Post Bhakti Fest: In Supreme Being

My auspicious dream:
I am Arjuna.
I am watching a deer and and a mongoose in a frenetic chase. They chase round and round and round, exhausted, unceasing.

I say to Krishna, "When will they stop?"
He says "Never. They will chase until they die."

I bow, on my knees in prayer.
Krishna says "So, do you want to enter the chase? Or do you want to stay with me?"
"I definitely want to stay with you", I say.
"Then embed yourself in my lining", he says.
And I do.

I awaken feeling both shaken and gifted by this mighty dream. I understand that like an embryo, my thriving soul life depends on embedding in the womb of God, in the heart of Supreme Being. My growth, my dwelling place here is my priority. This is the only posture through which I can enter the marketplace without a chase to the death.

Any other intuitive hits on my dream? I love to hear them.

After a really juicy couple of decades, full of love, goodness and success, I committed to up the ante and take my living to a new level. I commited to live for the soul, to make the God of my heart driver rather than adviser/copilot. The last year has blown the roof off the last 40. I am talking about deep soul fulfillment, communion with supreme being. Not everyone wants that. And, if you do, it is always available.

Don’t believe a word I say... You know what is real in your heart. Please don’t settle for less.

Ever wonder what your dreams are trying to tell you?

I offer you this one love nugget, right from my dream journal...

I am talking with friends about psychiatry and psychotherapy. We agree that what people need for realignment and access to magic is both neurological support and loving human and Earth contact. We receive the following download from the Universe:

Rewiring and erasing trauma…with tapping and other similar modalities are great…though all healing can be naturally addressed by inviting a direct communion to Source.

To cultivate relationship with the Source of life itself:

Address and resolve isolation and shame as diseased states
Embrace life, as it is, as the greatest teacher
Encourage optimal aliveness
Exchange loving touch and affection
Rest in basic trust of life
Be in ongoing contact with Nature
Integrate Movement and Vocal vibration
Experience freedom from Shame
Be Witnessed and called out on the Soul level

I wrote this dream down weeks ago, at sunrise and just came across it today. Somehow, it was exactly the message I needed to hear. I feel grateful for the generosity of the Universe.

This one goes out to all of you (who like me) tend towards over commitment, have active, juicy lives, are saturated with creative passions, and have others who depend on your responsible care taking. How do you get to what matters most every day?

As one whose life is driven through the intuitive realms, I offer you:
5 tips for Managing Time Intuitively:

Your #1 Goal. Every day, have the goal, intention and prayer that you will be divinely guided by your inner knowing to exactly that which you most need to tend to, touch and accomplish.

Prioritize for Integration. Your schedule/agenda for each day should include feeding your soul and integrating the needs of all (or most) parts of your vast being.

Surrender. Tweaking, adjusting and flowing with change as the truth of the moment arises, allows Divine Intelligence to drive.

Cultivate the ability to LISTEN. Train yourself, with constant redirection, to feel and listen to the truth when it arises as a felt sense in your body and/or environment (even if it means redirecting your plans beyond your neatly organized "To Do" list).

Turn In rather than Trip Out. If your time and energy feel crunched, focus on listening for inner guidance instead of falling into, reactivity, control or overwhelm.

When the day is done, you might not get to everything, though you'll get to what really matters. When you move with divine intelligence, empowered actions create real connection, breeding love and spacious time that truly satisfy the soul.

ALIGN: Offer yourself up to the power that animates life.
BE CLEAR: Clarity gives a clear channel in which energy can flow. Let your heart want what it wants. Be specific. Feel it as already so.
BE HUMBLE: We are wired to make manifest the glory of God within us. True humility includes going BIG, yet knowing The Big U(niverse) is driving (not the little you). Bow to this mystery and let it drive.
TAKE ACTION: We each know the "right" efforts, empowered actions, practices and steps that are prerequisites toward bringing a dream into fruition. Join the dance.

5 Gifts of the Flu-A One Love Nugget

After 2 days of feeling quite miserable , I finally surrendered to the obvious: I had a flu bug and no amount of simply slowing down my mega tasking and keeping a bright attitude (I was not sick! Just a little under the weather!) was going to keep it from flattening me. I got flattened.

Here's what I also got:

Healing sleep, dreaming and integration time to digest big changes in my life.
Much needed practice in asking for help and being nurtured.
An opportunity to Stop, Drop and Flop ,allowing deeper waves of emotion to flow. I wept till I laughed. Coming undone felt so liberating.
A phat piece of humble pie. Vulnerability, like connectio n are queen!
A huge dose of gratitude and awe for hubs & daughter and their devotional, sweet love.

The Universe is generous. I am a believer...we always get what we most need.

Flash Mob Christmas Caroling

On December 23rd, a One Love Alliance multi-generational mob of merriment filled the streets of downtown Tucson with love and cheer. Channel 4 came along for the ride and ran a clip on Christmas Day.

Thanks to everyone who turned out, with smiles ,open hearts, playfulness and even with bells on! I loved the spontaneous spirit, surprised looks on faces of unsuspecting public spectators and the ripple of joy that moved through us all!

Community celebration. What the world needs now is love, sweet love. Sing it in the streets, sing it from the mountaintops!

This One Love Nugget dropped in during savasana after an auspiciously intense class with dear teacher, Mira (check out her site), at my all time fave yoga studio, Yoga Oasis (check them out too!)

Have you ever felt immense gratitude for feeling held right in the palm of grace, as if cupped gently by the Universe itself? Then life hiccups and suddenly, a drop down, far from the sanctuary of the divine embrace.

Today, I realized we are the yoyo, and the Divine is playing with us. Fall after fall, we are headed right back into the Source. Falling down and reeling back again and again. Humbling. Free Falling. And yet we are held, all along.

We are the golden thread of life...the current of Grace itself.

I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. So I did both.

Why Tolerate? Surrender. A One Love Nugget

This nugget dropped in on my desert run this morning.

Feel the difference between what you accept and what you tolerate. Where have you surrendered and where have you resigned?

I can accept that which I cannot change and surrender to my Source. I might even say "Dear Universe, I surrender. Please support me in experiencing a shift."
Or
I can tolerate that which I am too scared, or too conditioned (habituated), too rebellious (cynical) or too multidimensionally lazy to change.

In toleration and resignation, my heart tightens. I suffer.
In acceptance and surrender, I soften. My heart melts open, even through pain, even through challenging circumstances.

Feel the difference. What do you choose?

When: Dec 23, 6pm -Quick rehearsal begins at 5:45 pm.

We will run our 4 songs a few times through and promptly walk to 4th Ave at 6pm. Be on time. Get ready for some fun, merriment and cheer...we had a blast last year and so did our unsuspecting public audiences!

Our Thanks-N-Giving Community Service Events were a heart warming, powerful experience. Offering a hand, positive energy and loving presence at Casa Maria Soup Kitchen was a gift to all those who gave and received! My thanks to everyone who came out, volunteered time and made generous donations of clothing and household items. It was an extremely sobering reality to see how many homeless and impoverished people there are in our pueblo. The devoted employees and volunteers at Casa Maria are there 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year feeding and caring for our city’s people. I love that there is no paperwork or red tape required to volunteer time, or to show up, get fed, and receive support. Casa Maria is simply about feeding and loving humanity, one mouth and one heart at a time. If you are local, please consider volunteering once a week, or once a month. And wherever you live, consider who is in need around you. Love globally, serve locally! May all beings everywhere be fed, nourished and loved!
