ABSOLUTELY Adore these kids!!! The were little pro’s and for being 3 they did a SUPERB time during the whole shoot! How cute are they?

I had the pleasure of shooting their family photos while they were in town for a few days, they are good friends of our family. My Husband and the Dad used to work together and were travel companions on many “work” related trips. I think they had too much fun to really consider it work.  They are so much fun and we have many memories together, so glad I could capture their family and make some memories for them!

Southern California Winters, we can pretend that it was a crisp 60° but in actuality it was 86° and we were working up a sweat. Love the golden sunshine we had and I couldn’t pass up getting some sun flare. It’s just so hazy, pretty and golden,  he looks mighty good in it!!

Hello GORGEOUS Mom, love the backlighting on them. Gorgeous Mom & Son + Golden Hour of Sun + Beautiful Backlight= So Sweet and I think I need to have this blown up for my Sample Collection.

I have had the pleasure of capturing this family since Dylan was in Mommy’s belly, she is not only a great friend, a great hair stylist (she does my hair) but she is also family ! I love her family and they really are such a good looking family.

Doesn’t he just have gorgeous eyes!!

It was so much shooting with you guys and I can’t wait until we do it again!

He was teething and if you have kids you know those are not the funnest of times. We made it work because as long as he was being held he was a happy camper, he just did not want to be down on his own…..well that is until we came to a place where he could take off running and explore, then he was fine.

These were some fun and tender moments between him and his parents. You can tell he is the love of their life.

Free at last, he was able to run around and explore, he had a blast doing so.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to be part of this event that will take place around the world on December 10th. I will be participating in one of the 3 locations that we will be doing in Orange County, Ca. Here is a video that will give you a glimpse into what it is all about.

This was created by a photographer I admire and someone who is constantly using photography to bring a voice to people, the talented Jeremy Cowart. After the massive and devastating earthquake in Haiti he got tired of watching the news and flew out there to document and talk to the people about the experience, check out his gallery of photo’s by clicking here and tell me if you are not inspired or moved by it.

I know that I will walk away with much more than I am giving and if I can make a small difference to someone else than I am happy to do so. Everyone has a story to tell and I can’t wait to just listen.

My name is Brittany.

I am a single mother of 2 wonderful children. I come from a broken home. The last time I had my picture taken was when I was 10 years old and I believe it was just a school photo. I had my children young in a marriage that was not healthy and it eventually fell apart. I turned to alcohol and my life came crashing down all around me. I ended this program and have now found my way back to my Savior. It means so much to me that you all would take time out of your busy schedules to come bring some happiness and joy to us girls who’ve felt less than pretty for a very long time. Thank you. Also my brother is in the men’s program and because of you all letting me and my brother get our pic taken together was a very special thing ’cause he’s 27 and I’m 26. The last time we took a photo together was when we were 6 and 7. That was over 20 years ago! Thank you for your kindness and the hope you’ve brought me that there are still people who care! Thank you.

 Love this family, I have been photographing them every three months since Momma was pregnant with this little fella and now they have baby boy #2 on the way. Squeal….can’t wait to meet the new little guy!!  They are also my dear friends from high school and they are high school sweethearts! I have known them for so long and I am so lucky that I get to watch their family grow.

This is one from his newborn session, he is a big boy now and will soon be a BIG BROTHER!! I about melted when he showed up in his button down Quiksilver shirt, Joe’s Jeans & Tom’s boots. He is such a stylish little guy and he was putting some moves on my daughter who was there assisting me. He is a little flirt!!!

He was a wiggle worm as all one year olds are that would rather go explore….take pictures…yeah right! They want to take off running, he decided to play with Mom and get her nose

He wanted to steal a kiss so he planted one right on his Momma!!

I can’t wait to meet the newest addition to the family.

How GORGEOUS is this family and the golden light? I love this family and have been able to capture them for over a year now, Mommy had a bun in the oven when we started capturing them and now her little bun is over a year old now.

Little man just adores his big brother, it was cute because big brother would try and make his little brother smile and laugh. You can tell that little guy wants to be like his big brother and do what the big boys do.

The two that fell in love & created this beautiful family.

Thank You for letting me capture your family once again, I love being able to watch the kids grow up.
