OK, here’s the truth… if you want to know the key aspects in order to learn internet marketing (or anything at all for that matter), then there is one thing that I believe will help you more than any other individual thing… and remember, I’m talking about the LEARNING aspect here, not the doing.

You might have heard this before, there are four fundamental stages in which we learn –

They are:

• Unconscious Incompetence (we don’t’ know that we don’t know)
• Conscious Incompetence (we know that we don’t know)
• Conscious competence (we know and we’re getting there)
• Unconscious Competence (we can do it without thinking)

I won’t go into explanations here, but a while back I posted a YouTube Video about it if you want to learn more…. (The Four Stages of Learning).

The point being… you’re here because you want to learn internet marketing, yes? Good.

But I ask you, do you want to just learn it, or do you want to actually DO it? Two very different things.

How to be sure that your joint ventures get looked at!

One of the most important things we can do when tying up joint ventures with potential partners is to follow them up. Think about it, it makes total sense.

Even just this morning I received a joint venture invitation from another marketer in my eMail in box, and while there is nothing unfortunate about that; what was unfortunate was that it was the second proposal from this one particular company and they’ve never yet bothered once to check to see if I got the first offer.

Worse yet, they’ve not once yet taken the time to even put my name in the email body to address it “to me”.

Any wonder I’ve not replied o the first one… duh!

So today is all about getting personal with your joint ventures.

It’s also important, especially if you’re a newbie (beginner) that you don’t become overwhelmed with the mass marketing machine that is online today. Remember with the previous audio I wrote about over 100 million results when searching how to learn internet marketing? Tell me, how many of those people do you actually think *really* make money onle and can *really* help you learn internet marketing? 100? 1,000? 10,000?

Conservatively I’d estimate that less than 5,000 of them CAN REALLY HELP YOU learn internet marketing. And of those 5,000… how many do you think were on the main page? I had a look at figured at 2. Yep, just two.

Why? Because most people are quite baffled by their own bullshit – that’s an Australian phrase. Hope it doesn’t put you off, but it illustrates the point – just becasue they say it, and in some cases even *do* it… doesn’t mean they can TEACH it!

Your First Month Master Plan

Guess what we’re going to do today? Yep, that’s it – get the joint venture email process underway, it’s time to start contacting your new potential partners.

Mind you, I want to make it plain and clear, just as I do in the audio, that today is not the ONLY day that you should be doing this – when it comes to the power of joint venture emails, this is something that you should be doing EVERYDAY from now until eternity in your marketing career – well – at least until you launch a new product.

There are some things that are just as essential in business as they are life. One of those is that it’s vitally important to keep in touch with people.

I recently did a search online to see what others were saying about this topic and found over 49 million results in my most recent search. OMG – 49 million!! So, digging a little deeper I did an exact match search, “learn internet marketing” (in inverted commas) and found still over 100,000 website directly targetting people who wanted to learn about internet marketing.

But, not to be put off, I dug a little deeper and followed the auto suggestions from Google, adding on search words such as ‘free’, ‘online’, ‘course’ and so on. Still the results were in the tens of millions.

And of those results, almost 50% of the first page websites showed up nothing more than ads – small wonder people are getting confused! Which is why I try hard to provide answers, not just “ads”.
