Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif sizzle in 'Bang Bang' action packed dialogue promos

2014-09-22T18:20:00.000-07:00

After the teaser promo for the high octane action adventure Bang Bang starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif sent the social networks into a tizzy, the team had launched three songs from the film. And now, Fox Star has released two dialogue promos which give an insight into what we should expect from the film.
The first dialogue promo seems like an extension of the teaser giving glimpses of some spectacular stunt sequences from the film. If Hrithik coming on the jet-pack sent temperatures soaring, the recently released promo has some adrenaline pumping stunts that will give you goose bumps. And before you watch the promo, Hrithik clearly warns everyone saying, 'Kripaya apni kursi ki peti bandh lijiye' (Please fasten your seat belts), hence preparing us for the spectacular action fest!

The second promo although hints more at Hrithik-Katrina's scintillating chemistry. The promo begins with Hrithik and Katrina's bike riding sequences where Katrina turns over and starts firing the bullets. But the scene brings back fond memories of Dhoom 2 where Aishwarya Rai Bachchan tries doing the same stunt towards the racy climax. Other than that, this promo too brings some of the other delicious action moments which are the main highlights of the film.

Bang Bang is all set to release this October 2.

I care for Ranbir Kapoor and am very protective about him! says Katrina Kaif

2014-09-22T18:08:00.000-07:00

Katrina Kaif, 31, is intelligent, incredibly sensitive and self-made. She is not just one of our most beautiful actresses, but she is absolutely honest and can be loyal to a fault when it comes to her family and friends.

She is deeply spiritual and very funny. Over an hour-long conversation, ahead of her upcoming action entertainer Bang Bang, she talks about her love for her family, her spiritual connection with Alvira Khan and what makes her care for Ranbir Kapoor the way she does.In a recent interview given to Timesofindia Katrina Kaif said about Ranbir Kapoor thatI have known Ranbir, since Saawariya released, I have seen a lot of change in him as a person. Not only from the proximity that I have known from, but also as an outsider, given how much he has matured and evolved as a person. The film industry is where he belonged and was immediately accepted, but I have seen him hugely grow even as an actor. Ranbir is like me, in the way that he is very loyal and emotional to the people he really cares about in his inner circle, which is very small. He can come out very detached to people outside of that. The only difference between his behaviour and my behaviour, let's say on a film set, is that while he is incredibly charming and polite with everyone that he comes in contact with, I don't think he yet realises what an important and amazing trait that is, I will get tired after saying a good morning to just three people. He is incredibly polite at all times and makes that extra effort to come out of that circle of introspection and make that other person feel good. I see in him a lot of depth and he has so much in him that probably even he has yet to discover. I think he has the capacity to help people even more than he does and as time goes by, he will find even more strength and satisfaction in giving strength to other people. He can be detached, but I can't be. He is incredibly funny and charming. I guess to connect with a person at such a deep level, our souls must be connected.

I care a lot for him and feel protective about him. He has the capacity to be an extremely talented actor and a deeply evolved, highly intellectual and sensitive human being at the same time. He has the capacity and I can see the height of his potential.

Katrina Kaif says:I don't always call Salman for help

2014-09-19T16:37:00.002-07:00

Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have been rumoured to be dating for a long time now. Even after being spotted at so many occasions together, the duo has still kept their relationship status under the wraps. However, Katrina has not entirely lost touch with her ex-beau Salman Khan.
The actress, who is all set to set the silver screen on fire with her forthcoming movie “Bang Bang”, recently in an interview, said that Salman's family has always been close to her and she hopes it will remain like this. However she also mentioned that she does not always call the “Dabangg” star for help.
In an interview with Mid-Day, when asked if she called Salman for help with the protest against her foreign makeup artist, she said, “Salman's makeup artiste's brother or some relative is a part of the makeup artistes' association. My management chooses my makeup and hair artistes. I had a foreigner as my makeup artiste and he had a union card, so he thought that it was sufficient enough for him to work. But the other organisations objected to it. Later on, they resolved the issue.”

“Salman's family has always been close to me and I hope it will remain like this, but I don't always call him for help,” she added.
Katrina also opened up about her youngest sister Isabel Kaif, who is making her acting debut with Canadian movie “Dr. Cabbie”, saying that both of them are completely different and if she wants to come to Bollywood she will have to overcome the language barrier.
She further added that she will ever make a film just for her as she feels her sister is talented to get work on her own.
Katrina also spoke about her relationship with Ranbir and said that he is a huge part of my life. But the actress mentioned that she has not thought about marriage and is not getting married in the near future. The actress even mentioned that she took a stand not to divulge too much about her relationships very early in her career and is still going by it.

Katrina Kaif accepts being in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor

2014-09-19T15:36:00.001-07:00

That Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif are seeing each other is known to all! Even after being spotted together on multiple occasions, the two Gen-Y heartthrobs have never come out in the open about their alleged relationship. Not until now!
In a recent interview with a leading daily, Katrina tried to remain tight lipped (like always!) about her personal life but indirectly she gave away a lot of scoop. When asked about Ranbir, Katrina did say that Ranbir is a huge part of her life and when asked if they are planning for marriage, she simply put it off saying that it would turn out to be giving day-to-day of what's going on in their 'relationship' which she doesn't want to.

Katrina has always maintained a strong stance about keeping her personal life to herself. However, with her love for Ranbir not being a mystery anymore, she also seems to own up to it publicly now.

Katrina back home with Salman Khan

2012-06-08T13:44:00.001-07:00

Being the biggest superstar in the Indian film industry comes with its consequences, and Salman Khan would know better than all. He had been touring non-stop for quite a while now finishing shooting schedules of arguably the most anticipated movie of the year: ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. But he has finally returned home with Katrina Kaif alongside. Director of the movie, Kabir Khan, disclosed on June 5 through Twitter that the hecting shooting schedule of the movie has finally come to the end. Though, Salman might have returned home, but it could only be termed as a momentary relief for him since he has to jet off to attend the IIFA main event.

Talking of ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, Kabir Khan tweeted: “And finally... its a wrap for Ek Tha Tiger... 6 countries, 9 cities, 110 days, crew from 12 nationalities... Its been a long journey... :-) (sic)”. Looking at the first teaser (that was launched a while back), and also how much work the team has put in to the project, this looks to be a certain blockbuster.
Any-which-way, the movie has Salman as the lead, and it’s releasing on Eid this year. We do not think we need to say any more.

Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan may come together again in Farah Khan's Film

2012-04-15T16:59:00.000-07:00

Katrina Kaif and Shahrukh Khan may come together one more time for Farah Khan’s much talked about film Happy New Year.

The movie was supposed to happen years ago, but was put on the backburner following the falling-out between SRK and Farah Khan. But now that the matters have been sorted out between the two, Farah is keen to revive the project. The icing on the cake is that Katrina Kaif might get to play the lead role opposite SRK.

The industry sources claim that Farah Khan was always going to cast Katrina in Happy New Year that she was planning to make with Shahrukh before Tees Maar Khan.

Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif are already working together in an untitled classic romantic film by Yash Chopra, and the buzz surrounding the couple is tremendous.

Also the animosity between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan has helped in generating the hype for Shahrukh Khan-Katrina Kaif pairing. Farah, too, seems game to cash in on the novelty factor of the couple and their star values.

“Naturally, it comes as no surprise that Farah is casting her (Katrina) opposite SRK,” says a source. Katrina and Farah have been good friends, and insiders say there is no reason for Kat to decline this offer. The actress is always game for big projects and good directors. In fact, it’s learnt that Katrina wants Farah to direct her sister Isabelle in her Bollywood debut.

Katrina Kaif will also work with Aamir Khan in Dhoom 3, but still her fans think she looks best with Salman Khan. Don’t you think so?
