Accomplishes work related to the conceptualization, design, documentation, and delivery of democracy and democracy development-focused training programs or projects. Designs, documents, and evaluates mission-specific and/or centralized democracy and democracy development programs or projects.

Analyzes and evaluates, on a quantitative or qualitative basis, the effectiveness of training programs or operations in meeting established goals, measures, and objectives. Designs and/or maintains methods, approaches, and processes to implement effective training programs, and provides a means for the agency to analyze its resources in relation to its performance results.

Coordinates information for the formulation, revision, and execution of annual training budget projections. Analyzes problems as they relate to fiscal management and project operations. Reviews work metrics, unit costs, rate structure, job validity, and production indices in support of fiscal and managerial policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of specific areas of responsibility/deliverables with minimal supervision

• Applies knowledge of the enterprise, business system and industry to the project team, supporting or interfacing with their program/project or defined set of projects/programs.

• Responsible for the logical configuration of network equipment via thorough routing concepts skill set including Cisco, Juniper, and Nortel and Adtran platforms.

Requirements:

• Graduate of a 4 year or 5 year course; preferably an Engineering graduate in the field of Electronics & Communications or Computer Engineering

• CISCO Certification/CCNA is required
• Experienced in managing/supervising minimum of 10 agents/associates gained in a BPO company or similar or alternative industry
• Minimum of 2-3 years working experience preferably in the engineering/ telecommunications industry and/or similar or alternative industry, in an operations or technical support capacity/position.
• Experienced in personnel development; leadership and succession planning; coaching/mentoring for performance
• Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedules

• Working Knowledge of Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, Stating Routing)
• Experienced in Configurations of DNS, VRRP, HSRP, Load Sharing, Zone Based Firewall, Policy Based Routing, Access Control Lists, VLAN, WLAN, NAT, PPPoE
