Our officials are covering up evidence behind 60 yrs of rebuilding the central valley on top of the revised water infrastructures. Old records replaced with revised records. “Historic” aerial views altered to match the new layouts as though nothing has changed. Old books / directories reprinted. “Old” maps resold on E-Bay (after being revised.) Photos scanned / altered. Online photos blackened or removed.

According to self-proclaimed co-mastermind, Wilbert G. Fresno (former employee of the City of Fresno) as well as others, this is a Bonadelle Development / City of Fresno venture. Water diversion for massive upcoming development i.e., gambling communities, casinos, golf courses, race tracks, and of course the high-speed rail project. Do a Google search – CA to become the next “Gambling Capital of the Nation!”

Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was brought in to approve many new casinos as well as new waterways. Mayor Alan Autry (aka: Bubba Skinner) was used to prohibit reports of the ruthless, gruesome annihilation / takeovers accompanying this operation at the same time promoting himself as CA’s “water shortage” spokesman.

Clearly, those at the core of this operation did not foresee a REAL water shortage on top of what they have done / continue doing. Officials in Fresno, CA have stooped to name-calling, perjury, threats and finally, a multi-million dollar cover-up of evidence (including evidence behind accompanying deaths/murders as paths cleared.) The evidence is still her for anyone who looks beyond the lies and altered records.

The above links / information does not include how this operation has affected our tap water (pregnant women and those with compromised immune systems advised not to drink it) or the cases of illnesses, infections, respiratory, amputations and/or deaths following the sewage being discharged behind victims' backs as each parcel is turned over without permits / inspections. City of Fresno - Annihilations / Takeovers!

Happy and healthy until the sewage spills began. Risk analyst (Rose Miranda) repeatedly lied about the cause. With Rolf and I being set up for elimination, she took hundreds of photos of structure / contents for upcoming burglary / reconstruction. Rolf’s death was horrific.

Ongoing chemicals, along with repeatedly being taken out of town kept me oblivious to what was taking place on these properties. The chemicals escalated after Rolf’s death (murder) – I had never been so sick or incapacitated.

Neighbors had been participating in what was being done to my family and our properties. Once they were no longer needed, they were betrayed and set up as well, using the same technique – the difference is they were not notified. I told Rose Miranda there would be sickness and death – she responded, “Not my problem.” Because clearly, that was the goal – she REFUSED to warn them at the same time Wilbert Swieso (former employee with the City of Fresno, with 60 yrs invested into this op) demanded I not speak to them. With the chemicals being administered, I obeyed, I was his obedient puppet. More horrific infections, amputations, death ensued.

Neighbor on the other side, owner of the Laundromat, was also set up by the same risk analyst. Never seen again as the water scam continued. I saw Wilbert Swieso forge the name of his wife on an insurance application, “You can’t live for the dead.” Exactly as he did with Rolf’s. New owner claims to be the son – yet I met the sons, I never saw this man before. Records show he is the next-door neighbor of Jeffry Winslow (Swieso’s accomplice), who I reported for poisoning me with intent to kill and take the properties by fraud.

- Jeffry boasted about “getting rid of” his wife # 2. Handwriting expert verified her signatures on deeds as FORGED, including the house he lives in!

- Diane became the 7th wife of his long-time friend, also pleading for help claiming poison with intent to kill – dead age 39.

These people are extremely dangerous yet reporting them was treated as the biggest crime of all! Organized murder – corrupt officials, attorneys, insurance agents, estate planners, bankers, realtors, title companies, more.

Wilbert Swieso had invested decades into seizing all these properties. And more. Clearing the area, surrounding deaths and unsolved murders all linked. Once Rolf was dead, and plotting my final departure, he had thee Irrevocable Trust overridden with fraudulent legal documents appointing HIM in charge “if anything happened to me.” (Using the same [fake?] attorney used in others left dead.) In addition to Rolf’s 2 properties located on Olive Ave., he would also seize my home next door that was left with a mortgage on it due to trying to save and pay for ongoing major theft and damages on Rolf’s properties as well as Rolf’s medical bills that escalated after the sewage spills began.

City of Fresno risk analyst knew I was being poisoned out of my mind – telling me I “imagined” all of this – theft / switching of everything from personal items to flooring, appliances, windows/doors – the structures had been rebuilt one portion at a time. Property lines moved (I was threatened with a lawsuit by the man who took Rolf’s properties by fraud) if I did not comply with the new property line. Streets widened, utility poles relocated – regardless of countless witnesses, the City of Fresno called me a “liar” and “crazy!”

At one point, after not hearing from me for awhile, Rose Miranda admitted all that took place on these properties. But explained there was no record for it, nor was the City of Fresno liable because, “The previous owner had it done.” SHE THOUGHT I WAS DEAD AS ALL THE OTHERS? I reminded her I was still alive – my family owned these properties for generations! I demanded to know WHY SHE DID THIS TO US?!? Up to this point, Rose Miranda demanded I not speak to anyone other than her about what had been taking place. Now, she said, “I can’t talk to you about this.”

Of course I was mad – Rolf was murdered, properties torn apart then taken by fraud, with my final departure also underway (repeated attempts, fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent insurance policy on me, illegal distribution of assets) – HOW DARE SHE DO THIS TO US!

So she recruited Senior Risk Analyst Kerry Trost to join her in using our Justice System for perjury – having a Restraining Order issued against me for “harassment” and called a “danger to ROSE’S life!” They turned the tables, deeming ME a danger to THEM – as they denied everything that took place here.

I was turned over from Rose Miranda to Kerry Trost. New rules demanding I was not allowed to contact anyone at the City of Fresno other than Kerry Trost, who smirked, “You will never prove it.”

Upon providing solid evidence to Mr. Trost he first demanded, “That is YOUR problem, it is YOUR property!” Upon reminding Mr. Trost I do not own nor maintain the sewer manholes, water meters, etc. IN THE ALLEY (which could not have been relocated without the destruction to connecting properties) he YELLED, “THIS IS OVER!” Refusing to speak to me again – the next round took place, to rectify the cross-connected lines. Reporting Kerry Trost to the City of Fresno while pleading for help resulted in a threatening reminder – I was not allowed to contact the City of Fresno.

No help – no where to turn, I posted a blog. The City of Fresno was keeping me monitored and responded to it with sexual harassment.

After the 3-yr Restraining Order expired I returned to the City of Fresno with more evidence – more photos, unaltered records, unaltered aerial views and told them there were witnesses. Risk analyst, Kevin Watkins left me sitting for 20 minutes while he showed others what I presented – “This proves nothing.” IT PROVED EVERYTHING! And what about the sexual harassment – he denied it was sent from the City of Fresno, while practically accusing me of sending it to myself! The ISP verifies it originated from the City of Fresno.

We killed your dog, Jett, so we could get back in. (A dirty, ruthless, underhanded technique that still leaves you reeling.) Recruited 3 alarm companies to conspire with us, all those reports were prohibited as well. Your efforts to save anything by having the local Moving & Storage Co. haul your belongings to THEM was another joke - the faster we stole from there, your photos, hard drive, thumb drives and even digital camera cards were altered to make it appear that nothing was touched - not even your house! ONE week after the death of your mother, you were told EXACTLY what would happen to your father and the properties. You were told 1 yr in advance EXACTLY how your next-door neighbor would die. You were told 1 yr in advance of Diane's upcoming death. Lance. And all the others. We never lied to you. You CHOSE not to believe us and when it happened, you still remained oblivious. At least for awhile. Then you began putting the pieces together - including behind your mother's death. With you at work (still being administered chemicals to keep you oblivious), neighbors planted, the alterations could continue. That is what your father was trying to tell you - but like your siblings told you, you told him he was "imaging it." He also tried to tell you what was being done to him while alone trying to keep things going - he was not lying. You folks were the laughing stock - especially since your siblings were involved! From "allegedly" having (Orville) to cut down / reupholster furniture, to switching throughout all properties. How many of you "friends" also died after helping to set you up - or used as bait in the plot to eliminate YOU. As far back as 1972, Steve C., from Easton. With the help and support of Managers Rod Thornton and Bill Griffith from Principal Insurance - Mr. Swieso recruited Manager Jon - Jon recruited Diane - then they both ended up dead after serving their purposes! Their reputations destroyed so once again, no one cared or questioned anything. Their families remain as oblivious as all the others! (Insert - Diane recruited Maggie of Principal Ins. - JCW [Swieso's accomplice who I reported for poisoning me with intent to kill] told me they would both end up dead, only the husband did.)

We had your computer networked to Swieso’s office – as if the insanity was not enough while the chemicals continued, after deleting / altering portions of it we had it printed out and distributed far and wide. You, on the other hand, escaped several murder attempts (so far.) Still, we annihilated you so horrifically while keeping you pinned down for so many years – no one believes or cares what you say.

Your behavior and treatment of Rolf was unforgivable ~ haaaa!!!!   You HAD TO BE PUNISHED FOR THAT. Not to mention the bookkeeping!  No one suspected poison let alone what we were doing to Rolf or the properties - more proof of how far gone you were not to see any of this. Then we altered - then stole the bookkeeping as well as Rolf's medical records after framing you for MORE! (If only we finished you off before you slipped out of our hands to expose this. Better yet - if only Hank had done a better job. But not to worry - we are still in full control.)



Once we robbed and tore your properties apart, we had to make sure you were prevented from filing insurance claims. After the water lines were relocated, we loosened the one on Rolf’s property, then “planted” the tenant who had cement poured on top of it so nothing you did, no matter how much money you spent, resolved the problem. We bled you for a new roof, 2 brand new central heating/air units that we switched with trash, same with the other building – awnings, windows, painting, etc. As long as the risk analyst continued to lie about those sewage spills that were killing Rolf, etc. – you kept busy taking care of him – oblivious to what we were doing. Rolf HAD to die so we could take the properties. Haaaaa!!!

We had you POURING money into Rolf’s properties – little did you know what was coming. Such as DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance conspiring with Wilbert Swieso in cancellation of coverage for BOTH of Rof's properties on Olive Ave! The tenant in the building with all the mold was going to sue the HELL out of you – and end up owning at no charge, as your previous tenant said she had done to her previous Landlord. You slipped through our hands again. Nonetheless, we nailed you – and ended up with the properties.

You finally solved the electric theft on your property - then you discovered the cross-connected water and gas lines. Brave - by keeping you monitored, we simply cover / alter evidence and deem YOU a "liar." So what about the electric theft next door, while your parents were alive? To this day, the rates remain similar. That's right, outsiders do not know the lines are cross-connected to the other structure that was taken from you by fraud. You see how much electrity being used there - made to appear it is being used on the corner lot when your parents were still alive. Haaaaa!!!! Where was it tied into when your parents were alive? Who else's utilities were your parents paying for? Perhaps your siblings could help solve that mystery. If not, Wilbert Swieso can. (Including what happened to that participant - with all reports prohibited to protect Wilbert Swieso.)

As for robbing and tearing your home apart behind the 2 properties on Olive Ave., Mayor Alan Autry had his risk analyst (the one who set up Rolf and the others for elimination) conspire with your property insurance adjuster in denial of all claims. As we returned to steal and tear up more, we then had you called a "liar" about your home's central heating and air conditioning unit being relocaed and switched with trash. Including how it had been rigged for an explosion after the other attemts to blow up the properties failed.

You see, there could be no claims on file – nothing to reflect what took place. And with the fraudulent legal documents Wilbert Swieso conspired with David A. Silva, atty in preparing – once you were dead, a massive insurance claim could be filed.  Of course that is what all the cross-connected underground utilities were about – your 3 properties tied into the neighbors' properties. Alan Autry then stepped in to finish clearing the path leaving more people annihilated - see who ended up owning the properties.  The insurance claims would pay for everything that was switched with trash as well as the restaurant Jeffry C. Winslow said was being planned. No one would ever question anything – not even the trail of this done to so many others during 60+/- yrs of rebuilding this City (and far beyond) on top of the water scam. Even if they did – so what. Reports and evidence are not allowed.

We kept you monitored, discredited, so no one (not even your siblings) would ever find out how long ago we began violating your family with intent to pull this off – your siblings allowed us to finish what we began back in the 60s!!! All we had to do was feed them bullshit and hang the carrots ($$$) in front of them – promise them you would die before Rolf - they were excellent puppets. Now look – from the surface, everything links to them instead of us!!! That is why they helped cover up the evidence of what took place – they don’t have a clue of what we did before recruiting them. That is the way it works. Hank appreciates it – we appreciate it. Best of all, your siblings never figured out the connection between Hank and Swieso let alone your parents' "friends" (yes, inc their detective "friend.") You never stood a chance.

Not only did we make sure you would never be employed again, cut off from both inheritances due to your “behavior”, we destroyed everything you did in your endeavor to become self-sufficient.

It does not matter that you are telling the truth. You have been destroyed so horrifically on every level, from every angle, for so many years, no one cares what you say, what you do or where you end up. That includes Alan Autry, America’s heroic BUBBA SKINNER who was recruited to finish off you and your neighbors (Swieso’s accomplices all these years) – he went as far as to back up perjury to call YOU a “liar.” Once again, regardless of the evidence or witnesses who know Bubba backed perjury, had evidence behind murders altered / covered up – it is YOU who must remain the horrific person in everyone’s eyes – to make it appear you deserved what was done to you.

As you were informed long ago, “You made it further than any of the others, but you will not make it out alive.” Bubba hammered the final nail in your coffin. No one will ever see beyond the smokescreen.

Problem is, you were supposed to be dead by now - you are still on the final property we already consider OURS. After I reported what the City of Fresno and their group did to my family and neighbors in order to carry out the water scam – they immediately reacted with name-calling, altered records, perjury, sexual harassment and death threats against me. Since that time, more attempts on my life while continuing to be called a “liar.”

The only way to cover up the evidence would be to completely repeat the scenario – major reconstruction (city and private properties) on top of the replaced water system – this time WITHOUT the clamps or cross-connections.

Mission accomplished. Not only here but across both streets – everything I posted would have to be rectified in order to continue calling me a “liar.” And of course so Mayor Alan Autry (aka: Bubba Skinner) would not be frowned upon for backing up perjury to deny what took place here, which resulted in more horrors, rape and hell.

Mayor Autry backed up the perjury because it involved the 60+ yr secret water scam. In this case it also involved decades of chemicals/poison of my family and I so we remained oblivious to the preparations taking place – more so for me as I endured the additional hell in order to sever all ties prior to my final departure being planned. Our properties were being altered; underground utilities being cross-connected to nearby properties in preparation for a massive fire.

If I was/am a “liar” then why so much time, trouble and money into altering the evidence?  Who funded all of it this time?

Can we set the cross-connected lines and attempted murder of me aside for a moment?  THAT IS A DIVERSION!!!! People were MURDERED as this was taking place!

Recap: The risk analyst was paid to repeatedly lie about the cause of sewage spills on these properties.  Including the neighbors’ properties WHEN THEY WERE NOT HOME! She (risk analyst) repeatedly REFUSED to inform / warn these people of the extreme danger they were in. (The chemicals kept me obedient to Mr. Swieso, who instructed me to stop all contract with them.) Upon expressing concern there would be illness and death the risk analyst responded, “Don’t worry about it.” As the infections, amputations, deaths ensued she said, “Not my problem.” Pleas for soil testing also refused, “Not my job!”

By the time it was over, the properties had been robbed / torn apart / rebuilt with trash (much smaller), property lines changed, streets widened – I was kept so far gone with chemicals being administered without my knowledge – not to mention all the times Mr. Swieso and Mr. Winslow took me out of town so I would not see what was taking place, surrounded by “planted” neighbors who were rewarded to participate. My photos scanned/altered, old documents stolen, public records altered to match the new layouts. Poisoned, raped, catheterized during long durations as major reconstruction took place. In the end, the risk analyst told me I “imagined” all of this. Going as far as to recruit another risk analyst who together, committed perjury to call me a “liar” (as Kerry Trost smirked, “You will never prove it.”) There are no words to describe what I have been through.

For now, all of that needs to be set aside.  My point is that the operation is not over until each property has been “turned over.” These participants merely made it easier – then they were eliminated, so the deeds could be altered! The deaths that took place during all the above were PRE-MEDITATED. Mr. Swieso zeroed in on fraudulent legal documents for Rolf’s properties while Mr. Winslow told me 1 yr in advance EXACTLY how my next-door neighbor would die. (As done with others.) They used the same risk analyst to target the neighbor on the other side, who was never seen again – I saw Mr. Swieso forge the wife’s name on an ins app, “You can’t live for the dead.”  Linked to the unsolved “Polzin” murder 4 doors west when this took place there. Linked to deceased Don, 1 house north of that. That is why reports were not allowed – all these deaths are linked. And so is the evidence – which is why it was ALL altered / removed / covered up.

The intertwining of crimes is making it too difficult for the participants to understand that OUR FAMILY MEMBERS WERE MURDERED. Which is why the continue to lie and help cover up the evidence of what took place on these properties. So worried they will be found out for what they did and planned for me – they refuse to see what was done to the others.  They do not appear capable of setting the dirt aside to see how they were used in carrying out more than they planned.  Or how they set their own selves up in the “rotation system.”

I was employed by Wilbert Swieso MORE THAN ONCE.  So help me God I saw this same pattern carried out time and again (without the fire portion) – sewage spills, cover-up, hospitalizations, death upon death as he smirked, “No one will ever figure it out.” In the condition I was being kept, I was oblivious, until after it was too late. This man forged and altered his victims insurance papers and legal documents while citing his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.” Exactly as done with Rolf’s estate.   Coincidence? That same attorney (who closed his office and fled after I reported him) is linked to 2 more estates of people who died across the street, behind this operation.

I am the sole witness / survivor to the annihilations and takeover of private properties behind the City of Fresno’s 50+ yr water scam, now referred to as the “water infrastructure upgrade.” (Final phase.) Outsiders are being rewarded to participate in “clearing the path” for the City of Fresno. Then they are used as “credible witnesses” that none of this is taking place. They intertwine and relocate as it continues, evidence altered after every turnover. In some cases, the participants end up dead – then the dots cannot be connected as the next group is recruited. “Rotation system.”

Described below are properties along Olive Ave. as well as homes located directly behind them (400’ radius for all of this) - where owners / occupants were left dead or never seen again. Keep in mind that all of this took place as Olive Ave. was being widened one block at a time, major reconstruction of properties, new property lines, etc. No warnings, permits, inspections, only annihilation followed by altered records to make it appear that none of this took place.

When participants are rewarded for each parcel that is turned over for the City of Fresno’s secret water diversion operation, you can expect nothing less than an ongoing trail of burglary, murders, real estate theft, ID theft, insurance fraud, alleged baby-selling operation. No repercussions for those committing such crimes – the City prohibits reports while making sure such information/evidence is not documented when linked to the water scam.

After my death, the years of filming/recording me while being poisoned will continue being used as “proof” that I was a “crazy liar” as the City risk analysts and their participants claimed. Earlier posts describe what the City of Fresno / Alan Autry, Wilbert Swieso conspired in doing in order to seize control of my family’s properties to have them rebuilt on top of the City’s secretly-replaced water system. Deaths (alleged murders), burglary, fraudulent papers, illegal takeover. Continuing to be lied to by the City risk analyst resulted in being bled of ten$ of thousand$ to unknowingly fund their scam. Altered records even included evidence of streets widened, utility poles relocated/reconnected, storm drains replaced / relocated, etc. Rather than handle this discreetly, they used their altered records to deny this took place - claiming no responsibility.

I lost my family, income properties, home burglarized and left a shambles after rebuilt with trash on top of more trash. Poisoned, robbed, raped as this went on. It was not intended I would still be alive so be sure that my reports were not wanted, expected or even allowed.

Here, in this area alone, is a trail lined with with deaths, murders, fraudulent legal documents, illegal distribution of assets – all linked – all behind the 50+ yr secret water diversion operation which former Mayor Alan Autry refers to as his “water infrastructure upgrade.” That is no upgrade – it is the final phase of a 50+ yr cover up.

Despite countless witnesses that Olive Ave. was widened (pic – in front of Rolf’s properties) - the City of Fresno denies it. Because it proves everything I have stated. Not only were parcel maps altered to match the new layout – historic aerial views altered as done throughout the city as this is carried out. Old books reprinted with altered photos. Old (newly printed) maps have been altered and being sold on E-Bay. As the old-timers die and newcomers step in – no one questions anything. Olive Ave. was a tight, 2-lane street – impossible to widen without destruction of street-lined properties. A closer look shows how the alterations (“renovations”) had already been made to all the previous structures on the block in preparation for takeover / reconstruction of our properties. One house removed on each side as others slowly shifted down in a “ripple effect.” “Planted” occupants to participate and deny all.

As you can see by the above photo, widening Olive Ave. entailed relocation of storm drains, street lights, water meters, etc. yet there is no record of it taking place. One minute the City denies this taking place – next they admit it due to the indisputable evidence, which is when they claim it was “contracted out” but they don’t know to who.

Not only were the structures on Olive Ave. rebuilt on top of haphazardly-clamped together sewer and water lines – the front portions had to be cut back in order to widen the street. To compensate for what was cut from the fronts – property lines were extended in the back. (This is why all the other structures on the block were done first, including removal of 1 home as the others were shifted down, making room for the final properties on Olive Ave. to be set back 8 feet. One by one, plat maps / aerial views altered upon completion of each parcel.)

This did not just begin recently. It began over 50 yrs ago – clearing the path down Olive Ave. entailed fires, removal of buildings, reconstruction as the street was being widened block by block. Done so slowly, no one realized what was taking place.

This likely explains my father being hospitalized in the 60s after alleged poisoning by City of Fresno official (linked to Swieso etal) – same time my mother was being victimized by this man. Each of my employers and/or employees linked (info upon request) as the torch was being passed for what was coming. So sure I would not be alive to expose any of this, I was informed by more than 1 person about my entire family being monitored all those years ago, including filming with hidden cameras. All of the above information has already been posted time and again. The point I am trying to emphasize in this posting is the altered property lines. Specifically, the fence between my next-door-neighbor and me. The owner of the house next door was “planted” in the 80s to conspire with Wilbert Swieso in the annihilation of my family and me, destruction and takeover of our properties to carry out the water scam. (Continuation of earlier tenants.) After serving their purposes, it was one year prior to the husband’s death when Mr. Swieso’s accomplice (Jeffry Winslow) told me exactly how he would die. “Rotation system.”

The widow was more concerned with covering up her participation in the water scam than the death of her husband. She actually had the audacity to continue telling me none of this took place.

This woman worked at night; home during the day. When I was in bed, I heard water running through MY water lines. In the condition I was being kept, I could not figure it out. Then it appeared my water had also been tied into the properties next door (Olive Ave.) Into the little garage apt. in the back – where Code Enforcement condemned it for anyone to live in, yet the new owner has had people renting / conspiring since the inception of his takeover by fraud. With my final departure underway and from what I understand were plans to have these structures burned down – my home had not only been robbed and rebuilt with trash, it was setting on top of cross-connected water lines!!! It appears my hot water tank was also tied into my next-door neighbor’s house! Knowing she had been caught, the widow and her new boyfriend relocated to another State – moving her nephew and his group into the house to carry out the next nightmare – Round 2 to rectify the cross-connected water lines. 10+/- people living in that house – conspiring with the new owner of Rolfs properties on the other side of me, as well as other surrounding neighbors. Another year of hell – sickness, incapacitated, alleged use of catheter on me during long durations as my home and these properties were torn up again. City of Fresno / Autry / Trost perjury to call me a “liar” about the above was an invitation for the hell to continue. My life and home were left a worse shambles than the first time. This time, the south side of my home was cut back so much, the crawl space in the basement is now a cinder-block wall. Again, all rooms left smaller – hence, more cutting back of my furniture as done the first time. The Queen-size bed in the garage / apt. is now a DOUBLE bed! Tables, dressers cut down. What about the items in storage – they would no longer fit in this layout.

The fence between my neighbor and me was torn apart and set back some more. 2 x 4s broken; planks replaced with rotten wood. In MUCH worse condition than this photo shows (taken earlier this year, after the completion of Round 2.)

My 2 large dogs began getting out – into my neighbor’s yard where they left their back gate open so my dogs could run loose. People were telephoning and/or showing up at my door in the middle of the night. What happened? Why was the fence suddenly falling apart – how did the wood become so rotten? My neighbors merely told me I was responsible to have it replaced.

Like a re-run. Round 1 of the altered property lines entailed the new owner of Rolf’s properties next door (Olive Ave.) showing me an altered parcel map as “proof” that my property was overlapping on his – threatening me with a lawsuit if I did not comply at MY expense. That way, there would be nothing on record linking to him. With the chemicals still in my system, I still did not yet realize all that had taken place. Only later did I see the aerial views which show my garage had already been rebuilt with several feet cut back; he needed my car port to line up.

This was also behind the initial destruction of the fence between my neighbor’s home and mine - so Wilbert Swieso could come to the rescue. He and his work crew built a beautiful redwood fence, completely lined – on the NEW PROPERTY LINE.

Done again – with these people now telling me I am liable. They destroy their victims’ property and alter property lines – then have their victims unknowingly pay for it. Once their victim is dead, with altered records matching the new layout, there is no evidence of wrongdoing.

Years of hell while being bled of my last dime to cover up what the City of Fresno is doing – while their participants are rewarded, which is why reporting them or documenting the evidence is not allowed.

Knowing I have been bled dry and left pinned into a corner, the neighbor 3 doors down offered to help. After first asking me how the fence was holding up, he explained WORMS did this. Grubs, the fat white worms in the dirt, destroyed this fence. (Really? Did they also relocate it?) He offered to replace the 2 x 4s before the fence falls over – all I have to do is pay for the posts and cement. Sounds like a great deal since this fence is now wavering in the wind and will soon fall over, eh? My good “friends” want to “help” me?

How about I do some helping? I’ve already lost my family, income, belongings, been poisoned and raped with ongoing death threats for trying to survive – now the lives / welfare of my current dogs are in jeopardy. Not only allowing them to get out – there are 2 pit bulls in that yard next door. Several months old, getting bigger by the day – being abused, living in horrific conditions. Left in an empty above-ground pool for days at a time, crying all day and night as they scratch and try to get out. Hot as hell in the summer, soaking wet in the winter – no companionship; no protection whatsoever. The neighbors claim this kind of abuse will make the dogs grow up to be mean and vicious. Really? Like the last little puppy they did this to? It got so cold they finally allowed that one to sleep on their back porch, where it froze to death.

I know about the scanned/ altered legal documents, insurance papers, autographs, photos, etc. I also know about fraudulent financing information where the owner makes payments to herself/himself. What about the 2 little girls (under age 3) who live with these 2 pit bulls that are being raised to become attack dogs. The parents have already been reported to Child Protective Service on 2 occasions for abusing 1 of the girls. Central Valley Water Scam No. 2 (Re-directing MORE water)

After having property owners annihilated, Wilbert Swieso has title companies record the forged and fraudulent legal documents while altering parcel maps to cover up what he does to his victims' properties.

Recruiting various employees of the City of Fresno and PG&E allows use of heavy equipment for the water scam he has tied into Operation Rezone. Of course this also allows for more help in altering records, aerial views, directories, etc. After 50 yrs, he has created an empire.

With City of Fresno's office personnel and PG&E's office personnel looking at altered records, they deny any changes! Witnesses and photographs do not seem to matter ~ they are programmed to go by records shown on their computers. They do not seem capable of understanding that outsiders have taken over and altered their records to make it appear that things were always as they are now. Repeat: This is beyond the "Operation Rezone" cover-up - this is totally SEPARATE.

Any complaints or issues are referred to the risk analysts. Unfortunately, risk analysts are involved in Mr. Swieso's operation ~ one of them even assists in setting up victims for elimination. More suspected homicides, fraudulent documents and real estate fraud.

Mr. Swieso delights in talking of his German ancestry being superior to others, while comparing himself to "Hitler." He has taken full control ~ not only our City's overhead and underground utilities, but everything in-between, laughing that the City of Fresno is too "incompetent" to ever catch or stop him and the pubic is too "oblivious" to see what is going on right under their own noses.

Jeffry C. Winslow is owner of local Mono Hot Springs Resort.

Behind closed doors, Mr. Winslow boasts of 40 yrs behind the water scam described HERE. Tied into the City of Fresno's operation, which Wilbert Swieso calls the continuation of "Bonadelle's secret water operation." Development fraud / corruption. "Operation Rezone" .

While Mr. Swieso, the self-proclaimed mastermind behind this operation talks of secret water diversion, Mr. Winslow indicated the end result would result in water being re-directed beyond Millerton/Friant, raising the level of water at the dam, which will result in piped water throughout his campgrounds. And of course where Mr. Swieso owns vacant parcels (Sky Harbor.)

Mr. Swieso boasts of being braver than anyone else when it comes to breaking water laws and regulations ~ says the City of Fresno is too "incompetent" to ever see, catch or stop him. As long as they do not know what he is doing behind their backs, they protect and cover up for him! Stripping residents of human and civil rights ~ denying the right to be safe! ~ even covering up facts behind unsolved murders when linked to this nightmare.

In my earlier blogs I have provided evidence that Mr. Swieso and Mr. Winslow, along with the City of Fresno's risk analyst, are targeting property owners for annihilation as the "path is cleared" behind this water scam, which allows their operation to continue undetected. In fear of more attention being brought to "Operation Rezone" the City of Fresno prohibits reports pertaining to ANYTHING related to secret water diversion. Refusing reports, then they say this never happened because there is no record of reports. And the nightmare continues at the cost of human lives.

Mr. Winslow was one of the last people poisoning me. With plans for my final departure underway he told me things he would have never otherwise exposed.

1. Said he "got rid of his wife" and her family the same way he intended on doing to me. Evidence shows he was in the process of doing that. CLICK:

2. He talked of a baby selling ring, even said his own grandson was stolen at birth. (Different nationality.)

3. He accurately predicted my neighbor's foot amputation/death 1 yr in advance. Said it was "normal." Diabetic Foot Amputations

4. Said he intended on taking/owning the Perez Laundromat across the alley from me. After being set up by the City risk analyst, Mr. Perez was never seen again. New owner of Laundromat lives next door to Mr. Winslow, linked to verified forgeries on deeds to his home. Mr. Swieso was seen forging the wife's name on an insurance application while saying, "You can't live for the dead."

5. Referring to himself as a "predator", boasted of using hidden cameras on his guests at the resort. Each time I was there, guest's homes were being robbed; some homes caught fire. Mr. Winslow's employees later showed up with clothes, jewelry, etc. they said were "given" to them.

Why is this not being investigated? Isn't the public entitled to be safe? Why did reporting Mr. Winslow as a potential "Danger to the public" result in being told to leave him alone?

1. "He has an impeccable reputation, therefore, no investigation." Prior to being targeted by this mob, poisoned and fraudulent lawsuits against me, I had an impeccable reputation too.
2. "No one has ever reported this before, so it will not be looked into." Isn't that what Jeffry Dahmer's victim said before being called a "liar" and thrown back for execution?
3. What about evidence that shows what he is doing? Reports are not allowed; therefore, nothing is on record. And because nothing is on record, there is nothing to investigate.

Do you see how this works? Out of fear of calling attention on "Operation Rezone" ~ reports are prohibited, allowing the horrors to continue. What chance do innocent, helpless babies / children have?

Therefore, any municipal fraud reported to them immediately results in panic. They have reacted with name-calling, perjury, sexual harassment ~ followed by death threats. At the cost of human lives, the City of Fresno steadfastly refuses to address or document any reports of municipal fraud / corruption pertaining to the city's water system. (Nothing less than an open invitation for exactly what is taking place.)

Due to the trail of illnesses, infections, deaths from raw sewage being discharged by Swieso's group ~ as well as reports of poisoning and more suspected homicides, unsolved murders, ID theft, real estate and insurance fraud ~ it is imperative that this situation be looked into.

The City of Fresno's risk analysts cannot be trusted as they are among the people recruited by Mr. Swieso. The water department admits they are not behind the alterations to the water system, nor do they have any record of contracting such work out, but it goes no further. Same with street widening, relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, street lights ~ no record for it.

As unauthorized altering of city and private property continue, city records and PG&E records are altered to make it appear that things have always been as they are now. Regardless of the major building, health, environmental and safety code violations, no one questions anything.

Another example: The City of Fresno has no record of Olive Ave. (Tower Dist.) being widened. Once a tight, 2-narrow street, Olive Ave. now has a middle lane. This would not have been possible without destruction and/or major reconstruction of street-lined properties, yet no record for that either. A closer look shows this was done 1 block at a time. "Planting" of occupants; elimination of remaining property owners. Fraudulent/forged documents recorded; parcel maps altered in escrow; structures re-sold as "original." In addition to witnesses and photographs of Olive Ave. being widened, this can be verified on unaltered city records. (Photographs and unaltered city records have become extremely difficult to find ~ but not impossible.)

Note: Mr. Swieso has invested 50 yrs into his "secret sideline" ~ a closer look at what has been done down Olive Ave., through Fresno's historic Tower District as the street was being secretly widened. CLICK: Olive Ave., a 2-mi. radius.

Mr. Swieso has quite an entourage assisting him in carrying all of this out. For instance, Principal Insurance even assists him in setting up their own employees as well as clients. Gaining access with offers of "help with home repairs" ~ leaving a trail of more sewage back spills caused from replacing the city water system. Illness/deaths ~ more fraudulent/forged legal documents and insurance papers as Mr. Swieso cites his motto, "You can't live for the dead." DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance was eager to assist Mr. Swieso in annihilation of my family when targeted by Mr. Swieso. Coincidence or not, they have the same address as the Bonadelle Corp! I personally overheard Mr. Swieso having people run off their property ~ he was giving instructions on when to stop making payments so it would go into foreclosure. In the case of his own son, he stepped in and paid cash while laughing, "Most people are 1 paycheck away from bankruptcy." Other times he "plants" tenants who destroy, file fraudulent lawsuits. The risk analysts actually conspire with Mr. Swieso in creating mold lawsuits and insurance claims via the secretly-clamped water lines ~ Mr. Swieso's group boasts of "acquiring" property in this manner as well.

What is Mr. Swieso doing with all the fraudulent, altered, forged insurance policies? It appears he takes good care of those who assist him in annihilating his prey and/or assist with the reconstruction as they end up with new homes, investment accounts and/or new vehicles. Others are "planted" and serve as "credible witnesses" that nothing has taken place ~ their reward appears to be burglary of those who have been targeted for elimination.

He even moved an attorney into the office next door to his ~ creating fraudulent legal documents. It takes a powerful man to have CA BAR Assn. cover up something like this (or a lot of sabotaging, intercepting, discrediting of reports): CLICK: Swieso / Silva Legal Fraud.

There are witnesses besides me, who have seen Mr. Swieso and his mob relocating / reconnecting PG&E's utility poles and equipment. More altered records to cover up. (Disclosure laws cover up the alleged utility theft that also ensues.) There are victims who have been threatened with lawsuits regarding property lines that were changed by Mr. Swieso ~ more altered records to make it appear that the property lines were always as they are now. The list goes on and on. Unfortunately, Mr. Swieso is correct ~ the City of Fresno appears incapable of looking beyond altered records to see what has taken place; others have been recruited and put their effort into covering it up.

On one hand, Mr. Swieso wants full credit for what he is doing ~ yet at the same time, he says this is the continuation of John Bonadelle's secret water operation. So by implcating Mr. Bonadelle in his "secret sideline," the City of Fresno automatically protects and covers up ANY and EVERYTHING linked to Mr. Swieso?

Regardless of the development fraud Mr. Bonadelle was found guilty of, I find it hard to believe he was involved in such activities as described above. Not to mention, he took great pride in quality workmanship and building standards. How dare the City of Fresno and/or Wilbert Swieso and his mob get by with linking Mr. Bonadelle's name behind such gruesome crimes, citywide construction without permits or inspections (as shown on my page), massive building / health code violations and more. But that is how Mr. Swieso operates ~ in some instances comparing himself to "Hitler" as he has everyone jumping and carrying out his dirty work, while other times referring to himself as a "chameleon" as he uses, manipulates, and points fingers at others for what HE is doing. He destroys lives and reputations of others, while promoting himself as honest and respectable. No one sees beyond the smokescreen.

Behind the Fresno, CA water scam

50-YEAR COVER-UP!

Entire city rebuilt on top of secretly replaced water system. Unless the alterations / major reconstruction (without permits or inspections) are carried out in-between sales or under the guise of "home repairs" heinous methods are used to "clear the path."

Below: How the street was widened (destruction / reconstruction of street-lined properties) and altered property lines without leaving witnesses or complaints. (The risk analyst was paid to lie and set up property owners for annihilation of 4 parcels - mission accomplished.)

The City of Fresno then denied widening the street as well as relocation of fire hydrants, street lights, utility poles, etc. because the parcel maps and aerial views were altered to make it appear that things were always this way. The City's own water layout (as well as witnesses and photographs verify Olive Ave. was widened.)

Introducing Wilbert G. Swieso, my former employer (and former employee of the City of Fresno), who claims to be the mastermind behind "Operation Rezone."

Mr. Swieso boasts of 50 yrs invested into the operation, which entails turning the city inside out in order to secretly replace the water system. He also claims to have tied in his own operation into the City's portion while referring to Alan Autry as nothing more than "another puppet" and saying that the City will never catch or stop him due to their incompetence. Where the line is drawn remains unknown. That is how Mr. Swieso remains protected - he involves people who will benefit / serve him.

Such as Alan Autry. After the suspected homicides of my family and neighbors, properties taken by fraud in order to rebuild on top of the new water system, Alan Autry had a Restraining Order issued against me. Perjury to call me a "liar" followed by death threats and sexual harassment. This is how Alan Autry prevented a report being made - he had the tables turned, deeming ME a "danger to THEM" and further prohibiting me from contact with anyone at the City of Fresno other than the very risk analyst who committed perjury to cover all this up and has since refused to acknowledge me!

My home was left a shambles; property insurance sabotaged so I could not file a claim for anything.

Property lines illegally altered; altered parcel maps (in escrow) used as "proof" that my home was overlapping on the properties taken by fraud - threatened with a lawsuit if I did not remedy the problem.

A large vehicle will no longer fit in my driveway; neighbor's driveway went from tiny to double-wide.

Mr. Swieso and his mob are relocating / reconnecting utility poles - in my case it resulted in crossed lines and an additional $900+/- that month. He was seen doing this elsewhere, resulting in more crossed lines.

Without notice, trees were removed from the street prior to front lawns being cut back; alleys were narrowed to compensate.

While Mr. Swieso is busy annihilating property owners in order to alter private property, Public Works comes in with the heavy equipment for the bigger alterations to city property i.e., water line replacement, street widening, relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, street lights. Using more altered records to deny these alterations!

All it takes to get by with this is elimination of property owners, altered records and death threats for reporting it.

Behind the "teamwork" Mr. Swieso has his own work crew and takes things even further. Laughing that no one will ever catch or stop him. He has plenty of people covering up and protecting him as the trail of burglaries, ID theft, fraudulent documents / insurance policies, suspected homicides and unsolved murders continue. It was not intended I would still be alive - fraudulent documents, fraudulent insurance policy; all assets distributed. I have since remained surrounded by those who were involved in what took place, in fear for my life as the horrors and death threats continue. I cannot survive this without restitution. Swieso and Autry set me up for annihilation; pinned into a corner with no way out.

Heinous crimes behind Swieso / Autry's "Operation Rezone."
