I just break the limit of $10. At long Last. I visited google.com/adsense but found out the my payment is on hold.

To fix this we should edit the payment settings needed for Google to properly pay us. I just click details and it will redirect us to a page for the settings needed.

On this page you will notice that I need to enter the Pin andSubmit tax information. For tax information there no much of needed information since I'm outside the US and don't have any personnel or equipment in US so everything is fine. For PIN I have to wait for 3-5 days before they mail arrived.

Also I also configured how I will received the payment. The best for me is thru western Union.

I found a great site where in they provide visual studio theme. Developing for several years I came across into delphi's environment for editor, wherein you can choose twilight. Some users don't like the theme but i found it refreshing. This made me realize if such theming is available for Visual Studio. With One hit i found what I'm looking for.

I Google "visual studio theme". and viola results are there... another reason why learning nowadays is very fast.

ClearType in Windows 7 for Better Screen Readability

What is ClearType?

ClearType is a font smoothing technology introduced with Windows XP. It is designed to smooth the fonts on your screen with subpixel rendering to look great on LCD screens. Fonts can easily look jagged and pixelated on LCD screens since they have fixed pixels; this was not a problem with CRT screens, as do not have fixed pixels. While ClearType was turned off by default in XP, it is now enabled by default in Windows 7 since the majority of computers purchased within the last 5 years came with LCD monitors.

ClearType uses multiple color shading on text to make it look more readable, whereas traditional text rendering only shows only black pixels which can appear jagged on your screen. So, at 500% magnification, standard text rendering looks like this:

When you enable ClearType, it will look like this. Notice the color shading around the characters; this gives the fonts a much smoother look on LCD screens.

As you can see below, the ClearType looks much nicer at normal zoom levels, but you do lose some of the clarity of your text for the nicer rendering. Again, remember: ClearType is designed for LCD screens, so if you’re still using an older CRT monitor you will likely get best results from turning ClearType off.

Turn ClearType On or Off

The easiest way to tweak ClearType in Windows 7 is to simply enter ClearType in your Start Menu search, and select Adjust ClearType text from the results.

Alternately, right-click on the desktop, select Personalize, and then click Display in the bottom left corner of the dialog.

Now click the Adjust ClearType text link on the top left corner.

This will open a wizard that will let you activate or disactivate ClearType.

ClearType should be turned on by default, but if not, you can check the box to preview what your text will look like with ClearType enabled.

Alternately, you can uncheck the box to see what text will look like on your screen with ClearType turned off. Typically, text will look much worse on LCD screens with ClearType turned off, but some may perfer how the text looks without ClearType.

Tweak ClearType in Windows 7

The ClearType dialog can also tweak your ClearType settings. After choosing to enable ClearType, click Next at the bottom of the dialog. Windows will check to make sure your primary monitor is set to its native resolution; if it isn’t, you’ll need to change this first.

Now you’ll be asked to select the text that looks the nicest to you from the available options. The highlighted selection is your current font settings, but choose the one that looks best. You’ll go through 4 sets of options, so just use your best judgment and pick the one that feels right to you.

Once you’re finished, click Apply to save and activate your new font smoothing settings. If everything looks wrong to you afterwards, just re-run the ClearType Text Tuner as above and select different settings.

Do note that some apps, such as Firefox 4 and Safari for Windows, use their own font smoothing. If you still think your fonts look odd in some applications, check that program’s individual settings to see if it does its own font smoothing.

Forced evacuation on Residents of Marikina underway

MANILA, Philippines (5th UPDATE) - The local government of Marikina began implementing the mandatory evacuation of residents near the Marikina River on Friday after its water level rose past dangerous levels.

Residents in barangays Tumana and Malanday started evacuating Friday morning after the river's water level rose to 16.1 meters.

Officials blamed the rapid rise of the river to objects blocking its flow downstream.

More than 6,000 people are now in evacuation centers, local officials said.

Marikina Mayor Del De Guzman expects more people to be brought to safety if the river continues to rise.

The river's water level has reached 18.7 meters as of 11:30 p.m. Friday, according to ABS-CBN's Jenny Reyes, quoting city disaster management officials.

Alert level 3 has already been hoisted on communities near the river.

Paul Edward Sison, chief of the Marikina Public Information Office, said the evacuation centers are the Nangka Elementary School, the Malanday Elementary School, the Concepcion Elementary School, Bulelak covered court, and the H. Bautista Elementary School.

"Ang Tanong High School ay kasalukuyang inihahanda na rin upang maging evacuation center ng mga residente ng Brgy. Tanong kung sakaling magpapatuloy ang pagtaas ng tubig sa Marikina River na maaring magdulot ng pagbaha sa ibang lugar sa lungsod," Sison said in a press statement.

He said relief operations started Thursday night. These include distribution of food and medical aid.

"Kasalukuyan pa ring naka-alerto ang mga lokal na opisyal ng Marikina upang mapag-ibayo ang pagbabantay sa sitwasyon at makapagbigay ng gabay sa bumubuo ng Marikina City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council para sa monitoring, evacuation, relief operations para sa mga residente," Sison added.

He said people can call the city government's public information hotline 646-6451.

Marikina Vice-Mayor Jose Cadiz earlier said forced evacuation of all residents will be implemented once the river reaches 17 meters. He said evacuation procedures are going smoothly as residents are reminded of the effects of tropical storm "Ondoy" in 2009.

"The bad experience of Ondoy makes it easier for them to compel people. People are voluntarily leaving for fear of the flood," ABS-CBN correspondent Jorge Cariño said in an ANC report.

Marikina was one of the hardest-hit cities when Ondoy submerged Metro Manila and surrounding provinces under floodwaters on September 26, 2009. To resolve this go to the properties of the field you are comparing and choose the collation equal to the one you are comparing. In choosing the right collation for the database be careful since every time you create a table the collation of the database will always be the default collation of the tables you created.

Chopper is running around looking for Robin
Usopp finds him and Nami hugs Chopper in joy.
Chopper tells her he's glad to see them, but Robin is in trouble.
The three get on a Sabaody bike, and Nami tells Chopper that Robin is fake.
Nami says becuse our captain's become famous, this kind of stuff can't be helped, it happens.

Fake Sanji and Fake Zoro are running around looking for Chopper, but they got tired and started walking.
Luffy approaches them.
Luffy says he should put on the fake stache afterall like Hancock said, since he's supposed to stay put.
Fake Sanji realizes this man is the "kid wearing cloak" his boss (Fake Luffy) said to look for.

Zoro says he wants to go to the coast to fish.
Sanji tells him hell no, shit-head.
The usual argument starts
Sanji tells him everyone's getting together, so just shut up and come with me to the ship!
Zoro tells him he was the 7th person to get there, how dare he orders around the first.
Sanji argues back why in the hell are you ranking people in the order they came!? Just because you were miraculously the first, don't get cocky!

Fake Luffy's crew are gathering here. Lots of new pirate faces.
Fake Luffy: The reason why I gathered you all here is because some shmuck insulted me!! The perpetrators are somewhere on this archpelago!! Bring them in front of me!!
Fake Zoro, Fake Sanji, and Luffy arrives at the scene.

Fake Sanji starts wondering if this man is a real Strawhat

Brook's live concert is in an encore. Marines arrive at the scene.
