On Monday, January 10, 2011 from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, OPSEI is hosting its 2nd Annual Summer Student Speed Networking Night in the CFRI Atrium. The event is for first year medical students interested in becoming involved in a pediatric surgery summer research project in 2011. Faculty members from various pediatric surgical specialities will be on hand to discuss their current research and opportunities for the summer.

When: Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts the movie night will be postponed until the new year.
Where: Chan Centre for Family Health Education in the CFRI
Dinner will be available by donation following the film. Everyone is welcome!

The film shows the story of a poor girl in rural India whose life is transformed when she receives free surgery to correct her cleft lip.
