty and beauty of the Taj Mahal. The main entrance gateway or Darwaza-e-Rauza is constructed with red sandstone and is designed in such a way that standing outside the archway one cannot see the Taj, but upon entering it manifests offering a breathtaking effect.

The mosque on the western side of the Taj Mahal and the Nakkar Khana or guest house on the eastern side are made with red sandstone. They are mirror images of each other in design, which in Mughal architectural terms is called Jawab, and enhance the symmetry of the Taj along with emphasizing the translucent beauty of the white marble structure.

Taj Mahal - Myths & Legends

Several myths surround the Taj Mahal. The most widespread of them is that after completion of construction, Shah Jahan ordered the thumbs of the architects and workers to be cut of so that they cannot reproduce the work they did for him. however, this does not have any historical evidence. There is also the myth of Shah Jahan commissioning a Black Taj Mahal but was unable to finish it since his rule was overthrown by his son Aurangzeb. Some historians believe that the ruins excavated in the Mehtab Bagh, situated on the opposite bank of river Yamuna, are the incomplete remains of the structure owing to its similarity with Taj Mahal’s symmetrical architecture. An Indian writer, P. N. Oak claimed that the Taj Mahal was built on the site of a Shiv Temple called Tejo Mahalaya that was originally built by a Hindu king Parmar Dev. However, this claim was dismissed by the Supreme Court of India despite petitions for excavations. Last eight years of Shah Jahan was spent in confinement in the Shah Burj of the Agra Fort. It is said that he spent his days gazing towards the Taj Mahal from a small jharokha in his cell and remembering his beloved Mumtaz Mahal.

The Sagrada Familia is a large Roman Catholic church in Barcelona, and one of Spain’s most visited tourist attractions. It’s a design by Antoni Gaudí, a Catalan architect who worked on this project for almost 40 years until his death in 1926. The Aqueduct of Segovia is one of the best-preserved monuments left by the Romans in Spain. The ancient aqueduct carries water 16 km (10 miles) from the Frío River to Segovia and was built of some 24,000 massive granite blocks without the use of mortar. Probably constructed around 50 AD it still provided water to the city in the 20th century.

8. La Concha

Protected from strong winds by steep cliffs and islands, La Concha in San Sebastian is said by many to be one of the best city beaches in Europe, let alone Spain. Here you can go surfing, walk along the promenade in search of good restaurants and enjoy the beautiful views of the beach.

9. Running of the Bulls

Pamplona is a city in Navarra, famous for its San Fermín festival held each year from July 6th – 14th. At the heart of the festival is El Encierro, the Running of the Bulls, an activity that involves running in front of a dozen bulls that have been let loose, on a course of the town’s streets.

The Palacio Real (Royal Palace) of Madrid is the official residence of the King of Spain although it is only used for state ceremonies. The Royal Palace was built between 1738 to 1755 and King Carlos III took up residence in the palace in 1764.

The measurements have changed slightly, however, so accessories from the predecessor might not fit. There are two colour options: Slate Gray, which has a slightly purple tinge, and Midnight Black. The case feels very nice and of good quality. Its back is made of aircraft aluminium. This looks great but is prone to fingerprints. The case is very stable and resists pressure and warping. It is not water or dust proof, however, which is a standard among most current flagship phones.

The battery cannot be removed and neither can the case be opened. The exchangeable Style Covers of the first generations have been gone for quite a while already.

There are two versions of the OnePlus 5: Our test unit (in Slate Gray) has 64 GB of storage and 6 GB of RAM, while the Midnight Black version has 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. Neither version has a microSD slot, but both offer two SIM card slots.

The only additional app that OnePlus has installed is its own Community App. Apart from that, only the gallery and camera app has been exchanged. If you love clean Android phones, you will be very happy with this. A small extra: if you swipe right on the home screen, you will get to a configurable page with the most frequently used apps, contacts and further information.

There are various other features, such as a Pocket Mode, which prevents accidental operation when the light sensor is covered. The device also has a special Gaming Mode, which turns off notifications etc. The interface can be customized as well, for example, the status bar and home screen. A great advantage is that the system reboots really quickly after a restart.

The OnePlus 5's Wi-Fi capabilities look good: it supports 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac and can also communicate via the less-used 5.0-GHz network. It has a very fast reception - the fastest of all comparison devices. Only the Galaxy S8 is a little faster at sending; all other devices fall behind again. The OnePlus 5 had very good reception near the router and web pages were loaded quickly. At a distance of ten meters (~33 feet) and through three walls, a reception was at 50%, but pages still loaded very quickly.

The telephone app is Google's standard application but looks more elegant thanks to the dark interface. It works very well and can be used intuitively. The app supports all necessary functions.

Concerning voice quality, we noticed that both the earpiece and the speakers can be turned up very loud if necessary. This can be helpful in loud surroundings. We also liked the fact that even at maximum volume, the sound quality remained good without any droning or other noises. The microphone is sensitive so that our contact could hear us clearly even when we spoke quietly or via the speakerphone.

OnePlus has particularly emphasized the dual camera on the back of its new smartphone. It consists of the Sony IMX398 sensor, which was already used in the OnePlus 3T and works as a wide-angle lens, and Sony's IMX 350 with a higher resolution of 20 MP, that works as a telephoto lens. The two lenses work together to offer 1.6x optical zoom and portrait photos with a blurry background effect. The camera has no optical image stabilizer.

The display of the OnePlus 5 has many other qualities: it is an AMOLED display and the organic diodes can be turned on and off individually and do not need any background lighting. This means the screen can display complete blackness; it also supports many colour spaces. A special feature of the OnePlus 5 is that apart from manually calibrating the white balance or optimum values for sRGB, you can also calibrate the optimum for the DCI P3 colour space. This colour space is the standard for digital film projection in the US and seems noticeably warmer than sRGB or AdobeRGB due to fewer greens and blues. You can also activate night mode, which reduces the blue light on the screen and is supposed to help you sleep better. This mode was very comfortable to use.

The OnePlus 5 is a very fast smartphone. It is equipped with the current top SoC from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835, with a maximum clock rate of 2.45 GHz and 6 - 8 GB of RAM. This can be seen from the benchmarks in which the device often made it right to the top.

The OnePlus 5 does a good job of gaming thanks to its fast SoC: We managed a constant 30 frames per second in Asphalt 8 and 60 frames in Dead Trigger 2. Less demanding games such as Angry Birds run smoothly and without any problems. It is important that the graphics unit supports many graphics interfaces and is prepared for future developments in the coming years. Controlling via touchscreen and position sensor works very well.

The battery is equipped with 3300 mAh or 12.5 Wh, which is average among its competitors. The device's predecessor, the OnePlus 3T, had 100 mAh more, which can be seen from the battery runtimes that are about 8% longer than those of the OnePlus 5. Overall, we must say that the OnePlus 5 cannot always keep up with the other high-end devices concerning battery runtime. You can surf the web with it for 8:39 hours until it switches off. This should be enough for a full day of normal use.

The OnePlus 5 is a comparatively cheap smartphone with flagship qualities that did slip up a little regarding image quality of the camera but is very convincing in other areas: performance, screen, case and voice quality are all great.

Today I am writing this blog to share my views on the new release and trending gadget called “The New HP 15q-BU004TU 2017 15.6-inch Laptop 2017” This laptop has a display for your daily needs and will give you a glare comfort to your eyes. It is powered by the processor, coupled with 4 GB of RAM and has 1 TB HDD storage at this price point. When I talk about the graphics card this notebook has a graphics card to manage the graphical functions. To keep it alive, it has a battery and weighs.

DISPLAY

The display here is 720p. It’s just 1366 X 768 which should be enough for regular users. Anyway, it works fine and looks very good but it's significantly cheaper than higher rated laptops. Also, it is antiglare so you will not feel any reflection. Even with the lower resolution, it has a bright and colorful, without any edge related bright spots (in darker modes) or dead pixel. The screen backing and hinge feel solid and well built.

GAMING

It comes with HD 620 GPU which don't have Integrated memory, it rather utilizes the RAM memory. It is still capable of running games like FIFA 15, DOTA 2, CS GO, CALL OF DUTY MODERN WARFARE and much more if you reduce the graphics settings.

PERFORMANCE

Although this is a budget laptop, it does not stick out in performance. I mean for a normal day to day tasks such as web surfing, video playback, on demand videos, and word processing this is quite enough for many. It has the latest i3 processor (6006u and not 6100(better)) which can guarantee better performance than most in this price bracket. It’s surely capable of handling day to day tasks with ease. Also some occasional gaming. If you are a pro with video editing and stuff then I would recommend getting something with i5 or i7.

For the price point, you can expect a fraction of a second of delay when programs open but trust me when I say this processor really chugs. Sometimes sending a video into full-screen results in an ugly snap but this thing NEVER gets bogged down by programs. Operating system feels snappy. The 4GB RAM is DDR4 and it really shows: you can have a TON of things open and it continues at the same "cruising" pace (I wouldn't call it "blazing" though).

SPEAKERS

Speakers offer output that's quite accurate and loud enough to fill a medium-sized room. But still Not very loud. It’s just OK for the price. Clarity is good.They sound similar to just about any model on the market, no major issues. You can always buy a Bluetooth speaker for better and louder audio.

BATTERY

It comes with a 4 cell battery and as expected the battery backup is quite average. You can expect a backup of just 4-5hrs.If you are gaming them expect something less than a 2-3an hour. I Also own another laptop ,the dell 3558 which offered around 6+ hrs of battery life but that one comes with 5th gen i3 and ddr3 memory.

RAM

1x4GB DDR4 is fit in this model Although, for everyday computing 4GB is plentiful. With 4GB this laptop absolutely flies and never gets bogged down when I have tons of chrome windows, power points, emails, and study guides open all at once. Boot time is just a few seconds. Anyway nowadays people prefer 8GB .but you don’t need to worry you can expand it anytime you want.

CONCLUSION

As of today, this is the best laptop for the price capped. You can use at college, home or for business. As said, it's not meant for gaming, but still you can play games.
