Vishnuvardhana Kannada Movie Download

Download Vishnuvardhana Kannada Movie

Cast: Sudeep, Bhavana, Priyamani, Arun Sagar, Sonu Sood, Ninasam Ashwath, Sangeetha, Dwarakish and others.
Director: P Kumar
Music: V Harikrishna
Cinematography: Rajarathnam
Producer: Dwarakish
Released on: December 9

Dwarakish's Vishnuvardhana, which was rumoured to be a biopic of Dr Vishnuvardhan, has no connection with the late Sandalwood matinee idol except the names of the lead stars - Vishnuvardhana and Bharathi. In fact, the movie is a tribute to the superstar and the makers of the film have tried to attract his fan following for commercial reasons.

Sudeep, Bhavana and Priyamani starrer Vishnuvardhana is a complete family entertainer with all the masala elements. The film kick-starts with a lookalike opening fight scene of Aapthamitra, where Kicha will be seen in Vishnuvardhan's avatar in the first 20 minutes.

Vishnuvardhana (Sudeep) is the son of a washerman but does not want to be like his father rather dreams of earning million bucks. His friend Shastri (Arun Sagar) predicts his future and claims that his fortunes will change soon. As his sidekick said, his luck changes and he accidentally gets a mobile phone of don Aadishesha (Sonu Sood).

The cell phone brings him Rs 50 lakhs instantly and the cat & mouse game between Vishu-Aadi begins from now. The frustrated baddie is after Vishnu's blood but the latter continues to give the former hard times. Meanwhile, the hero falls in love with Bharathi (Bhavana) and their love blooms in no time. When the audience think that the movie is heading in a conventional way, Priyamani brings in a twist to the tale. In the second half, there is an interesting sub-plot that connects with the main story in the end.

The movie tries to appeal all sections of audience. With the good content and direction, Vishnuvardhana manages to entertain the viewers all through. The movie completely belongs to Sudeep and he shines in every frame. Be it in comedy scenes or serious, the actor brings out every expressions from the book. The other actor to match his calibre is Arun Sagar. In fact, in the sequences that they share together, Arun overshadows Sudeep with his one-liners.

Actress Bhavana looks cute and she is good in her role. Priyamani, in her brief character, has given glam quotient. Sonu Sood was not required for the role of the antagonist as any other Kannada actor could have done the same. Rest other characters are okay. Technically, two songs and the background score are good. Cinematography by Raja Rathnam is okay. But Gautham Raju's editing is poor. He has completely failed to give a flow in the narration and he could have reduced the movie duration by at least 15 minutes. Finally, debutant director Kumar has done an excellent job. Though, there are quite a few jerks in the screenplay and some minor mistakes in the story telling, his neat presentation makes it a worth watch.

Verdict: Vishnuvardhana has a good story and dialogues that engage you till the end. Watch the movie with your family.
Final Report:
Film: Can watch once. Entertaining.
Hero: Sudeep has done good job. Nice acting, nice style.
Heroine: Adds glamour to the movie. Nice dance.
Music: from Hari Krishna, could have been better. But it’s already getting on fire and everyone are playing it. But I give more credit to choreography.
Choreography: Best.
Comidy: from Arun Sagar, good. and looks natural.
Priyamani’s role as Don Adishesha’s wife: Glamorous and effective.
Don Adishesha: Very nice acting and the role suites best to him.
Supportive Role: from Dwarakish and others: supportive.

Watch Nam Areali Ondhina Kannada Movie Online

Cast: Aneesh Tejeshwar, Meghana Gaonkar, Mandya Ramesh, Kiurigalu Prathap

Producer: Guru Nagendra Joisya, Ramaswamy

Director: Arvind Kaushik

Music Director: Arjun

"Nam Areali Ondhina" comes across as a whiff of fresh air for the Kannada film industry which has been reeling under the effect of a series of debacles this year.

Debutant director Arvind Kaushik comes with the experience of acting and direction in television serials. The trailers of the film had created a lot of curiosity among the viewers and the film rightly lives up to the expectations. Despite problems with its release, the film manages to woo the audiences with its novel presentation and stunning visuals. Kaushik's treatment of the script and the way he has made the new artists act is surely commendable.

The film gets you hooked on to the screen from the very second the opening credits start rolling.

Though "Nam Areali Ondhina" is a visual treat it disappoints on the editing front. The continuity of the proceedings is lost in the second half when the director introduces many unnecessary sequences, like the Kanyamani song featuring Mandya Ramesh. The song, although hummable, is oddly placed in the film. Moreover, some of the action sequences in the second half are painfully lengthy. A little bit of trimming here and there and it would have been a far more effective film.

Although the story has nothing new to offer, it's the fresh treatment and the raw portrayal of a love story that works for it. The characters look real and sink so deep into your system.

The story revolves around Ramesha, a good for nothing, careless, pampered youngster. His brother's efforts to get him a job fail every time as Ramesha's honesty doesn't go down well with the prospective employers. Like any cliched love story, Ramesha falls for a Kathak dancer Chinnu at first sight.

After some persuasion, Ramesha manages to woo Chinnu. She agrees to marry Ramesha on the condition that he will have to get a job and earn at least Rs.5,000. But a lazy Ramesha gets the money through dubious means. As expected, Chinnu finds out the truth and goes through a stereotyped series of emotions, ranging from betrayal to heartache to realisation for Ramesha's genuine love. Meanwhile a sub-plot develops wherein some goons want to kill Ramesha.

Aneesh Tejeshar in the role of Ramesha, looks fresh and promising. His dialogue delivery and body language is apt for the role. Newcomer Meghana also strikes with her neat performance. Teja's performance in a negative role is also commendable. Overall, the movie scores well on the acting front.

But it is the music-director Arjun and cameraperson Ashok Kashya, who are the real heroes of the film. The songs offer variety and depth while the background score embellishes the narrative.

Overall, "Nam Areali Ondhina" makes an impact because of its sincere presentation. A must watch for Kannada film enthusiasts.

Film: Super
Director: Upendra
Cast: Upendra, Nayantara, Sadhu Kokila, Ali, Sudarshan and Shylashree
Music: Hari Krishna
Producer - Rockline Venktesh

'Super' was a much anticipated film as Kannada superstar Upendra returns to direction after a gap of 10 years. So does he meet the expectations of film buffs? The answer is a resounding yes.

'Super', however, has a utopian concept, and the story doesn't seem serious enough. In the beginning, you have sequences of a hugely rich India where one sees foreigners working as taxi drivers, even forcing and begging Indian tourists to book their taxis.

One is also shown rich Indians having foreigner do their household chores... And then the story shifts to the present contemporary times where the country is beset with problems of poverty, corruption and scandals.

This film certainly calls for a serious debate on the responsibilities of citizens and how greedy politicians have plundered the wealth and resources of the country.
The film will make you sit and take notice of some of the aberrations that are seen in the country.
It is Upendra, the director, who overshadows Upendra, the actor, in the film in every aspect. The director keeps the audience fully engaged through the film.
The movie has enough of the entertainment quotient too. Upendra has kept in mind the mannerisms and the distinct dialogue delivery that made him the big star he is. All these elements have been included in 'Super' but at the same time, the director has shown a lot of maturity in his narration.
The first half, however, has some dull moments, particularly in the sequences that are shot in London. The comedy scenes featuring Sadhu and Telugu actor Ali also do not work well.
The story revolves around Subhash Chandra Gandhi, son of a big India-born industrialist settled in Britain. But Gandhi has lot of reverence for Indian traditions and culture and is emotionally attached to everything Indian. He takes a strong liking to traditional-minded Indira, a folk dancer who has come to London for a stage show.

They decide to wed but on the day of marriage, Indira reveals that she has married Gandhi to take revenge as he had apparently refused to respond to sister Mandira's overtures.
A shell-shocked Gandhi takes up the challenge of Indira, who says that his trust in India and its people is totally misplaced and that he cannot improve the conditions in the country.
Gandhi, we are shown, is given the responsibility of getting the sanction papers of a long-delayed pension for an old school teacher.

Gandhi exhausts all legal and procedural remedies but he cannot get things done. A disgusted Gandhi creates his own corporate group that employs anti-social elements to correct the wrongs done by bureaucrats.
He also becomes chief minister by purchasing legislators belonging to different parties. Finally, he sends a message that unless people of the country become more responsive to
the happenings around them and make the rulers accountable, they cannot ensure the country's progress.
Upendra shines as an actor too. He is one of the best entertainers today and this is proved by the crowd's reaction in theatres as he comes on screen in different get-ups and styles.
He also has a remarkable sense of timing and his dialogue delivery is perfect.
Nayantara fits well into the role given to her and has done a good job. The song composition and choreography are one of the best features in the film. Ashok Kashyap's cinematography is brilliant yet again.
'Super' was eagerly awaited and Upendra does not disappoint his fans.
