Lihat event log menggunakan aplikasi BBSAK

Hasil Read Event Log dan di copy paste ke notepad++ untuk melihat aplikasi apa yang terakhir dijalankan sebelum terjadi error 523 tampak seperti gambar dibawah

Pada log terihat aplikasi net_rim_cldc yang banyak di jalankan

coba hapus net_rim_cldc.cod pada bbsak

Setelah dihapus bb akan restart dan akan error 507, jangan panik anda bisa menginstall OS versi brapapun sesuai type BB dan yang kita butuhkan dari OS(Firmware) hanyalah file net_rim_cldc.cod yang fresh..jika sudah menginstall OS sesuai type BB cari file net_rim_cldc.cod dan install menggunakan bbsak...sampai sini biasanya bb akan normal dan anda dapat melakukan backup terlebih dahulu sebelum bb benar2 di wipe dan install os yang baru
