Added support of MD5 suppression lists in "Remove Addresses".

When "MD5 Suppression Lists" option checked then Master List File and suppression lists will be sorted by MD5.

New in this version:

[+] AllowFrom, DenyFrom, AllowDenyOrder options.

AllowFrom - the list of IP addresses that are allowed access.

Example:
AllowFrom=127.0.0.1,192.168.0.1

DenyFrom - the list of IP addresses that are denied access.

Example:
DenyFrom=10.10.8.8,10.10.8.9

AllowDenyOrder - tells TCP Port Mapper the order of processing AllowFrom and DenyFrom rules. Possible values are:

Deny,Allow - if the client does not match AllowFrom rule or it does match DenyFrom rule, then the client will be denied access. This is default order.

Allow,Deny - if the client does not match DenyFrom rule or it does match AllowFrom rule, then it will be granted access.

Example:
AllowDenyOrder=Deny,Allow

You can use TCP Port Mapper to automatically switch your web browser's proxy setting and surf the web anonymously.

In tcpportmap.ini configure ListenPort setting: ListenPort=3128 (listen incoming connections on port 3128).
In tcpportmap.ini configure MapFromFile setting: MapFromFile=c:\proxies.txt (load proxies from file c:\proxies.txt).
Setting ProxyMode should not be present in tcpportmap.ini or it can be equal NONE: ProxyMode=NONE (turn off Proxy Mode).
You can configure SwitchMapConnections setting: SwitchMapConnections=10 (automatically switch to the next proxy each 10 connections).
Run TCPPortMap.exe.
Configure your web browser's proxy settings to use proxy 127.0.0.1:3128

How to share your list of proxies

TCP Port Mapper allows to share your list of proxies. Example of settings in tcpportmap.ini:

ListenPort=3128-3129
MapArray=127.0.0.1:8080,127.0.0.1:8081

In this example: TCP Port Mapper will listen incoming connections on ports 3128 and 3129. For all connections to port 3128 it will use proxy 127.0.0.1:8080. For all connections to port 3129 it will use proxy 127.0.0.1:8081
