Tiga Alasan Utama untuk Galau

Hai teman-teman, kali ini untuk memperingati Hari Rubik Sedunia (gak percaya? buka google coba, google doodlenya bisa dimainin :3), Varrel mau share tentang penyebab utama remaja kayak kita galau. Memang gak ada hubungannya sih sama rubik, tapi kan galau dan rubik itu sama-sama sulit dipecahkan dan seakan akan ingin dibanting :') #pengalamanpribadi

ps: sebenarnya saya berhasil menyelasaikan rubik, ~~tapi cuma satu warna aja~~

Berikut 3 alasan utama untuk galau:

1. Aku suka kamu suka dia, tapi dia suka kamu, dan kamu suka aku

oke, ini memang ribetnya gak bisa dimengerti. Memasuki tahap-tahap perkembangan hormon, biasanya masalah perasaan ini bisa berujung ribet. Intinya kamu harus ingat kalau:

"Gak penting dia suka dengan siapa, selagi hati kamu masih percaya akan perasaan kamu, cinta akan tiba pada waktunya...."

2. Dibunuh matematika, dibantai biologi, dicekik fisika dan dihantam kimia.

Woles aja deh, Edison aja gak lulus sd, lah kita cuma karena nilai remed saja sudah menganggap dunia berakhir. Gak penting nilai ini rendah, itu rendah, yang penting kita tetap belajar dan terus belajar

"Tidak penting setinggi apa nilai kita, yang penting seberapa besar usaha kita untuk belajar dan seberapa tulus kita menjalani pembelajaran tersebut...."

3. Aku cuma punya seri ini, versi itu udah keluar, gadgetnya keren lagi

Di era yang selalu berkembang ini, tentu gak heran lagi kalau kita selalu ingin gadget terbaru, tapi kita harus ingat juga bahwa bukan berarti kita harus punya segalanya. Kalau diikutin, perkembangan teknologi itu gak ada habisnya, lebih baik kita mengembangkan diri kita dibanding mengembangkan gadget-gadget kita,

sekian aja, awalnya pengen bikin 10, kebanyakan jadinya 5, gak punya ide akhirnya 3, dan sudah diberi tahu tiga tiga nya :D udah tau alasan galau kan? jauhi, dan say no to galau, say no to mellow, lets dance together all night long~ #eh

Tips Move On

Pernah gak kamu bayangin kalau orang yang kamu sayang ternyata lebih sayang sama orang lain? Atau, orang yang kamu sayang gak pernah dan sepertinya gak akan pernah sayang sama kamu? Inilah saatnya kamu untuk Move On. Eh, emangnya kamu tau Move On itu apa?

Oke deh, secara kata-per-kata, Move itu bergerak dan On itu diatas (?) artinya diatasnya bergerak, diatasnya bergerak apa? Yaa, aku gak tau juga sih, coba aja kamu bergerak dan lihat diatas kamu ada apa, hehe. Oh ya, aku lupa. Move on itu kan bahasa inggris, jadi kalau kata mbah google translate, Move on itu artinya BERPINDAH. Berpindah itu you know lah, dari satu tempat ke tempat yang lain, dari satu HATI ke HATI yang lain. Eits, kedengarannya kalau udah menyangkut hati gak mudah nih. Tenang aja, ada beberapa tips buat kamu biar move on:

1. Yakinlah untuk Move On
Kenapa harus yakin? Cobalah, gimana mau move on kalau dari hati yang terdalam aja kamu masih merasa dia bakalan kasih kamu harapan. Kalau seperti ini sih, pikir lagi dong, move on atau enggak. di next post varrel bahas lebih lanjut tentang move on atau enggak ya. intinya kamu yakinkan dulu, aku harus move on, aku harus move on, dan aku bisa move on. oh ya, yakin juga kalau jodoh kamu itu bukan do'i, tuhan udah nyiapin yang lebih baik :)

2. Cari Tempat Tujuan
Seperti yang varrel bilang tadi, move on itu dari suatu hati ke hati yang lainnya. Terus, gimana kalau kamu belum siap untuk bertemu hati yang baru? Ya jangan dipaksakan, sibukkan diri kamu ke tempat lain. Jadi misalnya kamu move on dari si Cewe ke hobi kamu racing mungkin. Ingat ya, ubah diri kamu jadi lebih positif!

3. Cari Kesibukan
Bikin supaya kamu bisa lupain doi. Kamu bisa menyibukkan diri bersama band kamu, bikin buku, atau kesibukann yang lain lah. Tapi jangan malah sibuk nge-stalk account do'i ya, bukannya move on malah flash back entar.

Oke, udah tiga tips dari varrel biar bisa move on! Hidup kita sekali bro, jangan dipakai buat galau. A real man don't cry coz a girl loh. Bye!~

Memperbaiki Lingkungan dengan Mudah Murah dan Efektif

Kembali lagi bersama saya, @ayelyel (?) dalam insert copy paste investigasi (?)
Kali ini kita akan membahas berbagai keanehan yang terjadi lewat cuplikan cuplikan video youtube berikut ini : (Ini insert atau hotspot atau apaanseh?). Oke lupakan video youtbe, vi*cky prasetiana, far*at ab*as dll

Berita pertama datang dari seorang ~~ngakunya~~ kece yang luar biasa ~~hancurnya.~~ Kita sebut saja inisialnya Varrel. Oke, itu bukan inisial.
Jadi, akhir akhir ini varrel tengah sibuk dalam satu kata, yakni ~~makan~~ ecoone. Emangnya apaan sih ecoone itu? Bagus ya emangnya? Banyak yang kepo, so ane bakalan ngeshare powerpoint mengenai ecoone.

Jadi ecoone itu semacam klub lingkungan, gak sih sebenarnya lebih ke trend gitu. yang udah terkenal hingga ke mancanegara, mulai dari pekanbaru kini udah sampai bangkinang (?) Gak tau bangkinang ya? Lepat bugi nya enak banget. Yang ke bangkinang jangan lupa bawain lepat buginya yeh.

Eh ini bukan benu buole yang bahas lepat bugi. ini adalah insert investigasi yang ngebahas tentang varrel vendira. makhluk kece sejagad penggemar anime. Jadi varrel vendira itu ya, kemaren ceritanya nih, diwawancarai sama mbak neyna naya (panggilannya disini mbak, nama lainnya bundo -red). Sebenarnya varrel itu mau diwawancarain sama jenniver lopez kalau gak selena gomez. tapi berhubung mereka berdua sedang perawatan bulu hidung, ya.. say babay to the they deh.

Ecoone udah lama ini dipublikasikan di pacebok dan media media sosial lainnya.
tapi mungkin ada yang belum tau, ada rahasia besar dibalik ecoone

Kita lagi diskusi, sekaligus photo alay

Ecoone itu buatnya awalnya kepaksa, kepaksaa banget. seperti pepatah batak yang bilang:
" What an ambassador do is Work"
Fine, itu bukan pepatah, itu bukan bahasa batak. Itu cuma kalimat inggris biasa yang salah grammer.

Jadi karena udah diselempangin pake kain yang tulisannya "~~MISS WORLD~~ DUTA SANITASI RIAU 2013", Ayel sekaligus diselempangin tugas tugas memajukan sanitasi dan keuangan, pembangunan serta masa depan bangsa. Oke, saya duta sanitasi, bukan calon presiden.

BTW calon presiden, Kak ami, kakak kakak yang inspiring varrel buat jadi peduli lingkungan, punya cita cita jadi calon presiden. Yah, kalo kita gak usah jauh-jauh banget, ketua PBB ato Presiden Amerika minimal (#ketinggian)

Jadi selain penyuluhan disana sini sono, ayel juga ngebentuk ECOONE, ecoone itu sejenis klub gitu, (spesiesnya, kingdom, dan ordho nya masih tahap klasifikasi). Yang gunanya untuk memajukan kesejahteraan ~~umum~~ lingkungan.

Ecoone udah dibentuk di spansa pekanbaru, juga rencananya pengen dikembangin ke provinsi lain, minimal sampai Skandinavia.

Udah, segini aja deh post nya, capek, bosen, eeh bu cici udah datang, saatnya belajar tik :)

Hola~~hop~~ pemirsa. Kali ini tema post nya curhat curhatan aja. tentang ke See-Book kan yang udah terjadi (#merenung)

Kesibukan pertama, tentu aja belajar, belajar, ~~bermain, bermain, bermain, bermain~~. Hellow, untuk apa kesekolah kan kalo gak main? gigit gigit pensil sambil manjat tiang bendera sih, udah gak jaman lagi.

Berhubung udah masuk tahun ajaran baru, ya udah pasti kalo ada ~~tikus tikus~~ adek kelas yang macem macem nya ngalahin spesies ragunan. Yang ada diatas itu sih adek kelas alay alaynisme. mereka tergabung dalam 7DM 48 kayaknya, tapi 7DM 48 ini udah bubar n digantiin AXLDM 48 permiszaah :') mereka yang udah sama sama di 7 dm harus dipecah soalnya 7 dm dipakai buat aksel baru.

congratz ya aksel baru.

Dan apa yang terjadi dengan aksel delapan koma sembilan? kelas delapan yang satu bulan lagi menuju kelas sembilan? Kami iri. Fine.

Dan untungnya sekarang keirian itu udah digantiin sama kelas yang gak lagi bauk ikan asin. ~~bauk ikan patin sekarang~~ sekarang udah harum lemon campur jeruk (vriyanka, si bendahara gak sengaja beli 2 pengharum ruangan dengan aroma yang berbeda). Juga udah lumayan dingin, bukan, bukan karena dindingnya bolong terus angin masuk, tapi ac yang beberapa bulan terakhir di kerangkeng sekarang udah bisa lepas (anginnya)

     Okelah, gakusah pake gaya gayaan cerita jadul. langsung to the point ajah. ceritanya gini, kemaren itu banyak banget gosip gosip tentang varreliceous di twitter sampe jadi trending topic!!!(gakusah percaya). semua teman sibuk ngegosipin tentang varreliceous.

Akhirnya setelah ingat kalau punya blog, varrel kembali membuka blog ini. Thanks berat buat Andrew yang udah ngingatin buat ngisi blog. Oke deh, blog ~~artis yang keren, imut, ganteng, n baek~~ ini akan di lebih serin diliat... ^___^

Oke, pertama tama, sebelum yang kedua dua dan setelah yang kekosong kosong, (gak penting banget sih). Varrel mau nyeritain apa aja yang terjadi dengan Varrel sehingga jarang ngebuka blog ini.

Yaudah, karena varrel baek ~~ganteng imut keren kece n eksis,~~ varrel akan nyeritain. semuanya.

Pertama tama, karena sibuk lomba, lomba madinglah, speechlah, Olimpiadelah, Puisilah. Bayangin aja, pas lomba mading 3D dalam rangka UR Arcutech Expo 2012, varrel sampe harus bolos nonton doraemon di hari minggunya, gimana? parah kan? But, thanks a lot buat Kak ~~dion~~Dea yang udah bantu bantu. Alhamdulillah dapat juara 2....

Yang kedua, Speech Contest di Smayafa. parah banget. pas hari mau lomba aja varrel gak tau siapa yang harus ngantarin varrel ke tempat lombanya!! tapi salah varrel juga sih, lombanya varrel bilang besok, padahal hari ini. Parahnya lagi, juri disana cuma 1, dan yang menang anak sekolahan dia ajaaa!!! gimana gak palak!

Yang ktiga, Olimpiade Sains Biologi FKIP Biologi UR 2012. Soal yang dikasih bikin sesak napas. hari pertamanya, lulus tahap penyisihan, terus lulus semi final. lanjut besoknya buat final. bayangin aja, i must lost my Sunday!!! OMG!!!! But, hasilnya lumayan, ranking 40 dari 516 peserta. yang menang, Kak Minaaah!!! kak minah dapat 2 medali perak, berkat kak minah smp 1 jadi juara umum 2 pAs olimpiade nya

YAng keempat, Lomba puisi, ntar deh buat lomba puisi ini varrel bikin posting khususnya, tangan dah keriting niiih

Sudah lumrah jika segala sesuatu yang kecil itu imut. Kecuali salah satu benda ini, Yaps. JERAWAT. Bukannya imut-imut, tapi amit-amit. Kalau ada saaatuuu aja benda kecil ini diwajah, rasanya tu..... malu, jijik, kesel, semuanya nyampur deh. Bagi para Varreliceous yang lagi masa pubertas, berikut varrel berikan tips-tips nuat nyegah si ~~imut~~ amit-amit ini bersarang di wajah varreliceous.

Cuci Muka

               Kalau bisa sih yang satu ini dilakukan sesering mungkin. Lebih baik jika menggunakan obat cuci muka yang Oil Removal. Bagi varreliceous yang muslim, wudhu bisa mencegah jerawat lho! Yupz, wudhu kan mengharuskan kita membasuh seluruh permukaan muka. Buat Varreliceous yang non muslim, cuci muka ini sebaiknya dilakukan sesering mungkin. misalnya pas mau ke sekolah, pulang sekolah, pulang dari warung, pulang dari mall, pulang dari mana aja deh.... Yang penting sering!! Jangan takut, cuci muka gak akan buat wajah teman-teman hancur kok!!! Asalkan pakai air bersih. Jangan coba-coba pakai air parit ya!!!

   2. Hindari Makanan Terlarang

Seventh book begins with Voldemort and his Death Eaters at the home of Lucius Malfoy, a plan to kill Harry Potter before he can hiding again. The studies focus on outdoor air pollution and the risks associated with it. Such as an increase in asthma rates among children, cardiovascular issues with the elderly and even proof of urban air pollutants crossing the placenta and harming cognitive abilities in unborn children.

The sense of fear these findings induce when the media gets a hold of them is profound, usually causing people to opt for spending more time inside the home where the perceived air quality is cleaner and controllable. Unfortunately it is not quite as simple as closing the doors and windows to keep out the 'bad air'.

First let's look at items in the home that have potentially harmful emissions. Many furniture manufacturers use lumber treated with formaldehyde, which then release off-gases. Carpeting is commonly sprayed with formaldehyde as well, as it keeps rodents from making their nest in the carpeting while the roll sits in a warehouse. Many older homes contain asbestos and lead paint, critically dangerous substances proven to cause cancer and permanent brain damage.

The use of air fresheners and incense is a common habit for many people; however it is just not safe for our health. The chemicals in air fresheners contain ozone depleting substances, formaldehyde, ethylene based glycol and terpenes. Even natural incense can trigger asthma, dyspepsia and other respiratory difficulties.

So what can the average homeowner do to clear the air in the home without bringing in the polluted air from outside? To begin with, dispose of all the so-called air freshening products in the home including scented candles, sprays, plug in devices, oils, incense and anything else there may be.

Now investigate the home for asbestos and lead paint, but if you find evidence of either material DO NOT remove it yourself. Have professionals remove the harmful substances in a government approved manner. It may cost a little bit of money, but it is well worth the expense considering the harmful affects the lead and asbestos could be having on your family.

Now take a good look in the attic, crawlspaces, basements, window sills, ventilation cavities and anywhere else there may be moisture. If there is mould found in the home, make sure all evidence of it is removed properly, then invest in the installation of closed cell spray foam insulation. First of all, the spray foam will seal up all the cracks and crevices where costly cold air can seep into the home, causing not only respiratory issues but increased heating costs. Second, spray foam insulation is mould and moisture resistant. Third, critters and insects do not dig out and make their homes in spray foam insulation because it is just too difficult. The mites, dust from feces, animal fur and dead skin cells from invading creatures will be prevented from entering the home's air system.

Few people would be willing to completely start from scratch and dispose of all old furniture and carpeting that has any chance of emitting harmful off gasses, and we are not suggesting that is a viable option. However there are measures that can be taken. For example, keep the carpets clean and vacuum regularly. The more they are vacuumed, the more emissions will be removed. Use a machine with a HEPA filter so the particles are not just spit out into the environment again. Install high grade filters in your furnace, overhead stove fans and air conditioners, so the air pumped in and out of the home will be cleaner.

No one likes a home that smells like last night's dinner, and we have already discussed the harm that air fresheners can do to one's health, so how do you keep your home smelling fresh? The answer is in ventilation fans. As soon as you begin preparation for a meal, turn the hood fan on. The constant flushing out of the fumes from food will mean a much less odorous home at the end of the day.

The same is true when bathing. The best scenario is having a good bathroom fan with a timer. Turn the timer on for ten minutes each time the bathroom is used, and an hour for each time someone has a bath or shower. The fan will make sure the odours are vented out of the home, as well as the humidity – an important function in preventing mould and mildew.

There is no need to hide away in your home to avoid air pollution. In fact, it is important for all living beings to absorb vitamin D from the sun. Get outside and enjoy the sun and nature, then return to the clean air of your home. You cannot control the air outside, but you can reduce the harmful emissions that are in your home. If you plan to build a house, use Radon resistant materials and other environmentally responsible products. There are ways to make your indoor air quality better, it just takes planning.
