&lt;br /&gt;
Det hela började som ett skämt. Eftersom jag äter mycket ägg så varför inte göra en grej av det. Bara ägg i en vecka. Men för att göra det enklare som hoppas jag över helgen som ju innebär så mycket socialt ätande.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Alltså, 5 dagar som jag äter bara ägg.&lt;br /&gt;
Måndag 10 ägg&lt;br /&gt;
Tisdag 5 ägg&lt;br /&gt;
Onsdag 10 ägg&lt;br /&gt;
Torsdag 5 ägg&lt;br /&gt;
Fredag 10 ägg&lt;br /&gt;

Efter midsommarhelgens utsvävningar kommer äggveckan som ett brev på posten.&lt;br /&gt;

Dessvärre är acceptansen för IF inte lika stor som LCHF. Många som har haft tillräckligt öppet sinne för att ge LCHF en chans verkar dock vara helt låsta för IF.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I grund och botten handlar både LCHF och IF om att efterlikna sättet man åt på under stenåldern. Det är naturligtvis inget självändamål att äta/leva som på stenåldern men att anta att levnadsbetingelserna under stenåldern var bättre för en människoindivid är en väldigt bra grundhypotes som har bevisats många gånger. Detta eftersom människan är skräddarsydd till att överleva på stenåldern. Det är rimligt att anta att det på stenåldern kunde gå perioder av svält och då användes fettreserven.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Både LCHF och IF skär ner kraftigt på kolhydraterna. I IFs fall till 0%. I båda fallen resulterar detta (på sikt) till ett stabilt blodsocker. Och motsatsen, ett svängande blodsocker, är&amp;nbsp;väldigt&amp;nbsp;dåligt för att uttrycka mig kort.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Har man kört strikt LCHF ett tag har man ju tränat sin metabolism till att klara sig utan kolhydrater. Då är steget inte så långt till IF. Istället för att drivas på smör och kokosfett så växlar man över till det kroppsegna fettet.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Jag är övertygad att vi måste använda vår kropp för det den är skapad. Man bör exempelvis träna både muskler och hjärna för att det skall fungera bra. Varför skulle inte samma sak gäller för vår metabolism? Häll sedan i resten av smeten och blanda ordenligt.&lt;br /&gt;Häll smeten i en klädd ungsform.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ dl grovhackade salta jordnötter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Strö jördnötterna ovanpå smeten. Intaget av salt är lika stort eller mindre, beroende på det nationella sammanhanget."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Min kommentar:&lt;br /&gt;Konstigt mål, borde inte målet vara: "minskad fetma, sjukdom och dödlighet". Dom sätter likhetstecken mellan lågfett och nyttigt. Så har dom gjort sedan några decennier tillbaka. Varför gör dom ingen uppföljning? Uppföljning är en absolut nödvändig del i kvalitetssäkring. Sedan de började rekommendera lågfett har fetman exploderat. Löskokta ägg, bacon och omelett var det jag direkt saknade. Jag är i efterhand glad att jag inte kastade mig över fattiga riddarna, en gammal favorit sen barnsben, det hade kunnat sluta illa. Vi har nu funnit ett bra grundrecept som är väldigt gott.&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 gram mörk choklad&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 gram smör&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 ägg&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;75 gram mandelmjöl (från Lidl)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Äkta vanilj&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;Smält smör och choklad på svag värme. Vispa äggen fluffigt. Vispa i mandelmjöl, vanilj och den smälta chokladen. Det är gott och det är smidigt att äta kallt från kylen. Men jag vill ha bra grejor. Jag anser inte att korv skall innehålla kolhydrater (sockerkedjor), ex socker, dextros, potatisflingor eller sirap. Efter tips från &lt;a href="http://kolhydrater.ifokus.se"&gt;kolhydrater.ifokus.se&lt;/a&gt; har jag hittat korvar från Lantchark. Vissa av deras korvar är helt sockerfria.
