There is no perfect relationship. It is time that spouses make the best among them and say everything, in fact there are some things that should not say never.
“Why I am not married yet,” many of us ask themselves this question and the answer is love, security and fear of being alone. However, there are sporadic outbursts sometimes when you marry, but here are things that should not ever say to our men! Husband never say “stupid”. It makes them feel insecure about themselves and they can carry that feeling in other situations. Remember, what you want and that you think about them not very important.
Do not call incompetent or weak. Again, what you do really matters. Even though they may not operate when there is a mid-point actually. Instead, to highlight their strength. Instead you can say “I know you’re trying, but I would like to see …”
Throughout the course of the marriage, people will have their opinions on whether the man is good or bad. However, should never agree to make a negative comment from someone else about your husband. For example, never say things like, “My mother was right about you, you’re …”. It only feeds the “quarrel” and your spouse will feel that you do the same thing.
Never, ever for any reason to compare it with your ex. This may raise some speculation that her husband has been unfaithful or were not on your own. This can make men feel insecure about himself and can compete for your attention. No one should be running at a wedding when they have already won. You have championship rings!
Never tell your husband “hate.” It evokes more anger and may raise questions of whether you really feel. Ultimately, you have promised to love, honor and respect. Avoid these three words.
Never tell them you think that marriage is a mistake. Again, this may raise doubts about your loyalty. Also husband may feel uncertain about independence and may force them to think the same thing.
Never think aloud: Why was married? Because they will think that you intend to share them. Be careful here, if they think they can and can try to make the move earlier. In addition, you must have the answer to this question since the day you received.

Natural anti-cellulite cures

Preparation: Put 10 hedre leaves in a cup of warm water and leave it for 20 minutes. Remove from fire and let stand for 20 minutes. Remove the leaves and place them in mixer with 5 drops of sweet almond oil. Set aside fluid boiled leaves. Mix the oil with almond oil grapefruit, levander oil and five drops of hydra fluid boiled leaves. Apply mixer leaves prepared in areas affected by cellulite. The cover with kitchen paper. Rinse after 30 minutes and then apply the mixture of oils by massaged areas affected by cellulite.
With chestnuts
Ingredients: 500 gr chestnuts, a tablespoon of powdered cinnamon, a handful of rosemary, orange peel, 10 drops cypress essential oil, 10 drops of lemon essential oil, 10 drops of geranium essential oil
Preparation: Put rosemary in a pot with 2 liters of boiling water. I remove from the water, add the chestnuts and cook until cream is obtained as a measure. Add the orange skin, chopped. Leave prepared extent in the refrigerator for several hours. Then add the essential oils are mixed with the crowd. Apply cream prepared in the most critical areas and cover with transparent kitchen paper. After half an hour, rinse with warm water.

Some of my must items for summer? Denim shorts, in all their variations (these ones for example are my favourite ones ever and I’ve been wearing them for at least four or five years), a white embroidered top like this one from Storets and a lot, a lot of pearl accessories, like the belt and sandals of these photos.

How to Have Fun on a Rainy Day

Rainy days may seem boring, but you can still have fun!

Are you bored, just watching the rain, wishing desperately you could go outside? Maybe you have nowhere to go and nothing to do. If this is the case, it just might be the time to get up and do something fun!

Steps

1
Try to cook something. There's an endless number of things to cook: Biscuits, cakes, buns, cookies, and more! Find a good cookbook and get started!

Do a little knitting. This may seem a bit girly to some, but anyone can do it- even boys! There are many things to knit: Finger puppets, blankets, sock puppets and many others. However, you may need some help if you've never knitted before.

Read a book. There are lots of great novels out there, and probably some of them are stuffed into a bookshelf that you never looked at before! Reading is a great way to go on an adventure without having to leave your house.

Write a story. There are lots of ways to write stories: By computer, on paper, and on a typewriter! Find the idea of your story and write. You can continue long stories on the next rainy day.

Do chores. Clean/arrange the parts of your house or room that really need maintenance, or do whatever else needs to get done. This way, you won’t have that to worry about when the sunny weather returns.

Go for a walk. If you are not scared to get wet take an umbrella with you and take a nice long walk. Go to a park near your house or visit a friend who doesn’t live right around the corner. Being outside for a while and moving makes you feel like you did something useful with your day. And if you're artsy and into photography make sure to take your camera along, you might get some inspiration along the way!

Paint a picture. Paint some still life or make a load of rubbish into a masterpiece! Look around your house for things to make art with. There might be some painting equipment somewhere around your house! Or you can draw and color if you want!

Watch a movie! Movies are a great way to pass time. There are so many choices.
- Try not to sit around all day watching TV and playing the computer until you have turned square eyes and have bad headaches! There are lots of things to do.

If it's warm outside, go puddle jumping! Put on rain gear or a bathing suit (plus flip flops or rain boots if you want) and go jump in the puddles on your street!

Bring a friend over or go to a friend's house. They can keep you company while doing any of the things on this list, or the two of you can just hang out and talk.

If you can't beat it, join it!! Why not just make a mug of hot chocolate, tea or coffee and enjoy the weather by sitting on your porch or balcony?

Tips

Find something fun to do! Go swimming in the rain or even turn up the music and have a dance party by yourself.
You can make a rain catcher if the rain keeps coming!
If you have to babysit, have a puppet show. Just look around the house and brainstorm.
Why not try singing!
invite your friends round and go ice skating, then have a sleep over so you get to spend time with your friends.
Cleaning isn't all bad! Once you have a nice tidy house it really cheers up your mood!

Warnings

Don't sit down and play video games non-stop.
Don't tell your parents, if you are young, that you are bored. It will make them cranky, and you won't be better off! Instead, encourage yourself to find your own solution to boredom. They, believe it or not, will HATE to hear "Mom, I'm bored"!
If you go outside when it's raining, be careful on stairs and other slippery surfaces.

Let's Get Real: "...I'm not beautiful"

In the conversation of beauty I hear women constantly say "I'm not beautiful" or "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not pretty enough." But the thing is: who is? I want to bring light to this topic because I was inspired and it's something that no matter how many compliments one receives, negative thoughts will return.

Although the media suggests there is a universal beauty standard, and in some constructed respects it's true, there really isn't. Darwin and other evolutionary scientists who also looked at cultural beliefs in depth have asserted that beauty is constructed by the cultural group; therefore, ideas of beauty differ from group to group (Etcoff, Wolf). Also, photographs of models are always retouched because everyone lays victim to "imperfections." Those in the fashion industry have even said that: in consequence, they constantly look for imperfections in themselves which leads to extremely low self-confidence.

I remember my childhood and being the "fat girl." I was the tallest, I was the biggest, and I just didn't fit in...and I attended the same small school from K-12. I was labeled in elementary school and although I physically changed, the nickname stuck until I walked past the stage for my diploma. And even though I moved onto the next phase of life, those people attended the same college as me. So let me tell you, I get it. As a child, I had uncles tell me I weighed more than their wives and my dad changed my weight on my AYSO papers. OH, and at my largest in middle school, I was a size 18.

After graduating I made it a goal of mine to get into a size 2. And I did. I worked out six days a week and I barely ate. Since then I've gained back some weight, but I'm healthier and I'm happy. But why did I care so much? I didn't make the change because of my health...I did it because I wanted to look "pretty." And even now I pick myself apart with things that I feel need to be improved.

The reason I've told the small story above is because I want to encourage you to feel that you're worthy. I've been on both ends of the spectrum...a size 18 and a size 2...and I was never content. Beauty is constructed, but physical beauty alone is superficial and fleeting. When I walk around the mall I'm not looking at other people to criticize them; hell if you have an amazing hairstyle I'm wondering how I can do that to my hair. The thing is most people aren't out there to cut you down. That should have ended in high school and if it didn't, don't worry about it. Those people are immature and can't see beauty really does start inside and radiate to the outside. Beauty is rooted in confidence, and if you've got it you better rock it! It doesn't matter what you look like, it's about how you feel about yourself and what you're willing to do with what you've been blessed with.

So I'm going to include my 5 tips to be confident in your own skin and to find your own beauty.

1. Everyone's different, so find your niche.
I don't look like you and you don't look like me, so embrace the features you have and make them work for you in a way that makes you feel confident.
2. Find beauty in others.
When you start looking for beauty in others your ideas and definitions of beauty expand. Not only do you become a much better person, you can appreciate beauty and will notice how you can contribute.
3. Find something that makes you feel good and run with it.
If you feel like a certain lip color looks good on you or you've mastered the perfect cat eye, make it your thing. Allow yourself to have a signature that you're confident in, so no matter how bleh you feel that day you've always got your fall back plan to pick you up. And on the flip side, if there's something you don't particularly like, find a way to work around it or draw attention elsewhere (perhaps with your amazing red lipstick).
4. Keep busy.
Whether it's after a breakup or it's just a bad day, it never helps to just focus on the pain. The same goes for your confidence. Keep yourself busy with things that are positive and that distract you from focusing on the negative comments or thoughts about yourself. This will allow you to thrive and realize there's way more to life than negative feelings.
5. It's all up to you.
If you let yourself get discouraged by what others think then you will be. It's all about how you internalize things. If you want to be happy and confident, then make an effort to get there. Surround yourself with those who keep you on your feet and will catch you if you fall. And remember, we all have days where we don't feel our best, but it's not an excuse to throw yourself a pity party if there's something you can do about.

Truth, I was inspired by RawBeautyKristi's video "Beauty Doesn't Matter" (which I totally encourage people to watch), and I was so happy when she agreed to contribute and gave me 5 tips on being confident, being beautiful, and being yourself!

1. Realize that the ones that judge, don't matter.
The type of person that will judge you based on your looks instead the content of your character is not the type of person you should put stock into. No one needs negative and judgemental people in their lives, because it lowers confidence and makes you question yourself. Forget them, and realize that how you look is the last thing that matters in life, its how you act and treat others that people will remember in the long run.
2. Be a good person.
Being a good person and doing good things for others not only helps everyone, but makes you feel better about yourself and makes confidence radiate through. 100 years from now, after you are long gone, people will remember you for the amazing things that you did, and how you affected their lives. What they won't remember is how pretty your makeup was, or how you had blemishes on your face. Being a GOOD person is the only thing that matters.
3. Be confident without being conceited.
There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Remembering that confidence is saying "I accept who I am, and I love who I am, and I can do that without needing approval from others" VS saying "I am amazing and perfect and no one could ever be as great as me." Even if you don't FEEL confident, pretend you do. Eventually, you will feel that way and trust me, it feels amazing.
4. Harsh words stick with us and compliments diminish.
Ever had someone say that they love your hair? Did you dismiss the compliment only to say "oh thanks.. but its really dry this time of year."
Don't dismiss compliments, accept them. When someone tells you that it "looks like you have lost some weight" Don't say "no, i am fat" say "thank you, thats so nice of you to say!"
Its hard to accept compliments, and generally they don't stick with you. The words you REMEMBER people saying are the harsh words. "You are a fatass" or "You are a zit face."
You will remember those for the rest of your life, but lets not forget, for every harsh word someone has spoken into us, there were probably 100x more compliments that we chose to ignore. Don't ignore them, embrace them.
5. When you stop caring, others start loving.
Ever meet someone and you say "gosh, i wish i could be like her. She doesn't care what anyone thinks about her."
You CAN be like her, and it's as simple as NOT CARING.
Stop thinking about the things that plague you. Your muffin top, your thin hair, your makeup etc. Look at yourself as if you were an outsider looking in. If you radiate confidence, you will forever be seen as "maybe she has a muffin top, but she doesn't seem to care, and thats cool."
Because it is. Be care free, have fun. Its okay to look stupid, and act silly, and look messy. Because WHO CARES?

Maxi-dresses,i dont know how sexw they are but i personally really love them.I think they are comfortable and they read "romantic".If you wear a long maxi with a heel ,it can also create the illusion that you look look taller.

Crop Tops:The crop top when done properly ,can be sexy.I like a crop top with something high-waisted so you really only see like maybe a half of an inch of skin.Layering a crop top over a high waisted skirt so you see the smallest point of your waist can be cute.

Striped black and white jeans:It's sexy as long as it's a vertical stripe,and the rest of your outfit is really toned down.

Wedge sneakers:i'm not a big fan.I don't own a pair.I just feel like everyone's done their own version of them,and it's not a new idea anymore.

Pastel pants:I like pastel pants.It's sweet with a white tee.I prefer a little bit of a relaxed fit,like a straight leg cuffed at the bottom.I wouldn't wear them too tight because it's a lighter fabric,and it's less forgiving.

Overall shorts:They're sexy,i like overalls,as long as the shorts are not shorty-shorts.I'd pair with a feminine shirt for a weekend outfit.

Bleached denim shirts:I prefer a washed out denim to a bleached shirt.

Flower painted jeans:I really like.I actually like a tonal print,so it's a little more subtle.

Orange Lipstick:It's sexy if it's a red-orange and worn in a retro,'50s throwback way.True orange,however,looks a little silly.

Eye shadow crease color:I think this is probably better on the runway bacause it's a very edgy look.If you didd it really subtly with a soft color it cuol dbe really pretty,but you're definitely taking a risk there.

I make around half a million dollars a year...teaching yoga. When most people find this out, they say the same thing, "I wish I could make that much doing what I love!" Well, I'm here to tell you how. I didn't start out with anything special, besides a natural interest in helping others. I didn't have money, training, Internet savvy, or special favors. I did, however, have a corporate job I hated, and very little energy left to put toward my dreams. It took me about a decade to achieve what I'm about to tell you, but allow me to save you a lot of time. If you dive into these 10 steps you'll be more financially abundant and turn your work hours into your life's work instead. Get a notebook, and give each of the 10 steps some serious thought. Brainstorm about them and write down what action steps arise. This is your "Dream Weaving Manual," and you'll need it to guide you as you go. 1. Tear down the walls. When it comes to living your dreams, you can be your own best friend-or your worst enemy. There is no competition for your special path in life, only you getting in or out of your own way. Stop listening to any voice, outside or in, that tells you, "You can't." Start saying, "Watch me." 2. Get clear. How do you figure out what you're meant to do? Look at everything that feels expansive in your heart instead of small. Usually it's the stuff you do when you're trying to avoid your regular work. A client told me: "I'd like to get paid for surfing the Internet. If only!" Well, I, and a whole lot of others do, too (Hello, Perez Hilton). Make a list of how you'd love to spend your days and the things that light up your life, even if it seems like no one would ever want to purchase it. Of course they will. They buy Chia Pets, don't they? 3. Become the expert. Once you have more of a direction (and if you're not sure, just pick one, and see how it goes), start honing your craft. Research it, practice it, and let people know that you're the go-to person for all things whatever-you-do. If you have a quality creation, you're golden. 4. Don't wait. Procrastination is the death of many a dream. If you wait for the stars to align before you start, you'll be waiting forever. Even the tiniest steps lead you forward toward your dream. Make one of whatever you want to sell and then create more as you get orders. Send one email out. Make a phone call. Save five dollars. Note to self: size doesn't always matter. Beginning does. 5. DIY: Since most people wait for other people to give them opportunities, I want you to take control, and Do It Yourself. I don't follow dreams. I make them happen. Want a website? Don't spend 10 grand on one. Buy your techy friend a beer (or a few) to show you how to create a Wordpress site. I traded private yoga sessions with someone to shoot and design my first DVD. What do you have that people want? And what do they have that you need? Make it a give-give situation, and you both win. 6. Ask for what you're worth. There is an unfortunate epidemic amongst indie creators: they take the term 'starving artist' to heart. People take things more seriously which they perceive to have higher value. Your price tag should make you feel slightly giddy but still be within your target market's budget. I hold lots of sales but also put an abundant number on my more time-consuming and informative offerings. After all, I'm worth it...and so are you. 7. Know what people want. When looking for something to buy, your clients want two main things: to feel good and to get results. If you can make their lives easier and/or help them be happier in some way, then tell them how. The more you address these two very basic components of desire in any marketing you do, the more you'll attract interested clientele. Add value, and the money will follow. 8. Get more social. You could sell to five of your neighbors...or to five million. Creating a virtual community of followers and clients online is crucial. Do an Internet search, buy a book, or ask web-savvy friends, and figure out the basics of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest. These are the top 4 big social media players. Make business, not personal, pages. Post amusing, inspiring, and practical things that are aligned with your brand and your products. Promote your Facebook page; for $2 a day, I went from 50,000 people reading my page to 500,000. That's a lot of people who love what I do and want to support it, often financially. 9. Be passive. I made $1000 during the time I was writing this, without doing anything. To be fair, I taught and filmed a five-day training a few months back. Actually, I didn't film it, I held a Facebook pre-sale, then, with that money, I paid a professional. Whatever you do or make, film it, post it, create 'Top 10 Tips' E-books about it, and market it virtually. Duplicate yourself and you'll become prosperous, not exhausted. 10. Make it your business. There are many personal merchant services and marketplaces, like eBay, Etsy, Amazon Advantage, PayPal, and Square that put the power to conduct commerce back into your hands. So go on, write a book, for example, publish it, create a website and social media marketing for it, and sell it on Amazon. Or put a PayPal button on your website for anything you sell. These are the Wild West days of entrepreneurship, no matter where you live or what your dream job is. The only question remains: will you take charge and create this next best life for yourself? Or not
