2. Craft an attention getting headline.
- “The headline is your chance to capture the

piece.”

3. Your ad is not a sales page.

selling your readers a particular product. People would

4. Make your ad concise.

Go straight to the point.”

5. Enumerate the benefits.

- “This should be the focus of your ad. What's in it
for them? Why should they choose your business?
Why should they spend their hard earned money for
what you are offering, and what you will offer in the
future?”

6. Impress upon them a sense of urgency.

- “This would be what people label as a call to action.
Tell them why they should act as quickly as they could.
For this purpose, you could afford them a discount or
free bonuses if they would decide to buy your goods
within a stated period of time.”

These guidelines would assure that you will be investing
on a solo ad that would be worthy of the money your
will spend.

Going 100% Internet Network Marketing

I am ready to take 100% of my network marketing business to the
World Wide Web and never look back to the "3 Foot rule", weekly
hotel meetings, putting out signs all over town, passing out
flyers at the Wal-Mart parking lot, or make another cold call
ever again. I am ready to put all of my recruiting in semi-
autimatic mode.

I have learned as much as I can about internet network
marketing as I would like without taking the plunge. I know I
have had above average results doing "old school" network
marketing, but only a couple of people on my team have been able
to duplicate what I did. So I have been looking for a system
that will work no matter who you are. It will take 95% of the
selling and explaining out of your hands. The rest of what it
takes to be successful can be learned easily and quickly.

Today, however I am starting from scratch. I want to show that
with just a $300 monthly advertising budget you can start
building your online empire.

Internet network Marketing is has been proven to work for some
key players, but can it work for the "average joe". I felt the
average person that has any chance at making it in network
marketing has to be able to spend some money on marketing, and I
know when I first started I was able to spend around $300 a
month on generic leads. Those types of leads for the most part
did not work, did they not materialize into sign ups - most of
the people I contacted were not even looking for a business
opportunity... they were looking for jobs.

How To Build Your Mailing List As Quickly As Possible

You've heard many veteran internet marketers and established
gurus preach these very words time and time again, and for
good reasons at that. It has been established as a fact
that most of your sales would come after the 4th to the 8th
contact. But before you could ensure that you'll be able to
keep in touch with your prospects for such number of times,
you'd have to capture their contact details first.

This is accomplished through an opt-in list. An opt-in
list, basically, is a system that would allow you to capture
the contact details of your visitors. The way it works is
that your visitors would be presented the choice to leave
their contact details (usually their email addresses) so
that you could follow up on them later on. This is the
reason why an opt-in list is also called as a follow-up
system.

An opt-in list is essential for your online business.

For starters, as we have discussed in the statistics above,
most of your sales won't come after the first contact. Your
prospects should be given time to warm up to your offer.
You'd have to contact them again, and again, and again, to
assure them of your credibility and to make them believe
that your offer would be truly beneficial for their needs.

Also, they may not be interested with your current offer,
but this shouldn't be taken to mean that they won't be
interested with what you could come up with in the future.
An opt-in list would allow you to contact them for the
future deals you will bring to the table.

There is no doubt that a follow-up system, or a mailing
list, or an opt-in list, whatever you want to call it, would
be very important for your success in the online field.

But the question is: how do you build the same?

I will not sugarcoat any answers. A lot of internet
marketers are struggling to acquire subscribers for their
mailing lists. They may have been in the business for a
couple of years already, yet their mailing lists are
composed of only a dozen or so subscribers.

If we are to peg an average, the conversion rate of your
mailing list would hover around the range of 1% to 3.5%.
Hence, the success of your mailing list would greatly depend
on the number of users who would decide to subscribe to the
same. If you only have 10, 15 or 20 subscribers, you won't
be able to make the most out of this system.

So again, how do you build your mailing list? How will you
be able to acquire thousands upon thousands of subscribers
at the soonest possible time?

There is only one answer to give. It's not even a secret,
as it is quite simple.

Incentive.

Your visitors should be given a reason to sign up with your
mailing list. You cannot just expect them to leave their
email addresses without receiving anything in return, right?
If you were in their shoes, would you even bother to give
out your contact details without deriving something from it?

The mistake that most internet marketers make is that they
expect people to sign up by simply promising future updates.
This isn't enough incentive. People need something more
than that, something valuable, something that is very much
worth their time. If you will be able to give them such in
exchange for their subscription, you'd be able to boost your
number of subscribers really fast.

Here are some incentives that are guaranteed to work:

" Ezines or newsletters. Information is always a valuable
commodity in the World Wide Web. If you could commit to
create and deliver a regular eZine or newsletter for them,
you'd be able to win their subscription and eventually their
trust. Just make sure that your eZine or newsletter would
be of premium quality.

" Freebies. Who would say no to something that is offered
for free, right? It may be an eBook, a special report, a
PLR product, a software program or another kind of digital
item which your prospects could download in exchange for
their subscription.

" Contests. You could offer a valuable digital product as a
prize for a random drawing, with your prospects'
subscriptions serving as their raffle entries.

Any of the suggestions above are sure to make your prospects
take notice. And as such, you'd have greater chances of
bagging their subscription and building your mailing list to
enormously profitable levels.

1. Believing that people would just click on their links.
Though an internet network marketer's job is merely limited

directories have high page ranks. We're talking about PR4,

give a significant boost to your own pages' search engine

All seems rosy with article marketing, but as with
everything else, there are doubts as to its real nature.

1. If I will submit the same article to many article
directories, won't it violate a search engine's policy
against duplicate content?

really, is with regards to the credibility of their

No! Since the search engines would assume that the higher
ranking websites are the originators of the content, your

could possibly lead to the de-indexing of your website. You
wouldn't want this to happen.

3. Could I submit as many articles as I could to as many
article directories as possible?

Yes, you could! In fact, this is very much advised, to
build up your link popularity and secure for your website a
great page rank.

However, please bear in mind that search engines, and Google
in particular, become quite wary about a website that
suddenly experiences a great increase in the number of its
back links. It is advised that before you submit another
article to the article directories, you have to wait for at
least 3 weeks after your last submission.

4. My page views are quite low. Does article marketing
really work?

Yes, article marketing does work! If your article's page
views remain in low levels, ask yourself the following:

a. Is the subject of your article interesting enough? Does
it cater to a wide audience?

b. Is your title enticing enough to merit a reading of your
entire work?

c. Is your article informative enough to merit
recommendation?

d. Is your article readable enough to give your audience an
easy time in digesting the information you want to share?

These are the factors that contribute to low page views.
Doing some necessary editing to correct these problems can
dramatically increase the number of times your article would
be viewed. Additionally, some article directories really
attract a few visitors. But the popular ones like
www.ezinearticles.com , www.goarticles.com and
www.isnare.com should give you hundreds of readers in a
month's time.

5. How sure am I that my article would be kept intact by
people who would use it in their own websites or eZines?

You can never be sure. This is why you have to run your own
check from time to time. Search for unique phrases in your
article, and click on the results. Determine if the
webmaster honored your resource box. If he did not, you
could ask him to include the same, or you could file a
complaint with the article directory so that they themselves
could act on the matter. Vigilance is the key.

"Why Do Most Network Marketers Fail?"

Network marketing is Simple, but doing the old way (i.e.
cold calling people) is NOT easy.

Don't kid yourself!

Let me explain my view of why network marketing is notorious
for having a 95% or higher failure rate..

Have you ever heard of Occam's razor?

It states that the simplest explanation for a phenomenon is
usually the best. We'll use this theory to explain why more
than 95% or more network marketers fail.

Ready?

Most network marketers fail because the marketing methods
that they are taught don't work 95% or more of the time.

So we're led to ask the next logical question, what are most
fledgling network marketers taught?

Well, I can only speak from my experience, but what I was
taught was to buy and cold call leads.

Now, I'm not going to say this doesn't work, but I will say
is that after six months of cold calling leads for 3 hours a
day with very little success this tactic doesn't work for
me.

Honestly, unless you're natural born confident sales leader
going into your network marketing career you'll probably
have these same results.

Don't get me wrong some people are very good at cold calling
leads, but most people aren't.

What happens to most people after they've spend thousands of
dollars on leads with very little success after months of
effort?

They run out of money. They get burned out and then . . .

They give up.

Another important factor contributing to why most network
marketers fail is the type of leads they buy.

Why does the type of leads network marketers use make a
difference?

Well . . .

Business opportunity leads, the leads most new network
marketers are told to use, are generic. These leads answer
an ad that just asks them if they want to be financially
free or make money from home or something like that.

Well . . . of course they do!

But that doesn't mean they want anything to do with YOUR
network marketing program.

When the average network marketer calls these generic
business opportunity leads the leads don't know anything
about the network marketer's business and for the most part
honestly don't care.

This leads to the fledgling network marketer hearing a lot
of "NOs".

Hearing NO all the time leads to quite a bit of self doubt,
both about the network marketer's own ability and the
validity of their association with their network marketing
company.

Negative feelings begin to harbor and as I said before
eventually the network marketer gives up, usually within 3-6
months.

The fledgling network marketer's perception of their
business goes from one of opportunity to one of complete
doubt and negativity.

Reality follows perception, so because the fledgling network
marketer believes both themselves and their business as
having little hope this becomes TRUE.

That's basically why 95% of network marketers fail if you
asked me.

time to tell you that network marketing doesn't work you
explain to them how misinformed they truly are.

Here is why Network Marketing will ALWAYS work:

Even in a strong economy people will ALWAYS need
supplemental income:

The truth is most people live pay check to pay check. They
aren't able to buy the nice things that they want for
themselves and their families. There is and will always be a
constant DEMAND for more money. Network marketing is a
simple, part time and low risk way for full time workers to
fill this need. To put it simply, as long as people need
money network marketing will ALWAYS be there to fill that
need.

People will ALWAYS want freedom from jobs they don't enjoy:

Despite what you may think, there are people out there that
truly don't enjoy their job. They go to work because they
have to and not because they want to. Network marketing
offers a promise of true financial freedom. The ability to
leave the 9 to 5 working world. This freedom will ALWAYS be
to tempting to pass up.

People will ALWAYS want more free time to do with as they
please:

that if they had a choice between more money and more time
off they would choose the time? People covet their free
time. Network marketing offers the promise of working from
home and making your own hours. Again, the opportunity to

Conclusion:

As long as people crave time, moeny and freedom network
marketing will ALWAYS exist.

The next time that someone tries to tell you that network
marketing doesn't work you know that they couldn't be more
wrong.

All you have to is ask your accuser 1 of 3 questions:

Do you want more money?
Do you want freedom from your job?
Do you want more time?

I guarantee they will answer yes to one of these questions.
When they do they will have proved exactly why network
marketing will always work!

Don't Forget Like Me!

You know in business we all make mistakes. We send out an email and forget to put in the link we want people to read, we update out website and forget to doulbe check that everything is OK before going to bed that night... only to find out the next morning the new video you put up is not working.

No big deal you have to get over it and appoligize and make up for it in some way to your clients and friends.

Well soemthing happen this weekend that I hope doesn't happen to you.

I went away for the weekend with the family to Palm Beach, FL.
We had a great time! :)

I was able to do some "recon" work for my travel business, and we had dinner at some fabulous restaurants. It rained a few times... but like they say in Florida..."If you don't like the weather... wait 30 minutes!". It would rain for a few minutes and then the sun comes out and you have a great rest of the day.

It was really beautiful, specially in the Palm Beach Gardens area. Lot of new shopping centers, malls, their own little "Dowtown" area with shops and restaurants, and of course the beach!

The only problem... I forgot to take pictures!

I started taking pictures of the room we stayed at but then I left the camera in my computer bag the rest of the weekend! Everytime I wanted to take a picture I could kick myself for forgetting it!

So that above is the only picture I have of the whole trip!

One of the best things you can do for your business is have documentation of the FUN you have! So make sure you take pictures of all the activities you do and make sure you share them.

I hope this never happens to you.

OLD SCHOOL MLM IS MAKING A COME BACK

You know by now that I usually speak about internet network

marketing. The idea doing things old school mlm is not even

appealing to me or most people.

But there are some trends that seam like we have come full

circle in network marketing.

Now, now don't go jumping off a bridge just yet!

Don't get me wrong... the 3 foot rule, passing out flyers, and

putting signs up at your street corner are definitely not very

professional way to grow your business and I don't know if they

will ever be in style in the new world of internet network

marketing.

But, the idea of growing a big downline fast without ever

having to talk to anyone is now giving way to calling prospects

up on the phone again. Did you feel a cold shiver go down your

spine? You might be saying to yourself -

"Call people up? That's why I do internet network

marketing... so I don't have to talk to anyone!"

Well even the likes of Daegan Smith - "The King of Never

Having to Call a Single Lead" is these days softening his idea on never

having to speak to a lead until they are already in your

business. He has Joe LoBalsamo train people that join his

system on how to approach sign ups over the phone.

If you have not passed out from over ventilating, I have to say

this kind of calling is a lot easier than you might have been

used to.

The idea behind making the calls seems to be that nobody

wants to do business with a faceless internet company

anymore. There is a shift to a friendlier, more personal

way to do business on the internet these days.

People just want to know who they are doing

business with these days.

Listen, network marketing has always been people business.

Sooner or later you would have to speak with somebody if you

were going to succeed. So it is a real plus in your part to

find someone that will teach you the ins and outs of

conversation if you need help in that area.

However, the idea of calling your list of prospects after they

have sign up for your newsletter is different than calling on

generic leads or genealogy list leads. If you have done your

marketing correctly, these people opted in to your newsletter to get

information of some type. They are looking for someone to help

them.

Calling these people is going to be so much different than you

might have been used to. You are calling as a consultant.

You are the expert now, and they want to talk to you.

With your new role comes new scripts. You will no longer

be trying to sell them, you will be trying to help them!

In this role of teacher they will get to know you as someone

they can turn to for help. This is a completely different role

than we are used to playing, but it is a rewarding one in many

ways. Many of these people are going to be looking for a leader

to help them out, because they have not received proper training

where they are at. Many of them when they see you as a leader

will want to follow what you are doing and join your business.

You will be giving away information in your newsletter so you

will not have to train anyone individually. The idea of the

call is for them to get to know that there is a real person that

is sending those emails out. That there is someone that wants

to help them out. So when you call them, you will only be

saying hi and asking questions that will make them feel more

comfortable with you. There are complete trainings on this kind

of approach. I would recommend you search one out and get

trained.

I personally like what both Joe LoBalsamo and Dani Johnson

train on. Google their names and I'm sure you will find their

programs. What ever you do... you don't want to come across like

a greasy salesman. All they need to know from you is that you

are there for them; the rest of the conversation should be you

asking questions about their lives and finding what their wants

and needs are.

This kind of conversation will make them feel closer to you

faster than anything that you can say about yourself.

10 Easy Steps to Automatic MLM Recruiting - Revisited - Part 1 Article Marketing

Several Weeks ago I wrote an article on 10 Easy Steps To Automatic MLM Recruiting. It described how to combine online affiliate marketing and network marketing together to form the future of Network Marketing... rejection free magnetic sponsoring.

The first Step was to drive traffic to a Lead Capture Page either from free traffic sites, article marketing, or Pay Per Click campaigns like Google AdWords.

Leading individuals to your lead capture page is a must. Suffice to say, it's the gateway where you offer something of value for free, usually information. In turn the individual will give you something of value in return his name and email address and permission for you to email him/her valuable information that might help them out in their ventures.

Now, some of you will not get how offering something of high value is going to get you leads that might turn into sign ups in your business, but trust me it does!

I will go over how all of that works in an upcomming aricle.

Today is about web traffic.

There are many ways to drive traffic to that page. Today I will only cover one of my favorite article marketing and I thimk it will become one of your favorites specially if you don't have a large budget for marketing.

Article marketing is a great way for someone to start to drive quality targeted traffic to their lead capture page for free. And while it might be free it is also some of the best traffic you can have coming to your website. You see you will attract the kind of people that are attracted to you!

That is something that you can not put enough value on! When you write something it comes out in your own voice, and that unique voice will attract a much different person than if I wrote about the same subject.

And don't worry if you think you can write. I 'm not a writer and if you don't believe me ask my wife! :0) She is the proof reader in our family. But I don't have her proof read what I write for Article Marketing. Why? Because it's not about proper English... its about having a conversation with the reader. Write like you would talk to a friend.

What should you write about? This may sound simplistic, but write about things that people want the answers to. If you are in network marketing you know what everyone needs . . . more prospects, more customers, and how to reach them.

One of the easiest things to write about is doing a review on a Network Marketing book you read, or meeting you went to. Record the review in your own words like you were speaking to a friend, and then write what you said.

If you attend your company's functions, read books, attend trainings, go to seminars, and attend webinars and teleseminars you will never run out of things to write about.

O.K. How does this turn into traffic already?!

Well you will submit your article to article directories like ezinearticles[dot]com

and in turn people will find your articles and click on your links that will take them to your lead capture page.

Now you can't just write an article about your company and put links to your lead capture pages. They won't accept that. However, most article directories will have what they call a "Resource Box". There you can put a small biography of yourself and a link to your blog or other webpage you would want someone to see like your own lead capture page.

The best way to learn how to do this is going to an article directory, become a member, read a few articles on the things you would like to write about and see what they are doing. Then write one of your own and submit it.

To drive traffic enough traffic you will want to write at least one article per day submitted to at least 5 to 10 article directories for the first 90 days. By the end of the 90 days you will have established a great stream of traffic that will keep people clicking on your links. This will be sending people to your lead capture page way into the future.

You'll want to keep the articles short about 500 to 600 words, which I'm way over in this article so look for the next article as I will be letting you know about other free ways to drive traffic to your lead capture page.

Several Weeks ago I wrote an article on 10 Easy Steps To

Automatic MLM Recruiting. Then I thought some people would need

it broken down a little more so this is the 2nd installment of

a multi-part series that will address the 10 Easy steps in a

little more detail.

The first Step was to drive traffic to a Lead Capture Page

either from free traffic sites, article marketing, or Pay Per

Click campaigns like Google AdWords. Today we will discuss free

traffic sites.

Free Traffic sites can be great for the beginner that wants to

get their feet wet without putting little or no money up front

for their online advertisement campaigns. They are easy to find

just google "free traffic sites" and you'll get a ton of them.

What most of these sites do is let you advertise to other

people in the same program in turn you allow them to advertise

to you. Others you have to surf ads online and for every ad you

see you get credits that are worth 1 or more advertisements you

can put out for the group to see.

What I have found is that the free version of most of these,

are only good if you are willing to put in the time to click

through everyone else's ads. If you have the money to upgrade

to their pay service you will free up a lot of time in having to

click through other people ads. However, while some of these

are great and you do get conversions, some of them are not as

responsive. So it is always nice to try out the free service

first.

If you would like to see some that I have found that have O.K.

conversions check out my blog. You will find links to websites

like Traffic Swarm, List Joe, Ad Surf Daily, and others. Now

most of these will not get you the same conversion rates as say

pay per click campaigns, but if you semi-automate the process

these ad campaigns can run in the background and bring you

qualified leads.

If you asked what my favorite was, I would have to say List

Joe. Not only can you get a lot of credits for every ad you watch,

they also allow you to get credits for another 12 other services.

As a free member they allow you to send up to 2500 Ads via

email to their op-in members every seven days. If you become

a paid member you can send 3000 emails every 3 days. I

became a paid member that way I can reach 10,000 of their

members every month. If you were to advertise in someone's ezine or

newsletter with a solo ad it could cost you hundreds for a one

time thing. With their service you will be able to reach that

many people every month for free or at least at a very low once

a year cost.

When making ads for this type of campaign it is usually better

to keep it short. Let your lead capture page do the selling.

All you have to do in your ad is arouse their curiosity and give

them a reason to click.

In the next part of this series we will consider why you should

backed up what ever you are doing online with your own website,

blog, myspace, face book, or such.

In Network Marketing Don't Pay Attention the Crazy Person Waving Their Hands at You!

Have you ever watch a basketball game. When one of the players
of a visiting team gets a free throw… what does the crowd do?
They make a lot of noise and if you are seated right behind the
basket you wave everything and anything you have in hopes you
can distract the player from making that basket.

Have you ever felt that way in your network marketing business?
You finally have started with a great company, great product,
and you even have studied how to market your new business the
right way… online. You have set time aside on your schedule
every week to promote your business online.

However, every time you are scheduled to start working on your
very own home-based business, everyone wants your attention!
Your spouse needs you to go pick some groceries up, your friends
want you to go out and play a round of golf with them, your kids
need to be taking to soccer practice on a different night, and
the phone doesn't stop ringing. Do you ever feel like every one
is waving their hands at you to get your attention off your goal
to finally own your own successful business that gives you the
time freedom you always dreamed about?

By the time the week rolls around you still have not done what
you wanted to do online to promote your new business, and now
you are another week without any sales.

Sound familiar?

Many of us home business owners go through this. Time
management is one of the worst things we need help with. There
are so many distractions throughout the day, don't you ever feel
like nothing of value got accomplished that day? I know I have!

I was listening to some training online this last week and I
learned a time management technique so great I had to share it
with everyone. This thing is so simple that you are going to
think sure why did I not think of it? In reality it is still
not that the idea is so great is that you need to implemented in
your daily routine so that it is part of what you do. That is
the only way you wont feel like everyone is waving at you trying
to catch your undivided attention.

O.K. here it is… When you are going to start working let
everyone know that you are indeed going to be working and that
you do not want to be disturbed for the next two hours! Then
turn off the ringer on your phone, turn off the sound on your
email program. What ever you do, don't answer the phone or read
any emails for those two hours. These are your productive hours.

"What no phones?" "I have to answer my emails right away!"

No you don't! The world is not going to come to an end, and no
emergency is hardly ever that important!

At the end of the two hour stretch, answer any important
emails, return any calls, and go kiss your spouse and kids for
being so supportive. Once you have done this, again start
another two hour stretch of no interruptions. You will keep up
with the rest of your life, but the rest of your life will not
get in the way of progress!

I've delved into the study of Psycho-
Cybernetics recently and for it I will share
it's insights with you along the way.

Recently in reviewing this material a story
of a young college student who committed
suicide was brought up in example of the
importance of self image to internal reality.

In this child's suicide note he wrote that as
a young child he was teased about having a
long nose.

This affected the entire course of the
child's life. He truly believed he was less
of a person than those around him so much so
that when one of his teachers spelled his
name wrong on a note to him that he didn't
even have the confidence to correct her.

From that point on the student spelled his
name with the error his teacher had used to
conform. In the final lines of his suicide
note he wrote that he was afraid of people
and interactions with them, but not of death
and so saw that as his only option.

This is a sad story which touched me deeply.

This child was probably no different than you
or I when it came down to it, but felt so
inferior because of his personal self image
that felt he didn't deserve to live.

Well I think the same thing happens to many
network marketers.

They get in the game and see all the success
around them and start experiencing the hard
knock life that network marketing can be and
start to equate it with them not being good
enough.

The internal dialogue starts to say to them:

"Well, Cindy is amazing and that's why she's
making $33,000 a month. I'm not her so I
can't get there. I mean I've called 100
people and I couldn't even get one person on
the business opportunity call. I'm not sure
if I'm the type of person who can do this."

Here's what I say to that!

If that's what you think you are right. Your
mind can only work in the direction you send
it. It will work to prove what you imagine so
that you can form a true belief around it.

So with that knowledge I ask you . . .

Do you imagine yourself as a network
marketing millionaire?

If you do and you do it often you will act in
the direction of proving it. And sooner or
later you will become one.

If you asked me if I saw myself as a network
marketing millionaire I would without a doubt
or hesitation answer yes.

How do I know it's going to happen?

Because when I tell my friends and family
that I will be & they throw up no discourse.
They believe it to.

This is my self image and that is the
standpoint I work from. Anything to get me
closer to this reality I do. Then I have more
proof and more belief. It's a spiral upwards
if you will.

(The hidden benefit to you here is that
wherever I go so do you.)

Now when you can say that you are a network
marketing millionaire and believe it with
full conviction it will become. Don't forget
it works the other way to.

Science has recently proven that your thoughts become things, in other words your most dominant thoughts will determine the direction of your future. Affirmations is a great way to help move your thoughts in the right direction. They are declarations of our worthiest goals. Repeating these declaration often enough that our subconscious minds accept them as fact and guide our behavior accordingly is what makes affirmations a powerful spiritual tool that anyone can use.

Last June I took a week long coarse on self development. I invested over $4000 to learn how to improve myself in different ways in order to attract success. I'm a strong believer of investing in yourself first in order to help others later.

Affirmations was part of that training. And even though they may seem a little "out there" they work!

Should You Brand Yourself To Promote Your MLM Business?

A most difitnetly YES!

Almost every leader I have come across in network marketing hasfound a way to brand themselves.

Why is that?

Branding puts the law of attraction into play. When you brand yourself you become the expert in the eyes of many.

As others see you as an expert they search you out to help them withtheir issues, find answer to their questions and to find solutions.

Just yesterday my phone rang on the other end was a network marketer looking for some answers for her business.This happens a lot. Don't you think it would be nice for people to reach out to you for assistance?

It just easier to talk to someone when you are the expert and not someone trying to sell them something.

This would never happen if it wasn't for branding me and my business instead of just being another rep that is lost in a company with tens of thousands of reps.

How does this help you? In the long run you are the expert to many and some of those will automatically join you in what you are doing.

As an example... did you know Social networking sites were put together for branding purposes and promoting. They attract people by the content that is at their sites and people sign up as members. These signups are easy to promote to because everyone using this site is really a targeted prospect. All they have to do is provide the right product the members have been looking for. AND who better to promote to!

Of course, this is a good thing. If you belong to that same social network, you can leverage yourself using the site to brand and promote yourself and your products as well. If you learn how to brand yourself while you build your business, you will be very successful.

The branding is a process happens over time. However, if you have the right systems in place, you can brand yourself rather quickly while marketing your business. You can brand yourself by using a simple two step process. You will need a Blog or be a member of a Social Network that allows you to add content about yourself and your business regularly, and learn how to use article marketing.

How to Attract the Right People To Your MLM / Network Marketing Business.

I remember it like it was yesterday…

About 10 or 11 years ago I was at an annual meeting
and like many
events like these they had brought in some marketing
guru to give a couple hour mini-course on marketing.

I don't remember much about what he was talking about
except the one
thing that I had never heard before. It got my
attention because
everything I had ever been taught before completely
contradicted what
he was saying!

At that time I owned a window film business for
almost 10 years. We sold and installed a film that is
put on windows to block out the sun's UV rays, heat,
and glare… very popular in the hot sunny climate
Florida has. Every company that I knew always
promoted the product they carried i.e. 3MTM , LlumarTM,
SunGardTM what ever particular window film they carried.
The idea was to convince the homer owner
that your particular product was better than the rest.

But, this guru much to the dislike of the
manufacturer that brought
him there said. . . "you want the client to remember
you and your
company not the particular product you sell." This
meant that you
should brand yourself not the product. You want
people to remember
you when they refer someone.

This was a one of those moments that stays with you
the rest of your
life! It changed my whole way of looking at
business. Everything
from what I would say to a client to the way I would
advertize to the
way I would market my company will never be the same.

By making myself and my personal company the "expert"
and be there
for my client as a consultant meant that what ever
product I
suggested to them… they would trust to be the best
for their
situation.

Boy, I had no idea what power that gave me over the
competition! I
was able to double my sales in the small town I was
doing business in
every year for the following 4 years! Most of the
sales started
coming from referrals that were even easier to sell
because I had
already been introduced as the expert that knew what
he was doing!

This same way of thinking is what you should have in
your network
marketing business. If you go out there and try to
sell people on
your particular business, then you are another person
trying to pawn
of their products as the best. Your prospect or
customer is only
going to evaluate your product line and see if they
can purchase that
product from somewhere else cheaper, and they will
make their
decision only based on money.

Now, if you come to the same prospect as an expert in
your field. . .
they will look at you completely different. They
will look at you as
an expert that can help them with what ever issues
they are having.
Once you help them, they will become what this guru
called "Apostles"
or people that will tell everyone about you and then
people are
attracted to you.

This is called the law of attraction. Apply it and
see your business
grow!

The best part about it is, you can do this in your
online network
marketing campaigns and create an online-recruiting-
machine that will
attract the right people to you automatically.
