&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;When I was Two years old my mother died of TB - Tubercolosis my sister and&amp;nbsp;I both caught it as well, after a long battle my sister succumbed at the age of thirty five, having lost one lung and part of an other, in between she got married and had, get this, seven children, one brave lady. Miss You...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Any way I had to go for a check up at the local doctors and at last he has just got around to getting his computer system set up, on his computer there is ever thing since the day I was born, now if you had TB they keep an eye on you for a long time, in saying that, when I was fourteen I had to have a check up because our blood goes through some kind of change.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;At fourteen I was ten and a half stones, to day at sixty two, yes you guest it, I'm still ten and a half stone, why? I put it all down to drinking a lot of water with plenty of exercise, no I don't go to a gym or work out in any way shape or form, I prefer to sit on a river bank fishing to tell the truth.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Being the youngest of eleven ( no TV's in those days ) I was the one who had to walk the dogs and that's always be the case, we've always had two dogs,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Been married for thirty five years and in all that time we still had two dogs, ( not the same two ) walked them before going to work, walked them when I got home from work.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Walking is a great form of exercise, ( Ladies – 110 paces a minute, Men – 120 paces a minute ) add at least eight glasses of water per day, that is through out the day by the way, drinking a lot of water in one go can kill, eating a well balanced diet I have no weight problems at all.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I do eat a lot of fruit, veg, fish, my wife cooks most of our food in a steamer, reason, it's healthier as most of the fat is steamed out plus she can cook a meal for four using one burner, she's a right jewbag, no, only kidding...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Moral of this story:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Eat a well balance diet, plenty of veg, fruit, fish high in oema3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Walking is a very good exercise, cost nothing.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Drink at least eight glass of water per day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Change the way you cook your food, grill or steam only&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;There you have it, well it worked for me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Final bit, I've never had a day of sick in all my working life, is there a God up there or am I just plain lucky?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Once a size five, I was suddenly a size seven. My ankles were swollen, and when I went to buy nylons they hung midway down my thighs like a baseball back catcher’s net because my thighs were too fat to pull the stockings all the way up.&lt;br /&gt;

Soon I was huffing and puffing my way up the stairs, and rolling out of bed instead of sitting up first and putting my feet on the floor. I literally became.&lt;br /&gt;
Mr's Roly-Poly to my kids, yes I heard them laughing and giggling behind my back.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All of this got so bad that I was at the point where I was being given prescription drugs by my doctor in order to keep my weight down. &lt;br /&gt;
Not only were these prescriptions very expensive but they were disgusting. One weight loss drug had a side effect called "anal leakage". That’s right. Anal leakage. Don’t ask, make up your own mind...&lt;br /&gt;

Yet another was an antidepressant that left me so disassociated from reality that I went on shopping sprees, giggled all day like a village idiot.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;I gave up:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Finally I just took to my bed and stayed there. I watched television all day and ate. &lt;br /&gt;

I don’t know if you happened to catch this movie, but in it an obese woman dies upstairs in her bed and her corpse is too heavy for her children to carry it out. Not knowing what else to do, they burn down the house and cremate her body inside. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
That is I thought. ‘I really have to do something about my weight problem before I ended up like the mother in "Whatever Happened to Gilbert Grape?" &lt;br /&gt;
The result is that I got up off the bed and started taking a walk around&amp;nbsp;to the local&amp;nbsp;library . While I was there I did some research about natural weight loss. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Next: I surfed the internet and found that there are dieting clubs you can join with all the help you need to start lossing weight. &lt;br /&gt;
What caught my eye was, you don't have to stop eating the food you love as there are thousands of recipes which cover all kinds of lovely tasty food and you can still lose weight&lt;br /&gt;
... &lt;br /&gt;
There are free diet clubs but! they are no where near as good as the cheap to join clubs and yes I joined 10 or more and found this one to be the best for the way I like to diet... &lt;br /&gt;
Try it your self. &lt;a href="http://tinyurl.com/ybqwdgp"&gt;Body By Eats&lt;/a&gt; yes I know it's a funny name but it's helped me loose a hell of a lot of weight as I can see my feet with out bending over, boy as that been a long time. &lt;br /&gt;

One thing about joining the dieting club is no one can see you even thoe you are all in the same boat, that's over weight, it's great to have all the help and frienship plus the great food recipes they come up with each and every month. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remember this: &lt;strong&gt;You Are What You Eat...&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
