We regret to inform you that OrderMonger.com will cease all operations from Oct 1, 2008. This decision has been taken predominantly due to non-viability of the business while maintaining the high Service Standards we intended to provide. However, we will honour all of the existing orders which have already been placed in our system.

On behalf of OrderMonger, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued loyalty in choosing us as your preferred service provider for the past two years. Without your support, our success would not have been possible but under the current business climate, we have been left with no option but to close down. Dear Customers,
Firstly, thank you for all the support you have given us over the last several months that has helped us grow to the point covering about 75 restaurants in the twin cities and even adding our services to the other major cities in the country. As we stay committed to providing services of the highest quality, we look forward to your continued support and patronage in the months to come.

We recently completed a big move of our physical offices to the Hi-Tec city area and are now in the thick of the action. As a result of this move, some of our operations have been impacted - and in the interest of not compromising on the quality of our services, we made the tough decision of suspending our evening delivery operations until those issues are sorted out and we can get back to our normal service levels again. We apologize for the inconvenience this is causing and are working hard to get things back on track, so please bear with us. Of course, we continue to deliver food, flowers, cakes and more during the day, so we hope that will help to some extent. If you have any comments or suggestions for us, please write to us.

We'll follow up with the restaurant on your behalf and get back to you with an email confirmation of your reservation. Now that makes things simpler, doesn't it? A lot of you have been asking us to add these areas to our list, and we are finally happy to let you know that we've addressed this need. Asal - The new-age Executive Boxed Lunch option

For those of who that are tired of the routine lunch you get at work, Asal, a new boxed lunch offering is now available for the Hyderabadi corporate citizen. Asal is from the same folks that bring you the wonderful Pizzas and Pastas at Little Italy - however, don't let that confuse you because the meal is as desi as it gets.

It comes in an elegantly packed plastic container, covered of course. The meal comprises salad, 3-4 rotis, dal, 3 curries (2 dry and 1 wet), plain rice, papad, raitha and some fresh fruit. The container has compartments for each of these items, so it makes for very convenient eating right at your desk and it'll be hard to leave a mess. And there are minor customization changes that you can make to the meal if you so desire. As for the cost, the lunch is priced at Rs. 65 and is delivered to your office. You could return the box in clean condition for a 10-rupee refund, but it's going to be quite a challenge cleaning that box, so it'll be a hard-earned 10 rupees for sure. Tandoor
The best of Punjabi cuisine, now in Hyderabad. Soak in the aromas and enjoy the delectable and sumptuous flavors that’ll make you wish for more!

Haveli
Located in the Lifestyle building in Begumpet, they offer a fine multi-cuisine dining experience. Given how busy the restaurant typically is, the home delivery option is certainly worth considering! :)

Biryani Zone
As the name suggests, the Biryani occupies pride of place here...but they have an interesting array of other North Indian dishes on their menu as well, and some Chinese cuisine on offer. And they are definitely lighter on the wallet!

Greetings from the OrderMonger news desk! We hope you had a wonderful Diwali holiday. With the New Year round the corner, there are a bunch of enhancements we are working on. But while those are getting ready, we wanted to send you a brief update on what we've been upto...
We added a couple of new quality restaurant partners to our list - with these two additions, you now have an even broader choice of South Indian cuisine. Shree Krsna Veg Dining, a brand new vegetarian restaurant from the Tureeya group, opened recently in Banjara Hills. Their menu boasts some fantastic fare, including some fine delicacies from the southern state of Kerala. In addition to the South and North Indian dishes, they also have a sampling of Oriental vegetarian cuisine on their menu. If you are looking for a delicious, vegetarian dining experience, this is one you definitely don't want to miss.

Another new addition is the incredibly popular Malgudi chain of restaurants. Malgudi's unique offerings include specialities from all the 4 southern states - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. They have multiple outlets spread all over Hyderabad, and that allows us to expand our delivery areas even further and get you the food quicker than ever. And for those of you that enjoy spicy food, Malgudi might just be the ideal match!

We have also worked on adding a few new features to make your ordering process simpler. One such is the Scratch-pad - if you are having trouble finding what you need, or don't have the time to browse through all the catalogs on the site, simply list out what you need and "Submit" your note. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to figure things out and do the needful, Also, the descriptions of menu items from our partner restaurants will now show up as Tooltips. Simply hover your cursor over the menu item, and you should see a brief description of the item. This should be particularly helpful with some of the more exotic items that we offer. And last but not the least, we fixed the issues that some of you were seeing on the Firefox browser - please let us know if you still see issues. We have no intentions of stopping here - we are contintuing to work on more such features to make things easier, so please email us your suggestions.
